The systematic classification of database technologies is being much debated issue currently in the telecommunication and database industry. Such a rapid requirement toward standard classification model will enable many experts to characterize database technologies. The purpose of this study is to obtain a general overview and suggest a draft for the development of standard model associated with classification. This presented model is concentrating on information and database system. This presentation is catalogued by 5 subjects such as : general overview, information distribution, information retrieval systems, database systems, peripheral aspects related to database.

Under the rapid change of business circumstance to E-business, CRM is one of the major strategic choices to reinforce the relationship with customers. In this point, this study attempts to understand the relationships among the quality of CRM and the variables of post adoption on the innovation diffusion theory. With integration of information system success model and innovation diffusion theory, it developed a research model and several hypotheses focusing on CRM performance of post-adoption. To testify the hypotheses, it conducted a survey on insurance industry and performed a statistical analysis for the research model with structure equation model. The results show that the factors of CRM quality (system, service, and information) have significant relationships with level of CRM usage and satisfaction. And the relationships between satisfaction and CRM performance and between CRM performance and intension of CRM extension are found as statistically significant.

Developed in this paper is a prototype extranet using mobile device such as Personal Digital Assistance(PDA) or Handheld PC(HPC). Especially an adjustment transaction system for auto insurance using wireless data communications is described. Using infrastructures such as PCS, Cellular, Private Radio, wireless communications offers tremendous applications in Korea. A survey of such applications is presented in this paper. Also an analysis of currently available infrastructures of wireless communications is described in this paper. The scheme of an adjustment transaction consists of seven steps: (1) get list of adjustment, (2) obtain insurance information, (3) check police record, (4) get an accident record, (5) get bluebook value, (6) examine the car, (7) file report. Comparing with the previous on-line method that spends much time on gathering data, the proposed system guarantees more rapid transaction using wireless communications.

The cooling of data centers has emerged as a significant challenge as the density of IT equipment increased. With the rapid increasing of heat load and cooling system, predictions for electronics power trends have been closely watched. A data center power density projection is needed so that IT organizations can develop data centers with adequate cooling for reasonable lifetimes. This paper will discuss the need for something more than processor and equipment power trend projections which have overestimated the required infrastructure for customers. This projection will use data from a survey of actual enterprise data centers and the ASHRAE projections to formulate a data center server heat load trend projection.

Distribution management system or microgrid energy management system plays an important role in monitoring, operation and control of electrical distribution systems by utilizing IT infrastructure. Nowadays, the rapid increase of the distributed resources makes the conventional management system have some additional functionality for the reliable operation due to intermittent renewables and the efficient operation on the economical purpose. In this paper, the brief standard software functional requirements of microgrid energy management system are provided through survey of the recent commercial products of the major vendors, and furthermore the architectures of microgrid energy management system are provided in comparison with major suppliers' microgrid energy management system. The summary of investigation will be able to make the developers and researchers focus on the specific functionality in the real world.

In this study, the Ground Penetrating Radar(GPR) was tested to evaluate the condition of concrete decks. Test results obtained by CPR were compared with values measured from drilled cores and damage mapping by the visual survey. It is shown that GPR can provide highly accurate measurements of layer properties of concrete decks and can map areas of deterioration in bridge decks by dielectric constants. The deck condition can be grouped into categories of "good" or "distressed". The ground penetrating radar data shows promise for producing rapid and accurate condition assessment for bridge decks. And these data can be used to evaluate highway bridge condition and make cost-effective bridge deck rehabilitation by accurately estimating the quantity of deteriorated concrete.

To provide services such as a smart traffic analysis, autonomous driving, and unmanned driving, automobiles applying these technologies are required to perform various types of sensing and image analyses for vehicle recognition and distance measurements. addition, there has been a rapid increase in the need to introduce an automotive Ethernet, that can provide a wide bandwidth to support. such technologies. In this article, we survey the latest trends in automotive Ethernet based automobiles and their security threats, and analyze the status and prospects of security technologies applied to cope with them.

By 2019, Korea is expected to be an aged society, age group of 65 and older being over 14% of the total population, considering their rapid increase today. The number of the elderly living alone or with his or her spouse will grow more and more. So this study was intended to find out the characters of elderly gathering houses in Japan through case study. The survey was taken by literatures and interview taken from the managers of the houses. It was selected the company which had branched 17 buildings all over the nation. There are three types in units in the building. One is self-supporting life house type. The other is personal care senior house type. Another is complex community house type. And the house have pointed on the participation in community. The company has attached great importance to form the co-operation network with the residents being shared same building. And it has aimed that the residents would feel being alive in their home.

This study is to find out the process of changes concerning the cadastral records that consist of the cadastre, the cadastral map and various registers of land in Japanese Colonial Period. The cadastre and cadastral map were the most important part of them and became the basis of cadastral records. These two registers were first made out according to the Project of Colonial Land Survey in the year 1912. As the influx of foreign Weights and Measures was greatly influenced by the foreign concession since 1876, the traditional units of the Weights and Measures had abolished finally. The extortion of sovereignty led a rapid change to the Weights and Measures in 1910. Japan compelled us to change into Japanese System of Measurement. From that time on, Lot(筆地) and Pyeong(坪) were settled down on the registers of land.

In order to survey possibility to produce saikosaponin from in vitro hairy root culture, culture of callus, adventitous root, and hairy root of Bupleurum falcatum L. were estabilished, and quantitative and qualitative aspects in saikosaponin extracted from these were compared with those of cultivated root. Callus grew well in MS medium containing 0.9 $\mu$M 2, 4-D. In contrast, both of adventitous root and hairy root grew well in hormone-free MS medium. However, hairy root showed more rapid growth with extensive lateral root branches, characteristics of lower content of water and softer than in adventitous root. Among the selected lines of adventitous root and hairy root were observed difference in the growth rate. Mannopine, one of opine synthesized in the transformed tissue with Agrobacterium rhizogenes. A4 were detected in the extract of hairy root lines. Pattern and content of crude saponin from adventitous and hairy root showed no difference, but somewhat difference from those of cultivated root. However, in callus, distinct production-aspect of saponin was not observed.
