In general, the strength and stiffness of laminated composite cylinderical shells are very sensitive to the variation of slenderness parameters, some coupling-stiffness parameters, lamination angles, stacking sequence and number of layers. In the paper, the effects of these factors on the strength and buckling reliabilities of GFRP laminated cyclinderical shells are investigated based on the proposed strength and buckling limit state models. It may be concluded that the applicable ranges of the slenderness limits of the strength and buckling failure criteria for laminated composite cylinderical shells should be indentified and incorporated into the design formula with appropriate safety factors which provide uniform consistent reliability for balanced design in practice.

Six Sigma has been disseminated into a variety of areas. It is believed that a stepwise understanding of Six Sigma's DMAIC is required for successes of unit projects. Meanwhile, infra-structure factors, such as leadership, organization, personnel management, educational system, etc., are also important to safely implant the Six Sigma into the whole enterprise and to thoroughly create the culture of innovation and enterprise. Careful analysis of those elements makes it possible to draw common connection between Project Management and the Six Sigma. This study drives the success elements for the successful adoption of the Six Sigma in the Korea Western Power Co., Ltd., of which management was evaluated as one of the tops based on the results of 2007 Management Innovation Assessment and arranges the similarity of like this factor and Enterprise Project Management. The results of this study are expected to provide a useful guideline for the adoption of the Six Sigma in whole company level.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to design and evaluate a scale for measuring the attitudes toward condom use in sexual relationships. Method: A questionnaire was administered to 631 college students using a convenience sampling method. The psychometric properties (reliability and validity) were evaluated. Result: As a result of the item analysis, 16 items were selected and the internal consistency alpha coefficient was .88. Results indicated that the condom attitude scale is composed of three factors: Interruption of sexual pleasure; Protection; and Image. The three factors accounted for 59.54% of the variance in the total scale. Also, condom attitude was statistically significant (t=7.389, p=.000) between consistent condom users and inconsistent users. Conclusion: The results demonstrate that condom attitudes are multidimensional, and the reliability and validity of the scale was supported.

It is important to facilitate consumers' purchases of EAP (Environment-friendly Agricultural Products) for establishing the successful Environment-friendly Agriculture (EA). This study was conducted to evaluate the present state of some potentially influential factors on consumers' purchasing decisions of EAP using Importance- Performance Analysis (IPA). A total of 299 Gwangju citizens participated in the questionnaire survey during September and October, 2007. Urgent improvement efforts are needed for "reliability about the safety of the EAP", "reliability on EAP certification mark", "credibility of EAP producers", and "growth of EA". Respondents also seem to have positive attitudes to EA activation.

The purpose of this preliminary study was to test the validity and reliability Sexual Development Assessment Scale for Adolescents. Subjects were 579 middle school and 504 high school students in Seoul and Gyeonggido. Statistical analyses were by factor analyses, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, $x^2$ value and Cramer's V. Construct validity was composed with 10 factors on sexual Development Assessment Scale for middle school students and 12 factors for high school students. Reliability of each subscale was high and the item discrimination, $x^2$ value and Cramer's V were also meaningful.

This paper reviewed the relationship between emotional labor and service quality, and the moderating effect of superior and coworker support. Based on the responses from 520 hotel employees, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) deep acting affected positively on all service quality factors(responsiveness, empathy, reliability). 2) surface acting didn't affect significantly on all service quality factors(responsiveness, empathy, reliability). 3) coworker support affected positively on the relationship between deep acting and responsiveness. 4) superior support affected positively on the relationship between deep acting and responsiveness, and on the relationship between surface acting and responsiveness.

This paper presents reasonable evaluation technique to determine system configuration of underground distribution system. To set up reasonable evaluation for a certain object region, it is necessary for methodology to access accurately factors such as economics, reliability, customer interruption cost, implementation and flexibility about proposed various configuration of underground distribution system. But it is difficult to evaluate factors as above-mentioned since there is no criterion to assess them in our country. Accordingly, having completed the technical and economical analysis and customer interruption cost of various types of system, this paper presents the most reasonable results to get the optimal configuration of underground distribution system. Also, this paper presents possible methodology which can be applied other areas having a different load characteristics by application actually making a selection Myungdong as sample area.

'KRS 6330-3256라' standard regulates performance test of insulating transformer for protecting the electronic interlock linkage equipment which is being done by test procedures and methods according to the standard. The balance/unbalance test evaluating the performance of transformer are applied by impulse voltage($l2/200{\mu}s$) but affected by many other factors. Therefore, the review about these is necessary to have the reliability and reappearance of test results. In this paper, we have simulated about several phenomenon appearing in real balance/unbalance test and compared simulated results with real ones. With the basis of these results, the influence to test result of inner and outer factors are investigated and analyzed and established the plan boosting the reliability and reappearance of test results.

Modern electric controlled valves are demanded that its solenoid actuator should be smaller size, lighter weight, lower consumption power, and higher response time. For achieving these purposes, the major design factors of solenoid actuator such as magnetic flux density, coil turn numbers, plunger size, bobbin dimension, and etc. are must be optimized. In this study, for optimal design of high speed solenoid actuator for hydraulic servo valve operation, we draw up governing equations which are composed by combination of electromagnetic theories and empirical knowledge, and deduct the values of major design factors by use of them. For more increase the operating speed, voice coil are used as main armature in manufacturing of prototype actuator. And, we have proven the propriety of the governing equations and speed increasing method by experiments using the hydraulic valve assembly adopted the prototype of solenoid actuator.

The subjects of this validation of the Antisocial Behavior Scale(ABS) consisted of 323 normal and 29 clinically referred preschoolers between the ages of four and six years. The ABS has 3 factors: oppositional/aggression, nonsocial/egoism, and inattention. Results showed high test-retest reliability(r=.83-.90). The scale discriminated between the normal and clinical groups. The first(oppositional/aggression) and the third(inattention) factors of the ABS, measuring externalizing behaviors, correlated highly with the Externalizing Problems and Attention Problems Scales of the Korean Version of Child Behavior Checklist(K-CBCL). The second(nonsocial/egoism) factor of the ABS, measuring emotional areas correlated highly with the Emotional Liability Scale of the K-CBCL.
