  • As a continuation of computing the zeta function of a regular covering graph by Mizuno and Sato in [9], we derive in this paper computational formulae for the zeta functions of a graph bundle and of any (regular or irregular) covering of a graph. If the voltages to derive them lie in an abelian or dihedral group and its fibre is a regular graph, those formulae can be simplified. As a by-product, the zeta function of the cartesian product of a graph and a regular graph is obtained. The same work is also done for a discrete torus and for a discrete Klein bottle.

  • Let (and $g^*$) be the space of regular test (and generalized, resp.) white noise functions. The integral kernel operators acting on and transformation groups of operators on are studied, and then every integral kernel operator acting on can be extended to continuous linear operator on $g^*$. The existence and uniqueness of solutions of Cauchy problems associated with certain integral kernel operators with intial data in $g^*$ are investigated.

  • In this paper, using three types of conjugations in a bicomplex number filed $\mathcal{T}$, we provide some basic definitions of bicomplex number and definitions of regular functions for each differential operators. And we investigate the corresponding Cauchy-Riemann systems and the corresponding Cauchy theorems in $\mathcal{T}$ in Clifford analysis.

  • We study mathematization of natural thinking and some materials developed in geometric construction of regular n-polygons. This mathematization provides a nice model for illustrating interesting approaches to trigonometric functions and trigonometric ratios as well as their inter-connections. Thereby, results of this paper will provide the procedure of the development for these concepts in natural way, which will be helpful for understanding background knowledges.

  • In this paper, we provide the notions of dual quaternions and their algebraic properties based on matrices. From quaternion analysis, we give the concept of a derivative of functions and and obtain a dual quaternion Cauchy-Riemann system that are equivalent. Also, we research properties of a regular function with values in dual quaternions and relations derivative with a regular function in dual quaternions.

  • PURPOSES : The purpose of this study was to develop safety performance functions (SPFs) that use zero-inflated negative binomial regression models for urban intersections in central business districts (CBDs), and to compare the statistical significance of developed models against that of regular negative binomial regression models. METHODS : To develop and analyze the SPFs of intersections in CBDs, data acquisition was conducted for dependent and independent variables in areas of study. We analyzed the SPFs using zero-inflated negative binomial regression model as well as regular negative binomial regression model. We then compared the results by analyzing the statistical significance of the models. RESULTS : SPFs were estimated for all accidents and injury accidents at intersections in CBDs in terms of variables such as AADT, Number of Lanes at Major Roads, Median Barriers, Right Turn with an Exclusive Turn Lane, Turning Guideline, and Front Signal. We also estimated the log-likelihood at convergence and the likelihood ratio of SPFs for comparing the zero-inflated model with the regular model. In he SPFs, estimated log-likelihood at convergence and the likelihood ratio of the zero-inflated model were at -836.736, 0.193 and -836.415, 0.195. Also estimated the log-likelihood at convergence and likelihood ratio of the regular model were at -843.547, 0.187 and -842.631, 0.189, respectively. These figures demonstrate that zero-inflated negative binomial regression models can better explain traffic accidents at intersections in CBDs. CONCLUSIONS : SPFs that use a zero-inflated negative binomial regression model demonstrate better statistical significance compared with those that use a regular negative binomial regression model.

  • In this Paper we consider non-deterministic finite Rabin-Scott's automata. We define special abstract objects, being pairs of values of states-marking functions. On the basis of these objects as the states of automaton, we define its edges; the obtained structure is considered also as a non-deterministic automaton. We prove, that any edge of any non-deterministic automaton defining the given regular language can be obtained by such techniques. Such structure can be used for solving various problems in the frames of finite automata theory.

  • We introduce fuzzy semi-regular spaces. Furthermore, we investigate the relations among fuzzy super continuity, fuzzy $\delta$-continuity and fuzzy almost continuity in fuzzy topological spaces in view of the definition of Sostak. We study some properties between them.
