The publication of genetic epidemiology meta-analyses has increased rapidly, but it has been suggested that many of the statistically significant results are false positive. In addition, most such meta-analyses have been redundant, duplicate, and erroneous, leading to research waste. In addition, since most claimed candidate gene associations were false-positives, correctly interpreting the published results is important. In this review, we emphasize the importance of interpreting the results of genetic epidemiology meta-analyses using Bayesian statistics and gene network analysis, which could be applied in other diseases.

이 연구는 대학 연구자들의 표절, 위변조, 중복게재, 부당한 저자표시, 연구윤리제도의 무력화 등 연구부정행위의 원인을 살펴보고 연구윤리체계의 개선방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법에 있어서 기본적으로 문헌연구에 의존하였으며, 보완적으로 국내 4년제 대학에서 연구 관련 분야에 대한 책임자로 일한 경험이 있거나 현재 연구윤리와 관련된 보직을 수행하고 있는 전문가 교수를 대상으로 델파이기법을 통한 자문을 실시했다. 연구결과 연구자 개인 측면에서는 연구자들이 관습에 미루는 안이한 태도와 부정직성, 연구비에 대한 욕심 등이 주요한 이유로 파악되었다. 조직측면에서는 규정의 세밀성과 적용의 미흡, 검증시스템의 결여, 성과중심의 연구 환경 등이 그 이유로 분석되었다. 연구자 개인적 이유로 발생하는 부정행위를 극복하기 위한 방안으로 연구윤리교육의 정례화 및 횟수 증가, 개인적 벌칙 강화가 제시되었다. 제도적 이유로 발생하는 부정행위를 극복하기 위한 방안으로서는 검증시스템의 강화, 고발자 신변보호제도 강화, 승진누락 등 벌칙제도의 강화 및 연구평가의 질적·양적 균형 강화 등이 제시되었다.

The objective of this study is to suggest the templates for the terminology standardization cases of safety standard on integrated management system, so that integrated management of safety standards is introduced to replace redundant, or conflicting functions and performance of these standards. And to carry out the terminology standardization enables management efficiently. Therefore this study suggests and analyzes cases of terminology standardization of domestic and international research trends. In addition to proposes a architectural schema for disaster safety standard and writing disaster safety standardizations of the International Organization for Standardization. For the objectives, the guidelines on standard terminology policy, terminology publication and guide development proposed by the International Organization for Standardization. Disaster safety standards were applied in order to build and utilize integrated management system of disaster safety standards through domestic and foreign cases. Throughout the result of this study, this study will contribute to the analysis and application of semantic knowledge based analysis throughout the ontology information linked the vocabulary to vocabulary by making the template of the disaster safety standards for easy to use and simple etc. This study is to expect traceability for the principle national disaster safety standards resource elements.

Increase of aging population and demands for care and support systems, needs and demands for a variety of care services and housing facilities have increased. With the emergence of gerontechnology, tangible and intangible technologies and innovations have been explored and developed in many countries. Since housing environment is very important to define well-being and quality of life of the elderly, technology applications in the living environment are considered as important means. The purpose of this study is to enumerate and investigate technologies for the elderly to assist daily living and help care providers, and to explore technology applications in the built environments. This study also investigate how intelligent technologies are installed in the built environment and physical consideration for a variety of approaches. The content analysis was conducted to investigate technology developments for the elderly based on web materials and publication materials. The seven examples were chosen since they are seeking technologies especially for the elderly or aging-in place. General goals for the diffusion of intelligent homes expecially for the elderly are to be easy to install and remove, unobtrusive, redundant cueing, easy to use, and robust. The results of this study suggest application considerations for the technologies of the built environment for the elderly.

본 연구는 1997년 이후부터 2022년까지 한국연구재단에 등재된 학술문헌을 '엔젤투자' 와 '엔젤투자자' 그리고 '엔젤투자유치' 의 키워드로 검색하여 조사된 문헌들을 연도, 연구주제, 연구방식, 연구대상, 연구방법의 분류를 통해 국내 엔젤투자에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 국내에서 엔젤투자를 주제로 한 연구현황을 분석하여 해외연구대비 상대적으로 부족한 분야의 주제를 제시하였다. 또한, 엔젤투자 연구의 체계적 확장을 위한 연구방향과 관련한 사회과학적 이론을 제시하였다. 그리고 마지막으로 엔젤투자 분야의 연구 활성화를 위해 어떤 부분들이 필요할지 시사점을 제시하였다. 본 연구로 수집된 문헌들을 분석한 결과 국내의 엔젤투자 관련 연구주제는 엔젤투자자의 특성, 벤처창업기업, 제도 및 정책, 엔젤투자의사, 엔젤투자 유형 등에 초점을 두고 있었으며, 향후 연구에서는 엔젤투자 성과분석, 엔젤투자의 사례연구, 그리고 국내 엔젤투자 규모의 성장과 활성화에 도움이 될 수 있도록 연구의 확장이 필요하다는 결론을 도출하였다. 또한, 벤처창업기업, 엔젤투자 유형, 엑설러레이터, 벤처캐피탈, 제도 및 정책 등 특정 변수에 초점을 둔 연구에서 벗어나 크라우드펀딩, 투자수익률 등 엔젤투자에 관련된 다양한 변수관계를 연구 할 필요가 있다. 특히, 앞으로 엔젤투자 성과를 예측하고 해석하는 데 중요한 역할을 하는 다양한 독립변수들과의 관계를 더 자세히 탐구하는 연구가 더욱 필요하다. 또한, 엔젤투자와 투자 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 다양한 변수들에 대한 이론적 구조를 분석하여 이러한 구조에 대한 질적 및 양적연구가 다방면으로 활성화 될 필요가 있다. 본 연구를 통해 향후 엔젤투자 분야에서 보다 다양한 연구가 진행되길 기대하며, 이러한 연구결과들은 국내 엔젤투자의 활성화에도 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
