Recently, growth of internet causes rapid changes in many areas of statistics such as statistical computation and education. Especially, bootstrap is the most interesting statistical methods applying computer resampling simulation. In this study, we try to present how to use a method of bootstrap on the internet. We also develop to user a statistical system which is programed with java applet for user to handle easily.

Airlines service is very important so as to overcome the rapid environmental changes of the air transportation market at home and abroad. Author investigates the impact of Determinants on the performance of airlines in all the world. Three variables of performance measurement were used : revenue, net profit, and passengers. Data analyses were based on service ranking, financial and passenger information of the world's top 50 Airlines collected from Business Traveller, World Air Transport Statistics and Airline Business. The findings of this study could be summarized as follows : Service ranking was not related to the airlines performances such as revenue, net profit, passengers and so fourth. But airlines size(employees, fleet size) was related to the airlines performances such as passengers and revenue passenger.

Polymer micro-fluidic devices were fabricated with laser processes. A UV laser and a femto laser were used to machine polymer micro-fluidic structures directly. This laser direct machining process suits the need of rapid prototyping, as in many applications changes from the original design are often required. As examples, two polymer micro-systems were developed: a micro-check valve and a micro diffuser pump. The micro fluidic devices can be applied for many applications such as clinical diagnostics and drug delivery. Advantages and disadvantages using polymers as a material for micro-fluidic applications are discussed.

The purposes of this study were to examine effect by Solid Matrix Priming(SMP) ; method far enhanced rapid and uniform seedling emergence in tobacco seeds. The results were as follows. No enhancement of germination rate was by SMP treatment. In KF114 during 9 days treatment and in KB108 during 7 days treatment, germinative energy was highest, and T50 and mean germination time were the shortest. Cells in embryo and hypocotyl were divided and extended during SMP treatment. The contents of fatty acid were increased in SMP treatment. The changes of glucose content were little.

Rapid progresses on computer and Internet technology fortell the changes in learning environments in our classrooms, which requires a timely preparation for the near future. The construction and utilization of databases that can be used in education, among other things, is the crucial subject which we need to address to. This paper discusses the various aspects of the construction of educational databases and proposes a way for effectively maintaining them.
