Based on the hypothesized model and the data obtained from the questionnaire, this paper analyzed the data using the statistical analysis software SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 20.0 to empirically prove the relationship between the variables of transformational leadership, organizational support, organizational justice, and employee engagement. It was found that: First, transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee commitment; Second, transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on perceived organizational support. Third, perceived organizational support has a significant effect on employee commitment; Fourth, in the relationship between transformational leadership and employee commitment, the mediating effect of perceived organizational support on them holds; At last, organizational justice plays a moderating role in the relationship between transformational leadership and the perceived organizational support. This study enriches and integrates the theoretical systems and research categories of employee engagement, organizational justice, transformational leadership, and perceived organizational support.

Methods: Data were collected by distributing self recording type questionnaire to 336 woman students in three universities placed in Gyeonggi-do, who agreed attending to the research, and then were re-collected. The statistical methods used for data analysis were the descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, One-way ANOVA test, Pearson correlation coefficient, hierarchial regression analysis. Results: 1. According to the research, it appeared that social support differed depending on the grade the one is in(F=10.643, p<0.05), and mental health(F=3.446, p<0.05) and social support(F=2.444, p<0.05) differed depending on the family's economical level. 2. As the result of analysis of relationship of objects' mental health, stress, and social support, it appeared that mental health and stress(r=-0.605, p<0.01), mental health and social support(r=0.276, p<0.01) have relationship to each other. 3. As the result of hierarchial regression analysis for verifying the mediated effect of social support in relationship of research objects' stress and mental health, it showed that social support partially mediate in relationship of stress and mental health. Conclusion: The program which can intensify woman college students' social support and decrease stress needs to be developed and provided, in order to arrange solution of promoting woman students' mental health.

This study was to investigate the moderating effect of the social support in the relationship between job stress and emotional burnout of insurance call center consultants. Participants in this study were 186 consultants working in insurance call center. They completed survey questionnaires of job stress, emotional burnout and social support. Collected data was examined using correlation analyses and hierarchical multiple regression analyses. There was a positive relationship between job stress and emotional burnout and a negative relationship between emotional burnout and coworker support. Also, it was found that the social support(supervisor support, coworker support) moderated the relationship between job stress and emotional burnout of insurance call center consultants. The implications and limitations of this study were discussed.
The purpose of this paper is to review the relationship between job characteristics and job stress responses(physiological response, psychological response, behavioral response), and the moderating effect of social support. Based on the responses from 187 employees in small & medium manufacturing industry, hierarchical regressional analysis showed that job characteristics factors have partly negative relationships with job stress response. However, job variety has positive relationship. Social support has partly moderating effect on the relationship between job characteristics and job stress.
The purpose of this paper is to review the moderating effect of social support on the relationship between job stress responses(physiological response, psychological response, behavioral response) and occupational accidents/illness. Based on the responses from 187 employees in small & medium manufacturing industry, hierarchical regressional analysis showed that physiological response has positive relationship with accidents and illness, and psychological response has positive relationship with accident. This study was conducted in order to investigate the variables that relate and affect the internalizing and externalizing problems of multicultural children. 159 multicultural children in the $3^{rd}{\sim}6^{th}$grade were selected from elementary schools in Gwangju and the Jeollanamdo area. The data was analyzed by using the frequency, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and hierarchical regression by SPSS 12.0 program. The results were as follows: first, the internalizing problems were different according to the socio-demographic variable: (gender, subjective economic level), multicultural characteristic variable: (mother's communication ability, likability of mother's nationality, etc.), parent-child relationship variable: (relationship with mother, relationship with father) and social support variable: (peer support, teacher support). Further, the externalizing problems were different according to the socio-demographic variable: (gender), multicultural characteristic variable: (mother's nationality, mother's communication ability, etc.), parent-child relationship variable: (relationship with mother, relationship with father) and social support variable: (peer support, teacher support). Second, the influential variables regarding the internalizing problems were children's stress from cultural adaptability and the likability of the mother's nationality of the multicultural characteristic variable group, peer support of the social support variable group and the subjective economic-level of the socio-demographic variable group. Moreover, the influential variable on the externalizing problems was children's stress from the cultural adaptability of the multicultural characteristic variable group. The most influential variable of such variables was children's stress from cultural adaptability of the multicultural characteristic variable group. The results of this study will provide information for the development of educational and therapeutic intervention program for multicultural children.
Objectives : The aim of this study was to examine the effects of economic support on working women's depressive symptoms, using the dataset of the Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women and Family (KLoWF 4th). There were 2,055 subjects. Methods : A multiple regression model was used to study the association between two-income families and symptom of depression, controlling for socio-demographic characteristics, spouse relationship characteristics (couple activity, household labor, relationship with spouse). Results : Authors found a negative relationship between couple activity (b=-0.151, p<0.001) and depressive symptoms, a positive relationship between household labor (b=0.045, p=0.001) and depressive symptoms, and a negative relationship between relationship with spouse (b=-0.386, p<0.001) and depressive symptoms. Conclusions : The results of this study show the importance of spousal support in promoting the marital relationship and mental health among married working women.
The main purpose of this study was to investigate factors affecting performance of casual wear franchise stores including franchiser support and social network between owners/managers. The study included the franchise stores of 55 casual wear brands located in Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi-do. In each store, one manager, owner or staff member with management responsibility was asked to fill out a questionnaire. A total of 184 questionnaires were collected with 165 used in the final analysis. The results showed that franchiser support consisted of educational support, marketing support and customer support. Path analysis indicated that only the educational support had a significant influence on the franchiser-franchise relationship, and in turn, the franchiser-franchise relationship positively influenced customer performance. Marketing support did not have a significant influence on the franchiser-franchise relationship, but did demonstrate a direct influence on customer performance. Social networks positively influenced customer performance, and there was significant a correlation between regions and social networks on customer performance. Sales performance was significantly influenced by customer performance.

For this purpose, the data of fourth wave Panel Study on Korean Children(PSKC) including social support, parenting stress, self-perception and parenting behavior measured by 1,746 mothers with 3-year-old children were analyzed. We identified structural relationships among the variables using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 applying structural equation modeling. Measurement model and structure model had favorable goodness of fit and the results of structure models on each path were as follows. First, parenting behavior had positive correlations with social support and self-perception but there was a negative correlation between parenting behavior and parenting stress. Second, the relationship between social support and self-perception was mediated by parenting stress and parenting stress and self-perception mediated the relationship between social support and parenting relationship. In conclusion it is required to raise awareness about the importance of development of various parent education programs and parenting behavior.
