The purposes of this study were 1) to analyze the effect of the ERP quality (system quality, information quality, service quality) on the performance (end user satisfaction, user's performance, system utilization) of business, 2) to conduct the causal-effect analysis between outcome variables (user's satisfaction, user's performance, system utilization) of ERP in the contract foodservice management company. The questionnaires were distributed to 260 end users (dietitians, foodservice management managers) in charge of managing the institutional foodservice such as the office (government agencies, factories), schools (universities, middle and high school) and hospitals which were managed by contract foodservice management company 'C' in Seoul and Kyunggi. The surveys were performed from July 26, 2004 to July 30. 2004. Two hundred and fifty (250) questionnaires were responded (response rate: 96.2%). The statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS Win (11.5). And the descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability test, pearson correlation, simple and multiple regression analysis were performed. The results showed that among the 3 factors (system quality, information quality, service quality), the system quality and information quality were proved to have an effect on the user's satisfaction and user's performance significantly (p < .05). The influence of ERP quality (system quality, information quality, service quality) on system utilization were testified to be statistically significant (p < .05). The user's performance were affected significantly by system utilization (p < 0.001) and end user's satisfaction (p < 0.001). As a conclusion, to improve user satisfaction, which is the ultimate performance variable of an ERP system, high quality of an ERP system is the pre-requisite. And the user satisfaction and performance of business would be higher with the better quality ERP system. When constructing ERP system for the contract foodservice management company, we should improve system utilization and user satisfaction altogether so that user's performance could be ultimately enhanced and we should make efforts to enhance the quality level of ERP. Objectives : To evaluate the degree of adolescent internet addiction, and investigate its relationship to the general characteristics, internet environments, and contents, especially the stress measured by the psychosocial wellbeing index-short form(PWI-SF). Methods : The data was obtained from self-administered questionnaires from 886 11th grade urban area students. The questionnaires consisted of general characteristics, internet user's environments, frequencies by internet contents, internet addiction test and PWI-SF. Results : The possible rate of internet use at home was 95.1%, and the area of most internet use was the home. The frequencies of internet game and porno site use were higher in males, with web searching and community uses higher in females. The total mean of internet addiction score was 56.8, and was higher for male than for female students. From multiple regression, as analyzed by the internet addiction score as a dependent variable, on-line friends, internet use times, years of internet use, frequencies of internet game, & porno site use, and PWI-SF scores were significant in male. Internet use times, the frequencies of internet game, chatting, community use, and PWI-SF score were significant in female. Four PWI-SF subscales(social role & self reliability, depression, general health & vitality, and sleep disturbance & anxiety) and internet addiction were significantly correlated in both male and female students, with depression having the most correlation. Conclusion : The results of this study suggest that intervention should be provided to prevent internal addiction, especially for coping with stress in Korean teenage students.

The aim of the present study was to establish validity for Dental Anxiety Scale in children by their drawings. Dental treatment was provied for 35 children in the ages of 4 to 8, using the quadrant approach. The children's anxiety arising during dental treatment was measured by Modified Sheskin's Criteria(Dental Anxiety Scale, DAS). After reliability analysis of Dental Anxiety Score, it was compared with Faces Pain Scale and was tested for their correlation. Thereafter the several factors having an effect on Dental Anxiety Scale were examined. A significant correlation(r=0.2610) was found between the two scales and Dental Anxiety Scale was high significantly in 4-6 score of Faces Pain Scale. The findings suggested that the Dental Anxiety Scale is a valid means of assessing child dental anxiety status in a clinical context and the Dental Anxiety Scale can be affected by 'Age', 'Gender' and 'Reaction in the past'.

Tilt angle of r-plane wafer is a one of the important factors related with the quality of the GaN epi, so the fine control of the tilt angle is important for the growing of high quality non-polar a-GaN epi. We prepared the R-plane sapphire wafers with slight tilt angles for nonpolar a-plane GaN. The target tilt angles of ${\alpha}$ and ${\beta}$ were 0, -0.1, -0.15, -0.2, -0.4, $-0.6^{\circ}$ and -0.1, 0, $0.1^{\circ}$, respectively. The tilt angles of sliced R-plane sapphire wafers were measured by x-ray and the statistical evaluation of reliability of tilt angles of wafers were performed. The tolerance of the tilt angle was ${\pm}0.03^{\circ}$. R-plane sapphire wafers have relatively large distributions of BOW and TTV data than c-plane sapphire wafers due to the large anisotropy of R-plane. As the tilt angle ${\alpha}$ was increased from -0.1 to $-0.6^{\circ}$, the step widths and heights were decreased from 156 nm to 26 nm and 0.4 nm to 0.2 nm, respectively. The growth and qualities of GaN epi seems to be largely affected by the change of step structure of R-plane sapphire wafers with tilt angle.
The present study examines the role of subjectively perceived factors of the attitude toward web shopping in forming an intention to use a web shopping intention. An integrative research model is presented and tested empirically. It includes the following three aspects of belief in Davis' TAM: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment. Specially, internet self-efficacy, or the belief in one's capabilities to organize and execute courses of Internet actions required to produce given attainments, is a potentially important factor in efforts to gain more favorable attitude toward web shopping close the digital divide that separates experienced Internet users from novices. Prior research on Internet self-efficacy has been limited to examining specific task performance and narrow behavioral domains rather than overall attainments in relation to general Internet use, and has not yielded evidence of reliability and construct validity. Survey data were collected to develop a reliable operational measure of Internet self-efficacy and to examine its construct validity. Also, much previous research has established that perceived ease of use is an important factor influencing user acceptance and usage behavior of information technologies. However, very little research has been conducted to understand how that perception forms and changes over time. The present study examines that higher internet self-efficacy is more getting favorable web shopping attitude, and web shopping intention as more as usefulness, enjoyment through the internet.
Recently, tunnels are increasingly constructed in this country with the increased construction of highways, high-speed railways and subways. Shotcrete is one of the major processes in the tunnel construction. Many problems, however, exist in the current shotcrete practice. The purpose of the study is, therefore, to explore the trobles in the current shotcreting practice, and to develop high-quality silica fume shotcrete. For the purpose of security a long-term durability of shotcrete, this study conducted combined deterioration tests. In this study, a combined deterioration test in consideration of a variety of deterioration factors were proceeded. Especially, micro-silica fume that was used frequently in overseas because of a outstanding strength-promotion effect was applied to combined deterioration test, and a long-term durability of shotcrete was investigated according to additions mixing. As a result of test, the shotcrete mixed Micro-silica fume showed a good deterioration quality compared with the other mixes. And is shows that the Micro-silica fume has an outstanding strength-promotion effect and is effective to secure a long-term durability of shotcrete by means of decreasing a deterioration caused by steel fiber mixed.

This study was carried out in order to confirm the reliability and validity of the commitment inventory developed by Meyer and Allen, and to investigate commitment level of health manager, to compare two different professionals of health manager such as industrial health nurse and industrial hygienist to find out some characteristics that have effect on commitment. This survey was done by self-administered questionnaire to 227 respondents as the trainees of Industrial Safety Training Center, KISCO from June to December 1996. Authors classified commitment into two categories ; professional commitment and organizational commitment, and these two types of commitments have three different aspects ; affective, continuance, and normative commitment based on Meyer's inventory. The results were as follows; 1. Items of whole scales of the both type of commitments have three factors that represent three aspects of commitment ; affective, continuance, and normative commitment. This means that each type of commitment was reliable to use as measurement tool of three different aspects of commitment. Classification of items by factor analysis was more consistent in professional commitment than organizational commitment. Among 16 items of organizational commitment, four items were classified into different aspects of commitment with similar factor loading. 2. Commitment level of industrial health nurse was higher than that of industrial hygienist in affective, continuance professional commitment controlled by other characteristics. These differences can be due to other characteristics of specific task and background of health managers that were not used in this study. 3. The level of affective professional commitment was statistically different in age, sex, educational level, and that of organizational commitment was statistically different in only two variables such as age, and job tenure. The level of continuance professional and organizational commitments were different in sex group, but past history of employment have effect on continuance organizational commitment. The level of normative organizational commitment was affected by only age. As the above results, the tools of measurement of commitment developed by Meyer and Allen can be useful to measure the level of commitment of health manager. Three aspects of two types of commitments were influenced by different characteristics of health manager. Authors suggested future study on the affecting variables to the commitment such as background, task of health manager and organizational characteristics.
This study investigates social commerce purchasing to identify motivation and satisfaction after purchasing DDS(Daily Deal Service) and verify the moderating effects on DDS for useful information about social commerce of the foodservice industry. A survey was carried out from February 10 until March 3 in 2011, and a factor analysis and a reliability test was conducted to a total of 263 copies from the survey using SPSS 12.0. The proposed research hypotheses were verified through a multiple regression analysis and a moderated regression analysis. The results are as follows. First, among the social commerce factors, information quality and service quality had a positive(+) effect on buying motives while information quality and food quality had a positive(+) effect on post-purchase satisfaction. Second, as for DDS(Daily Deal Service) of a foodservice company, information quality, food quality and service quality were shown to play a moderating role for buying motives. Finally, as for DDS (Daily Deal Service), information quality, food quality and service quality were verified to play a moderating role for post-purchase satisfaction.
The purpose of this study was to analyze what effects the service quality of the food and beverage section have on its organization value in the value-oriented hotel business, how the organization value influence work performance, and what causal relationships exist among variable factors such as service quality, organization value, and work performance for helping get the hotel business more profitable through guiding service improvements. For conducting the study, full-time staff working at the restaurants of premium hotels in Seoul participated in the test as samples from January 10th to January 22nd, 2009. The statistical data analyses were completed using the SPSS 12.0 program, and frequency analyses, reliability analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis were conducted. The main results of this study were as follows. First, service quality of the food and beverage section in the hotel business caused positive effects on organization values. Second, it was found that the organization value and service quality also positively influenced work performance. Third, among service quality, organization value, and work performance, service quality had a direct effect on business performance, and organization value played an indirect role to cause effects on work performance through service quality. Accordingly, all of the workers engaging in the hotel business, including board of directors, ordinary managers and staff working at the food and beverage section, are highly required to recognize how keenly important service quality is for the hotel business.
The purpose of this study is to empirically examines the effects of corporate sustainable management activities(social activity, economic activity, environmental activity) on the innovation activities(managerial innovation, technical innovation) in the convergence era. To accomplish these purposes, their relationships were modeled based on the previous studies conducted in the various areas. A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed to the employees working at the small & medium size companies. The statistical techniques such as descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, multi regression analysis were used to evaluate the research model. The results of multi regression analysis show that all three aspects of corporate sustainable management activities have positively significant effects on the two factors of innovation. That is, if each activities of sustainable management works properly, it leads to create innovation. In addition, enterprises are needed to develop training programs or action planning that make the employees understands sustainable management well. Thus, the advanced level of corporate sustainability is expected if various sustainable management activities are performed in harmony with their innovation activities.
