부산시 도심기능의 유형별 도심재생에 관한 연구 (City Center Regeneration on City Center Function Type in Busan)

  • 도심공동화를 조사 분석하여 그에 적합한 도심재생방안을 부산시의 특성을 고려하여 제시할 것이다. 도심의 기능별 지역을 알기위해서 부산시의 도심(축)에 속하는 15개 동과 부도심에 속하는 12개동을 대상으로 도심의 공간적 특성과 도심공동화현상을 파악하고자 하였다. 이들 지역에 22개의 변수를 선택하여 요인분석을 사용하였다. 그 분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 주요요인은 4개 나타났으며, 누적 설명력은 80.4%로 높게 나타났다. 이들 요인은 주거적 요인, 상업적 요인, 관리적 요인, 도심의 발전(쇠퇴) 요인을 설명하는 성분으로 나타났다. 도심(축)에 속하는 지역에서 주거적 기능의 공동화가 보이며, 부도심에서는 상업적 기능과 관리적 기능의 공동화가 나타나고 있다. 그리고 전체적인 기능별 도심공동화현상이 나타나고 있으므로 종합적인 도심재생방안의 모색이 시급하다고 할 수 있겠다. 그리고 도심의 지역별 특성이 다르게 나타나고 있으므로 지역별 특성에 부합되는 도심재생방안이 수립되어야 하겠다.

GIS를 활용한 부산시 도심재생에 관한 연구 (City center Regeneration in Busan Metropolitan Using GIS)

  • 도심공동화를 단순히 상주인구나 유동인구의 감소, 상업기능의 쇠퇴 등만으로 보고 단편일률적인 방안을 제시하는 것은 또 다른 문제를 가져오게 된다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 부산시의 도심을 조사 분석하여, 그에 적합한 도심재생방안을 부산시의 특성을 고려하여 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 도심의 기능별 지역을 알기위해서 부산시의 도심에 속하는 15개 동을 대상으로 1996년, 2000년, 2004년 세 개 연도를 분석하여 도심의 공간적 특성과 도심공동화현상을 파악하고자 하였다. 이들지역에 20개의 변수를 선택하여 요인분석과 군집분석을 사용하였다. 각 연도별 주요요인은 각각 3개씩 나타났으며, 누적 설명력은 84.2%, 87.1%, 85.5%로 높게 나타났다. 그리고 이들 요인은 주거적 요인, 상업적 요인, 관리적 요인을 설명하는 성분으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 중요한 결과들은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전체적인 기능별 도심공동화현상이 나타나고 있으므로 종합적인 도심재생방안의 모색이 시급하다고 할 수 있겠다. 둘째, 도심의 지역별 특성이 다르게 나타나고 있으므로 지역별 특성에 부합되는 도심재생방안이 수립되어야 하겠다.

RURITAGE 사업 개념의 농촌생활권 도입 방안 (A Study on the Introduction of the Rural Living Area of the RURITAGE Project Concept)

  • This study aimed to present a plan that introduces the concept of 'RURITAGE' into the 'Rural Convention' by analyzing the contents of the EU's 'RURITAGE' and the 'Rural Convention.' For this study, the contents and reports discussed on the 'RURITAGE' homepage were analyzed. Also, the applicability was reviewed by analyzing the 'Rural Convention' report and guideline. 'RURITAGE' was resources and heritage, currently possessed by the region rather than large-scale development. 'The Rural Convention' was intended to solve the problem of point-projects through mid-to-long-term planning, integrated support system for construction, and spatial analysis of rural spatial. It was also a policy to increase the satisfaction of the residents with the quality of life by guaranteeing a certain level of living services anywhere in the country. The 'Rural Spatial Strategic Plan' and 'Rural Living Area Revitalization Plan', included in 'the Rural Convention' are judged to be difficult to immediately introduce the concept of 'RURITAGE' due to the limitations of the projects that can implement projects. However, the notion of 'RURITAGE' can be reflected to 'Rural Spatial Maintenance Plan' seamlessly, which will be prepared in the 'Rural Living Area Revitalization Plan'.

지방사립대학의 폐교에 따른 발전 방안과 활용방안에 관한 연구 - A 대학교의 중심으로 - (The Study on the Development and Utilization Plan for Closed Private Universities - Based on the case of A University -)

  • 지방 소도시 쇠퇴에 따른 학령인구 감소는 사립대학의 폐교를 야기하며 관련 법령 및 지침이 모호하여 혼란을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 폐교대학의 활용방안을 제시하고자 한다. 대학 폐교로 경제적 어려움을 겪고 있는 골목상권과 지역공동체 회복을 통해 골목 슬럼화 방지를 통해 폐 교대학의 매각 가능성을 높이고자 한다. 자료는 2021년 9월 30일부터 10월 8일까지 구글 설문조사와 10월 2일 실시한 현장 인터뷰를 통해 수집하였다. 설문조사의 대상자는 폐교대학의 인근 시민 총 84명이었고, 현장 인터뷰는 폐교대학 출신 2명과 지역거주민 3명 총 5명과 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 폐교 건물의 활용방안에 대한 도출방향을 제시하였다. 이 연구는 차후 폐교재산의 활용 모델을 제시하고 도시재생 정책의 수립에 기여 할 것이다.

유휴산업시설 재생을 통한 상하이 창의공간에 나타난 디자인 표현 특성 (Characteristics of Design Expression Reflected in Creative Space in Shanghai through Regeneration of Abandoned Industrial Facilities)

  • Regeneration of abandoned industrial facilities can heighten the availability through potential values that cannot be found in newly-built buildings and through the sense of overscale space. Furthermore, backward regions can be activated by assigning their identity and establishing social-cultural infrastructures. The aim of the present study is to analyze and integrate of characteristics of design expression based on a case of creative space in Shanghai. A research on the creative space in Shanghi designedly proceeded according to government's extensive administrative support and policy. We keep appearances of industrial buildings as close as possible to their original condition, thereby revealing symbolism and forming unique characteristics that distinguish them from those of other areas. While keeping the shape characteristics of the bridge8, M50, Red Town, 2577 Greative Garden and 1933 Shanghai, we designed spaces in terms of spacial variability, oneness, accessibility and continuity and activated areas by inducing residents' participation and fostering art and cultural oriented facilities. These characteristics of design expression are factors to be considered in regenerating abandoned industrial facilities internally and hopefully they are used as a reference of design plan.

도시재생을 위한 건물공간관리 플랫폼 사용자 역량 교육에 관한 연구 (A Study on User Competency Training for Building Space Management Platform for Urban Regeneration)

  • This paper is one of the types of 'sharing economy', a social economic model that borrows and shares things, spaces, and services from the development of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Through sharing of empty space and time in the city, I would like to suggest a way to reduce the closure of small business owners in order to create jobs, which is one of urban problems in the community. We also build a platform that utilizes the free time and space of buildings through space sharing, one of the types of sharing economy, and provides education programs for start-up education, promotion, marketing, and consulting by matching small business owners with building owners. Therefore, in this paper, by sharing the space and time, the landlord and the small business can share the profits of the small business by reducing the business owner's closure and the job creation plan. Coaching urban regeneration was proposed.

  • This study aimed to explore how to lead locals to join rural downtown regeneration projects on the basis of the downtown of Obuse Town located in Nagano Prefecture in Japan. What well depicts the outcome of Obuse Town Project joined by residents are revitalized downtown districts and open gardens. Actors that facilitated residents' participation are administration, "a-la Obuse Co. Ltd. and "Machizukuri Institude of TUS and Obuse Town". "a-la- Obuse Co. Ltd." is a middle support organization in the form of community business and "Machizukuri Institute of TUS and Obuse Town" is a professional research institute set by Tokyo University of Science and Obuse Town. This study presented activities, types and roles of residents' participation in the rural town activation project that started in 2015 by researching the activities of residents, shop owners and students with regard to Obuse Town Project, administrative actions for their participation and activities of middle-level supportive institutions, which are exports' research groups.

Ecological Modeling for Estimation of Environmental Characteristics in Masan Bay

  • The ecosystem model was applied to estimate the regional distribution of the net production(or consumption) of phytoplankton and the net uptake(or regeneration) rate of nutrients in Masan Bay for scenario analysis to find a proper management plan. At the surface level, net production of phytoplankton is 200 mgC/㎡/day at the entrance of the bay, and 400∼1000 mgC/㎡/day at the center of the bay. The inner area of the bay showed more than 2000 mgC/㎡/day. All areas of the bottom level have a net consumption, with the center of the bottom level showing more than 600 mgC/㎡/day. For dissolved inorganic nitrogen, the results showed a net uptake rate of 100∼900 mg/㎡/day at the surface level. It showed that the net regeneration is above 50 mg/㎡/day at the bottom level. For dissolved inorganic phosphorus, the net uptake rate showed 10.0∼80.0 mg/㎡/day at the surface level, and the regeneration rate showed 0∼20.5 mg/㎡/day at the bottom level. Therefore, in order to control the water quality in Masan Bay, it is important to consider the re-supplement of nutrients regenerated in the water column.

소규모 오수처리 시스템에서의 제올라이트에 의한 질소 제거 (Nitrogen Removal using Zeolite at On-site Wastewater Treatment System)

  • Recently, absorbent biofilters, which are inexpensive and easy to manacle, have been supplied to the rural areas, but have limitations in removing the nutrients effectively. Accordingly, as an alternative plan. natural zeolites were arranged in front or at the rear of the absorbent biofilters, and their removal efficiency for nitrogen and, ultimately, their applicability to the on-site wastewater treatment system were studied. Furthermore, the same experiments were carried out on artificial zeolites, made from coal ashes at National Honam Agricultural Experiment Station, to compare natural zeolites with artificial ones. Treated wastewater through the Absorbent Biofilter showed 22.6% nitrogen removal efficiency, while 64.6% was attained when natural Zeolites were placed in front of the absorbent biofilters (Zeolite-Aerobic process). As an addition, phosphorus was also efficiently removed. On the other hand, Aerobic-Zeolite process, which arranged natural zeolites at the rear of the biofilters, did not have significantly higher nitrogen removal as compared to the treatment using only the absorbent biofilters. Furthermore, upon regeneration of the natural zeolite, the ion exchange rate was fecund to increase over 10% as compared to before regeneration. Our results show that natural zeolites, applied to the on-site wastewater treatment system through the Zeolite-Aerobic process, not only increase the removal efficiency of nutrients, but, by choosing the appropriate regeneration time, can also be cast-effective. Artificial zeolites, on the other hand, though more efficient in removing nutrients, cannot be regenerated and, therefore, are not cost-effective.

성남기성시가지 주거지재생을 위한 생활가로 특성 연구 (A Study on the Neighborhood Street Characteristics for Residential Regeneration in Original Part of Seongnam City)

  • This study starts from the architectural and urban interest to integrate the daily life and behavior of residents in the city of Seongnam and to sustain the community. A fixed abode is something that can not be separated from the place and should be approached from a comprehensive perspective reflecting the physical and social conditions of the region. Although residential neighborhoods have a residential walking range, which has a steep slope, it has been formed in the suburbs of the residential area where commercial facilities are activated organically. The humanities and social organizations of the residents are integrated with the physical space and act as constituent factors of major cities. This is an attempt to suggest improvement and activation of existing cities based on their daily lives, rather than destroying cities and creating new ones. Also, it is proposed to 'Neighborhood Street' as an indicator of a uniform urban renewal plan for existing urban regeneration projects. Based on the definition of the city of living in the city, the center of the city will be located in the center of the city, and it will be the center of the city's bustling streets.
