GIS 공간 분석기법을 통한 철도사고위험물질별 피해규모 자동추출방안 (A Method to Measure Damage Areas by the types of Railroad Hazardous Material through GIS Spatial Analysis)

  • 산업의 발달 및 도시화의 증가로 인해 위험물질을 포함한 물류 수송량은 날로 증가하는 추세이고 위험물질 수송차량들의 사고발생 위험도 따라서 증대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 위험물 운송이 점차 증가하고 있는 철도수송에 있어 기존 선행 연구의 피해규모 분석모형을 적용하고, 위험물 물류 표준화 연구에서 정의된 물질별 사고노출량을 기준으로 하여 위험물 물질별 인구 및 환경 노출규모를 GIS(Geographic Information System)의 버퍼링 분석 기 법을 통하여 일반적으로 분석이 어려운 피해규모산정을 자동으로 도출하는 방안을 제시하였다. 각 링크별 인구 및 노출규모 산출 모형을 적용하기 위해서는 Network(철도망), Zone(행정구역), 철도사고 Data, 철도화물 통행량, 하천 및 강 등을 GIS Database로 구축하였고, 최종적으로 Buffering 분석과 함께, 중첩분석의 Clip 기법과 Special Join 기법을 함께 사용하여 본연구의 제시한 위험물 물질별 피해규모 자동 추출 방안을 제시해 보았다.

경량전철 대차 선회프레임의 정적강도와 피로특성 분석 (Static and Fatigue Analysis of Bogie Rotating Frame for Light Rail Train)

  • Rotating bogie frame will be used in the bogie for the Light Rail Train being developed. In development of the bogie, analyzed were the structural strength and fatigue characteristics of the rotating bogie frame. Defined load cases were applied for the analysis. No part of the rotating bogie frame is subjected to stress beyond the fatigue endurance limits of the material used when grinding the weldment of the lower plate link bend. It is concluded that the rotating bogie frame is considered safe in the view of the structural strength.

  • 철도 레일의 누적통과톤수에 의한 교체주기기준은 레일의 휨 피로수명에 의해 결정된다. 레일의 휨 피로수명을 평가하기 위해서는 기본적으로 레일의 휨 피로거동(S-N선도)에 대한 분석이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 국내에서 사용되고 있는 50kg/m, 60kg/m 레일에 대하여 신품 및 사용 용접레일(모재부, 테르밋용접부, 가스압접부)로 구분하여 실물 휨 피로시험을 수행하였으며, 휨 피로시험결과를 바탕으로 파단유형 및 파단면 분석, 파괴 확률에 따른 휨 피로거동(S-N선도) 분석을 수행하였다. 이를 통해 레일종류별, 용접방법별, 신품 및 사용레일에 대한 S-N선도를 도출하였다. 이는 향후 누적통과톤수에 의한 레일 피로수명 평가를 위해 반드시 필요한 기초 자료로서 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

  • The characteristics and change of electrode surface about Gap type surge arrester for protect DC subway rail were investigated with moisture absorption. Compared that tested about DC/AC discharge commencement voltage, residual voltage, Impulse, square wave impulse for DC rail surge arrester about Gap type surge arrester of moisture absorption state. The AC discharge commencement voltage acted greatly effect of moisture absorption than the DC discharge commencement voltage test.

Simulating the performance of the reinforced concrete beam using artificial intelligence

  • In the present study, we aim to utilize the numerical solution frequency results of functionally graded beam under thermal and dynamic loadings to train and test an artificial neural network. In this regard, shear deformable functionally-graded beam structure is considered for obtaining the natural frequency in different conditions of boundary and material grading indices. In this regard, both analytical and numerical solutions based on Navier's approach and differential quadrature method are presented to obtain effects of different parameters on the natural frequency of the structure. Further, the numerical results are utilized to train an artificial neural network (ANN) using AdaGrad optimization algorithm. Finally, the results of the ANN and other solution procedure are presented and comprehensive parametric study is presented to observe effects of geometrical, material and boundary conditions of the free oscillation frequency of the functionally graded beam structure.

  • Wheel and rail wear is a fundamental and complicate problem in railway field. The life of railway is usually limited by wear. The wheel surface is subjected to high normal and tangential contact stress. The removal of material from the surface by wear is function of the sliding and contact stress. In the present paper, the wear characteristic depended on slip rate, contact pressure and temperature are investigated and is used to twin disc tester. The result shows that the wear in wheel-rail interface is remarkably depended on slip rate and contact pressure.

  • POS446M and POS430Ti alloys were investigated for application to a Flatron rail instead of conventional 28 wt%Cr alloy in order to reduce material costs. It was found that the permeability decrement of materials could be successfully minimized by proper heat treatment, and that the beam landing drift of the Flatron was not overly affected by the permeability of materials. In addition, the Flatron manufacturing process using POS430Ti was also stabilized without glass cracking by the application of the modified process conditions, which were optimized through the design of the experiment method.

  • The purpose of this work is to general approach to numerically simulating wear in rolling and sliding contact area between wheel and rail interface based on the analysis of dynamics with general MBS package. A simulation scheme is developed that calculates the wear at a detailed level. The estimation of material removal follows Archard's wear equation which states that the reduction of volume is linearly proportional to the sliding distance, the normal applied load and the wear coefficient and inverse proportional to hardness. The main research application is the wheel-rail contact of Korea High Speed Railway.

  • Today, many kind of buildings are higher than those of previous generations, and Curtain Wall is adapted broadly as an outer wall material. But weather and environmental condition could cause problems in curtain wall construction in most construction projects. High wind speed and unplanned lifting equipment's allocation could cause construction delay and cost increase. To solve these problems, we suggest using a curtain wall mullion as a rail to lift curtain wall which is less affected wind speed. And we would like to show a preliminary data of its economic advantage evaluation.
