Background: Cervical cancer is the second most common malignancy among women worldwide, and women of reproductive age in Thailand. However, information on the behavior regarding cervical cancer in rural community Thailand is sparse. Objective: To assess the knowledge, attitude, and practice regarding cervical cancer (CC) among rural community women in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand, using predesigned structured questionnaires. Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted in 8 villages of Non Sung district, Nakhon Ratchasima province, Thailand, during January to April 2015. Bloom's taxonomy was used as a framework for the study. 265 women aged between 30-60 years old were selected by simple random sampling. All participants completed predesigned questionnaires with 4 parts: demographic data, knowledge, attitude, and practice regarding cervical cancer. Descriptive statistics were used for analysis in this study. Results: The majority of participants were in the age group of 41-50 years old (42.6%) with senior secondary school level of education (32.1%), marriage status (85.0%), agricultural employment (59.6%), and family income between 6,000-10,000 baht per month (54.3%). Some 63.4% and 68.7% participants had high knowledge and moderate level of attitudes regarding CC, while 41.1%, 48.7%, and 10.2% had neem regularly, irregularly or never screened for CC, respectively. The main reasons for not screening were were shyness (44.4%) and no time (55.6%). Vaginal discharge and itching were the common signs and symptoms of participants who were screened at a health promotion hospital of sub-district. Conclusions: CC is still a health problem in the rural community. Therefore, health education is required, particularly for those who have never undergone screening.
The purpose of this paper was to investigate differences in middle school student's after school satisfaction according to the type and the degree of flow of after school. For the purpose of this paper, a survey was conducted including a questionnaire consisting of a general characteristic of the study object, a general characteristic of the after school class, learning-flow scale, and after school satisfaction scale. The subjects were 382 students who were selected at random from middle school students. Cronbach' ${\alpha}$ and MANOVA were employed for data analysis. The results were as follows: First, the students with special-ability aptitude class were more satisfied for after school instructors than the students with subject class. Second, the students with the degree of high learning-flow showed higher satisfaction in after school class curriculum, instructors, and educational facility than the degree of low learning-flow students. Third, among the students who were high in learning-flow, the students with special-ability aptitude class were more satisfied with after-school class curriculum and educational facility compared to the students with subject class.
The purpose of this study was to confirm how the students have responded to their class according to STEB (science teaching efficacy belief) of secondary science teacher in astronomy classes. Middle school teachers in charge of 'The Solar System' and 'The Exosphere and Space Development' in the 2009 Revision Science Curriculum content system is selected as an object of study through random sampling method. Twenty-nine teachers were taken STEB questionnaire and asked to make it out. Twenty-seven completed a questionnaire of them is selected for this study. In addition, the top and bottom 5% selected through frequency analysis with the total score from the questionnaire were regarded as high and low STEB teachers. For data collection, this study was used methods such as semi-structured interviews, recording, participant observation. The results were as follows: First, science teachers of high STEB had a high accessibility about excellent professional knowledge and content of the curriculum relating to astronomical field. Second, high STEB teachers were prepared by the appropriate teaching strategies adequate to student-centered learning, whereas the low STEB teachers totally have had teacher-centered learning. Third, high STEB teachers had been provided as the idea that you can take advantage of a variety of instruments, as well as scientific knowledge through the Astronomical Society. Therefore, confidence in astronomical class and teaching strategies through content of the curriculum were very important variables to predict the STEB as well as astronomy-related class activities such as astronomical observations.
The number of TV entertainment shows is increasing. Competition among programs in the entertainment market is intensifying since cable channels air many entertainment TV shows. There is now a need for research on program ratings and the number of episodes. This study presents predictive models for entertainment TV show ratings and number of episodes. We use various data mining techniques such as linear regression, logistic regression, LASSO, random forests, gradient boosting, and support vector machine. The analysis results show that the average program ratings before the first broadcast is affected by broadcasting company, average ratings of the previous season, starting year and number of articles. The average program ratings after the first broadcast is influenced by the rating of the first broadcast, broadcasting company and program type. We also found that the predicted average ratings, starting year, type and broadcasting company are important variables in predicting of the number of episodes.
There are two goals in this paper. The one is development of existing CA(Cellular Automata) model to explain more realistic deceleration process to stop. The other is the application of the updated CA model to forecasting simulation to predict short term link travel time that takes a key rule in finding the shortest path of route guidance system of ITS. Car following theory of CA models don't makes not response to leading vehicle's velocity but gap or distance between leading vehicles and following vehicles. So a following vehicle running at free flow speed must meet steeply sudden deceleration to avoid back collision within unrealistic braking distance. To tackle above unrealistic deceleration rule, “Slow-to-stop” rule is integrated into NaSch model. For application to interrupted traffic flow, this paper applies “Slow-to-stop” rule to both normal traffic light and random traffic light. And vehicle packet method is used to simulate a large-scale network on the desktop. Generally, time series data analysis methods such as neural network, ARIMA, and Kalman filtering are used for short term link travel time prediction that is crucial to find an optimal dynamic shortest path. But those methods have time-lag problems and are hard to capture traffic flow mechanism such as spill over and spill back etc. To address above problems. the CA model built in this study is used for forecasting simulation to predict short term link travel time in Kangnam district network And it's turned out that short term prediction simulation method generates novel results, taking a crack of time lag problems and considering interrupted traffic flow mechanism.
This study aimed to understand the sex differences in cognitive behaviors in website design and demonstrate a practical basis for utilizing these differences into more user-centered design concept. Especially, we focused on the sex-different preference according to the information architecture of website navigation. First, We investigated general differences between men and women in cognitive behaviors through various literature studies. According to our investigation, men's cognitive works generally tend to follow a regular sequence and proceed step by step. On the other hand, women's cognitive style is generally characterized by random generation and simultaneous progress. To examine that these differences can be found in use of website navigation, we made an experiment in website design. We designed several test websites that have same contents but different style of navigation structure. A similar number of men and women were chosen for this test and they implemented given tasks. During the test, participants reported their preference on each websites and their implementing time and number of errors were collected. Based on the analysis of test data, it was possible to conclude that male participants' preference for the navigation with a narrow and deep information structure is relatively higher than female participants' preference for the same navigation, On the other hand, female participants have a preference of the navigation with a broad and swallow information structure. The result of study showed that there is a close correlation between the sex differences in preference of navigation types and the general sex differences in cognitive behavior. This finding can be used as a basis for designing the website navigation in which sex differences are reflected.
Although the public health centers have been initiating health education recently, it is not extending as expected and the participation of the program is low. The reason is that the office workers have few opportunities to receive health education since there are few public health centers in relation to the population. Much time is required for travel and attendance of the classes. In order to solve this problem, the aim is to increase participation in health education, improve the overall public health awareness, expand the number of health education locations to reduce medical expenses, vitalize the lifelong educational health programs, and improve the national health insurance. In order to research about the health education expansion plan for public health improvement, a study focused on men and women above age 20 who need health education. The research sample was selected through random sampling that targeted people who participated in the health programs or the health education. The period of this survey was from September 1st to September 30th, 2014. A total of 509 participants completed the survey data for the actual analysis to propose the health education expansion plan for the public health improvement.

IEEE802.15.4a, which is started to realize the PHY layer including high precision ranging/positioning and low data rate communication functions, requires a simple and low power consumable transceiver architecture. To satisfy this requirements, the simple noncoherent on-off keying (OOK) UWB transceiver with the parallel energy window banks (PEWB) giving high precision signal processing interface is proposed. The flexibility of the proposed system in multipath fading channel environments is acquired with the pulse and bit repetition method. To analyze the bit error rate (BER) performance of this proposed system, a noise model in receiver is derived with commonly used random variable distribution, chi-square. BER of $10^{-5}$ under the line-of-sight (LOS) residential channel is achieved with the integration time of 32 ns and signal to noise ratio (SNR) of 15.3 dB. For the non-line-of-sight (NLOS) outdoor channel, the integration time of 72 ns and SNR of 16.2 dB are needed. The integrated energy to total received energy (IRR) for the best BER performance is about $86\%$.
This study utilized longitudinal data from the 2013 year (Secondary Middle School) to 2017 year (Secondary High School) of the Seoul Education Termination Study. Using the latent growth model and the piecewise growth model, we investigated the changes in mathematics academic achievement, internal factors(self-concept, self-control, self-assessment of life satisfaction), and external factors(school climate, guardians) as students' grades increased, and examined whether internal factors and external factors influence the changes in mathematics academic achievement. We examined whether internal and external factors influence the change in academic achievement. As a result of analysis, it was found that mathematics academic achievement remained unchanged from the first grade of middle school to the second grade of middle school, and steadily increased from the second grade of middle school to the first grade of high school, and then decreased slightly in the second grade of high school. The internal and external factors had little change. It has been found that self-concept, self-control as internal factors, and school climate as external factors influence changes in mathematics academic achievement.

In coastal region, eutrophication, Do deficit and red tide are frequently occurred by influx of fresh water. When the fresh water containing pollutants is discharged into the sea, the surrounding water is contaminated by dispersion of freshwater flowing into coastal waters. The prediction and analysis about the dispersion process of the discharged fresh water should be conducted. A modeling system using GUI was developed to simulate hydrodynamic flow and fresh water dispersion in coastal waters and to analyze the results efficiently. The modeling module of the system includes a tide model using a finite element method and a fresh water dispersion model using a particle-tracking method. This system was applied to predict the tidal currents and fresh water dispersion in Mokpo coastal zone. To verify accuracy of the hydrodynamic model, the simulation results were compared with observed sea level and time variations of tidal currents showing a good agreement. The fresh water dispersion was verified with observed salinity distribution. The dispersion model also was verified with analytic solutions with advection-diffusion problems in 1-dimensional and 2-dimensional simple domain. The system is operated on GUI environment, to ease the model handling such as inputting data and displaying results. Therefore, anyone can use the system conveniently and observe easily and accurately the simulation results by using graphic functions included in the system. This system can be used widely to decrease the environmental disaster induced by inflow of fresh water into coastal waters.
