Objectives : This study aimed to investigate the clinical practice ability and satisfaction of clinical training of health-medical information management major students. Methods : The data were collected from 68 persons from students finished clinical training at medical record (information) team using self administered questionnaires. The data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA and correlation with SPSS 22.0 version. Results: Performance of data collection, data management, and data analysis were analyzed in three areas of the job area. In terms of academic characteristics and correlation, they were not related to the level of satisfaction with the practical experience. Conclusions : Research on a virtuous cycle clinical practice program that analyzes the factors by assessing the satisfaction level of clinical practice in each area of health care information management will be conducted continuously.

This study aims to shed light on the relationship between information official disclosure and records management in the local government's authority regulations. To that end, analyzed 337 local autonomy laws found in ELIS and the Ministry of Office of Legislation. As a result, it found a link between the 'Public Records Act' in terms of 'records preservation (making minutes)', 'information disclosure procedures for transferred records,' and claims receiving department. 'Record keeping (written minutes)' was similar to that of the 'Public Records Act,' and the 'Claims Receiving Department' mentioned 'Record Management Department.' However, the 'Claims Reception Department' had a strong characteristic of the civil service department, and the 'Public Record Act' did not specify the clause in terms of 'minutes of the minutes.' Certified e-Document Authority keep it with protection legal as a system a guarantee and identifies originality of an e-Record, It presume to be authenticity e-Records and contents of an e-Record prove what was not changed. But, e-Records has high medium degree of dependence and loss danger of information has very high problems. In addition, Because correction(attachment and deletion) and a revision of information are easy, a problem for integrity and the originality of an e-Record is caused. Existing system show the following inefficient. For the originality guarantee, an existing e-Documents encryption method accomplishes a encrypted process of a whole document with a symmetric key, if the information revised midway, the whole documents content must accomplish re-scanning and re-encryption process again. To get over such inefficient, this paper maximize efficiency which occurred at the time of partial information revision request by encryption and managing using the link information based on the linkage characteristics of the each page on the registered requested e-Documents, It was able to increase security configuration by minimizing problems on an information exposure through increasing complicated of the key management.

Applying evolved IT technology to increase the satisfaction of the consumer is a typical feature of the rapidly transformed service industry. Smart devices have taken a place as the mainstream of major media, moreover, IT service strategies utilizing smart devices have been constantly developed. Location recognition method of users has been proposed as one of the significant features to the IT service industry. The long-term care home services can be one example of user location recognition methods that real time computerization of service record utilize an attached tag to home of pensioners with RFID reader or an NFC function of mobile when a home carer provides service. And, the Homecare Electronics Management System (HEMS) and the various location recognition methods will be discussed to improve effectiveness of services. In this paper, we propose a home applicable electronic management system which insurer, home care service facilities, home cares, pensioners and guardians which enables to simultaneously check service records based on the improved system by use of iBeacon.

'Ubiquitous Computing' is the most important paradigm of the next generation Information-Communication technology. The one of important problems to develop ubiquitous computing service system get hold of relations between times of transfer objects and events of transfer objects. Another problem is what reason transfer-pattern through location data of transfer objects. In this paper, we propose an approach to offer temporal-relation service in ubiquitous computing environment. The first is temporal reasoning in service viewpoint. The second is temporal reasoning to record user's preference. Users have preferences that are closely connected with time. These preferences are recorded at user profile. Therefore, the user profile-based ubiquitous service system can offer suitable service to users.

1. To define 'Korean medicine industry' through study on existing medicine related industries, Korean medicine industry means all industrial activities related to Korean medicine. It covers material resources such as herbs and products made with herbs, medical instruments, Korean medical service and related information service based on Korean medicine theories. 2. According to Korea National Statistical Office standard industrial branch, Korean medicine industry was classified as a large branch. There were industries such as agriculture, food and beverage manufacture, publishing, copy of prints and record media, manufacture of compound and chemical products, medical service, manufacture of precise optical instruments, wholesale trade and product mediation, retail trade, restaurant, research and development, education service, health preservation service, entertainment, culture and sports industry related to the Korean medicine industry. 3. If we classify this according to the industry branch of English economists Clark, Colin Grant, herb cultivating industry will be classified as primary industry, manufacture of foot and beverage related to Korean medicine, secondary industry and wholesale and retail sales of herb, research and development, education, health preservation, social welfare, tertiary industries.

Meter reading system, operated by meter staff who reads the meter and record consumption with handhold data terminals. can cause privacy intrusion, unread meter data, abnormal readings and excessive expenses of maintaining the system. To prevent the deterioration of customer service quality, Automatic Meter Reading system, which automatically recognizes meter readings and transmit reading data through wireless RF module, is designed. Introduction of digital broadcasting service does not only mean the change of information transmission method but also the change of total broadcasting system. In past day, Television was only received one-sided information from broadcasting station, but digital broadcasting means that digital television becomes the most important means of information transmission by the introduction of new programming, lots of channels, data service, multi communication. In the age of the digital broadcasting, the recording and replay medium's interest is getting higher. The medium is able to record more than 24 hours' digital broadcasting programs without additional tapes. In this paper the recording and replay device using HDD was implemented and device driver based on linux was programmed. It has Intel PXA250 processor and hard disk is used as storage equipment. And transport Stream is saved on hard disk through PXA250's data bus. FIFO is added to solve the different saving speed and FPGA is also added to display the saved data.

제안하는 서비스는 OCR(Optical Character Recognition, 광학문자인식)과 딥러닝 패턴분석 알고리즘을 활용하여 문서를 효율적으로 관리하는 서비스로 필기를 많이 하는 사용자를 위한 기능을 제공한다. 최근 다양한 분야에서의 머신러닝 기반의 OCR의 활용이 증가했지만 기존의 애플리케이션은 패턴 분석 알고리즘과 통계 기반의 OCR을 혼합하여 사용하기 때문에 필기체에 대한 인식률이 높지 않다. 이에 본 논문에서는 OCR과 패턴분석 알고리즘을 활용하여 필기체에 대한 높은 인식률을 제공하는 서비스를 제안한다.

The issue of PHR is maintained on the server will be in the hospital. PHR information stored on the server, such as a patient's illness and treatment is very sensitive information. Therefore, patients should be guaranteed the protection of privacy. In addition, the PHR should be allowed to group access of it's approach. Therefore, in this paper the proposed group signature using hierarchical identity-based encryption schemes into can guarantee the PHR data privacy. The session key generated by group signature, it is use a tiered approach. The generated session keys safe PHR data transmission is possible. The proposed method is average 80% than the PKI encryption and ID-based encryption rather than average 50% the algorithm processing is more efficient
