EC 환경변화에 대응하기 위한 정보보호에 관한 연구 (A study on the information protection to prepare for the change of EC environment)

  • EC환경 변화에 대응하기 위한 정보보호 요인은 인터넷 사이버몰 구축과 소비자 보호 규정, 개인정보 보호 및 시스템 보안에 대한 규정이 중요요인으로 제시되었다. 심사기준과 함께 심사방법도 중요요인으로 도출되었으며, 인터넷 사이버몰 평가에 대한 소비자의 관심을 유발시켜 소비자 권익보호에도 기여할 것으로 사료된다. 또한 전자상거래에 대한 기술수준, 기술의 연구 개발, 개발된 기술의 실용화 등도 상당히 의미있는 요인으로 제시되었다.

  • 최근 개발 도입되고 있는 첨단항해계기와 관련된 새로운 기술, 관련 국제기준과 세계주요해양대학의 항해계기 관련 교육현황을 분석하였다. 그리고, 분석결과를 바탕으로 새로운 전자항해교육을 위한 교과목의 세부 요목을 제시하였다. 이것은 시대적 흐름을 반영한 해기교육과정의 편성과 해기면허시험의 세부요목을 설정하는데 참고 자료로서 충분히 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 환경오염과 에너지 절약차원에서 세계적으로 빛도 공해의 하나로 인식하고 각 나라에 맞는 법규와 규제 방식을 정하여 옥외조명을 관리하고 있다. 반면 국내에서는 광해 대책 안이 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내실정에 적합한 규제안과 광해 계산법을 마련하기 위해서 국제 조명단체들이 제시하는 광해계산법을 조사 분석하였다. 또한 여러 도로조명기구들을 선정한 후 광해계산법과 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 적용하여 광해요소들을 비교 분석하였고, 결론으로 우리나라에 맞는 광해 규제안을 제시하였다.

시뮬레이션 모형을 이용한 도시 개발형태 및 경관의 변화 예측 (Prediction of Urban Development and Cityscape with a Simulation Model)

  • The shapes(mass) of buildings are determined by many interrelated factors, such as planning and building regulations, the size and shape of building parcels, and adjoining road conditions. Understanding the effects of the determinants on the building shapes is not a simple task because of the multiplicity and complex interrelationships of the determinants. This study developed a prototype of three dimensional computer model that can simulates the determination process of building shape using GIS and CAD techniques. A commercial block in the south of Seoul was selected for the case study. Several methods of building height control were applied, and their effects on the cityscape were evaluated. The results shows that the three dimensional computer modelling offers an effective means for evaluating the effects of planning and building regulations. The implication of the case study and future research directions were discussed.

  • In order to improve the speed of conventional Korean lines, the amendment of speed related regulations is required as the introduction of Korean tilting train. Therefore, an extensive review of UIC leaflets on speed was performed in the areas of tilting train, rolling stocks, operation, civil infrastructures, etc. The review was mainly achieved through the overview of parameters directly related with speed of railway. Moreover, a summary of UIC leaflets on speed and tilting train was provided for a better understanding of speed related UIC CODE. Through the technical overview of UIC CODE, necessary information on the amendment of current Korean speed regulations could be provided.

농촌의 산림경관 유지를 위한 개선방안 연구 (A Study on forest landscape improvement in rural area)

  • The purpose of this study is to find a way to improve damaged forest in rural area in terms of both landscape . quality and regulation. Mountain and forest cover 65% of total land in Korea, and the shortage of areas for developing housing, road and facilities made us to use forest area for above purposes. This led various types of damages on the sensitive rural landscape visually and ecologically. There are rules and regulations for decreasing damaging effect by constructions on forest area, but it was not so effective because theses rules focused on quantitative issues only. This study will consist of three phases, 1. analyse landscape damage types by development tendencies in forest area 2. find diminution plan on each damage types 3. set improvement on rules and regulations both qualitatively and quantitatively. This study will meet the goal of improving and managing rural and forest landscape by providing objective standards, rational procedure and amelioration plan.

강원도 중소기업의 제조물책임법 대책에 대한 연구 (A Case Study on PL Management in Small and Medium-Sized Firms of Gangwon-Do Province)

  • Product liability(PL) is the producer's compensation to customers for damage incurred by product defects. This paper studies on the organizational culture, promotion process, system construction, system level, product safety review, product safety assurance, system operation, and its effectiveness and necessity of recognition for the PL system of small and medium-sized firms in Gangwon-Do province. The results show that the firms have product safety regulations, but the number of firms which its employees understand the regulations is less than the number of firms which do not understand. Also the number of firms which is preparing PL prevention and insurance, and counterplan for accidents seems to be not in large numbers.

  • In spite of adoption of Intact Stability Code Part A as mandatory, the accidents have been occurred frequently caused by dynamic stability. Therefore International Maritime Organization (IMO) is revising the Intact Stability Code to prevent the cause of accidents. The result of 4th meeting of Sub-committee on Ship Design and Construction (SDC), five mode of the cause was defined and establishing each draft regulations. We consider physical background, mathematical description, draft regulations for five failure mode and sample calculations for ships built by STX Offshore & Shipbuilding.

  • Integration and standardization of the related regulations and guidelines are necessary to evaluate a CFMS in a systematic manner. In this study, a hierachically categorized evaluation checklist was developed by collecting and structuring human factors issues listed in the various regulations, design requirements, and technical report. A PC-based database management system was developed to update and review the evaluation results. Standard interpretation examples, evaluation guidelines, and sample evaluation formats were also designed and integrated into the database system to reduce discrepancy in evaluation.

  • This paper presents the detection of internal combustion engine's multiple misfire. The primary cause of air pollution by vehicles is imperfect conbustion of fuel. The CARB(California Air Resources Board) have imposed regulations for the detection of misfiring in automotive engines. The OBD-II regulations requir that misfire should be monitored by the diagnostic system, and that the goal of OBD-II is to alert the driver to the presence of a malfunction of the emission control system. Present invention based upon measurements of engine roughness as derived from crankshaft angular velocity measurements with special signal processing method. Crankshaft angular velocity signals are processed by walsh-fourier transform. Experimental work confims that it's possible to apply walsh-fourier transform for the detection of multiple misfires in no-load idle and road testing.
