To achieve high-yield, high-quality and safely sustainable development of agricultural and establish the standardization of agricultural production, processing, circulation management system, scientific methods must be used. But in plastic greenhouse, the traditional manual measurement way is still used in cultivation and measurement of relative humidity. In order to improve the efficiency of farm work, to make agricultural production more modernization, this paper combining with the sensor and display device to build a environment which can automatically adjust the humidity.

This study analyzed the effect of workplace innovation on business performance and labor condition improvement. The study results showed that work process standardization and quality control positively affected business performance. Also, downsizing, reducing individual subcontract, expanding non-core business outsourcing positively affected both business performance and labor condition improvement. In addition, labor union's participation moderated the effect of work process innovation on business performance. This study provided implications for analyzing the effect of workplace innovation comprehensively and extending the scope of study to personal employee dimension.

Recently, the publishing community now recognizes the importance of metadata in customers' buying decisions. As a result, they are more interested in effective metadata creation and quality maintenance, as well as standardization of exchanging system in the supply chain. As the library community also investigates the economic effectiveness of creating metadata, they try to find the best model for simplifying metadata creation by using sources close to the original. This study analyzes metadata work flow which had same source but be used in different fields by their own type and standard. It also discusses the same issues about each section and possibility about interoperation. Finally this paper tries to find an effective creation and distribution model of book metadata which can be used in domestic publishing and the library community.

In the evaluation method of KS on the activity factor of fly ash, same amount of cement should be replaced with fly ash. Therefore, contradictory effects on concrete strength exist, i. e. strength decease due to low content of cement and strength increase of strength due to filling-pore-function of fly ash. European Committee for Standardization (CEN) specifies the method 1 to 4. adding fly ash without reducing the content of cement, for the evaluation method on activity factor of fly ash. This study investigates the applicability of the method 2 of CEN to mix design of concrete. The followings are derived ; There is a key ratio of f)y ash mixing which enhances the incremental ratio of mixing water to improve fluidity of mortar. The incremental ratio of mixing water is maximized about 11% ratio of fly ash mixing. Compressive strength most slightly increases at that ratio of fly ash mixing. Activity factor of fly ash increases as water-cement ratio becomes low and contents of fly ash becomes high. Moreover, quality of fly ash and condition of mix design affect the applicable amount of fly ash and available range of water-cement ratio. However, this method has some problems for practical purpose because activity factors of fly ash for some cases are over 1.0. Further research should be conducted to develop more useful method of evaluating activity factor of fly ash.

To obtain a specific pharamcological effect, herbal medicines are processed based on the principle of traditional korean medicines. The problem in drug processing is the variety of methods, technics, and drug quality. In order to establish the base of standardization of processing methods, some herbal medicines(Evodiae Fructus, Scutellariae Radix, Astragali Radix, Zingiberis Rhizoma, Dioscoreae Radix, Aconiti Radix) were processed and studied the change a color tone of processed and unprocessed herbal medicines. The color tone(value and chroma) of these herbal medicines were changed after processing.

The medical and healthy paradigm is changing by various reasons such as improving of life quality, the limit of western medicine, demographic changes and so on. And the demand, interest and market size of traditional medicine(TM) and complementary and alternative medicine(CAM) are increasing continuously and there is a good traditional medicine called TKM(Traditional Korean Medicine) in Korea. TKM have differentiated characteristics like nature-friendly, systematic, preventive and personalized medicine from western medicine. TKM with these characteristics have possibility to increase national competitiveness and contribute to growth of economy. At this time, it is necessary to select key area of TKM R&D to increase competitiveness of TKM and to create new growth engine. In this paper, we suggest key area of TKM R&D through SWOT analysis, the analysis of world traditional medicine and expert's counsel. As a result, 3 key area and 10 specific fields of TKM R&D was selected, which they are 'the standardization for TKM technology and technique', 'the development of generic technology based on TKM' and 'the establishment of infrastructure for TKM information and material'. This study may contribute to make plan for TKM research and policy such as TKM middle and long term plan and TKM promotion plan.

As the complexity of software development is increasing due to networking, multimedia, and diverse system architecture, the need for effective software development methodology is increasing. Especially, due to software standard and internalization of software market, it is necessary to accept international quality such as ISO 9000-3. In addition, object oriented development methodology is required due to rapid propagation of OO technology and standardization. Recently, UML was accepted by the OMG as standard object-oriented modeling language for distributed environment. When we UML was accepted by the OMG as standard object-oriented modeling language for distributed environment. When we develop Java and CORBA-based software, often UML is applied to Java and CORBA-based projects. However, current structural or OMT-based object-oriented methodologies. In this paper, we proposed UML-based development and concrete guidelines for each phase in order to apply UML to software development practically and effectively. Also, we define the transition guidelines and semantics between various development tasks. In addition, the analysis and design techniques of user interface and system development techniques needed in Web application development are presented.

With the obligation of information system supervision and an increase in supervision demands, the quality improvement in information system supervision has been of significance, and the supervision system has been enhanced in the way of preventing information systems from being poorly established. In the meantime, recently the supervision industry has received administrative punishment due to violation of supervision guidelines and false reports. As a result, the introduction of the responsible supervision of information systems to strengthen the rights and duties of supervisors and supervision corporations has been discussed by supervision corporations. Therefore, this work was intended to propose success factors to introduce responsible supervision in the information system supervision sector, and thereby contribute to the introduction of responsible supervision system that plays a successful role in preventing poor supervision and establishing information system business. The success factors of the responsible supervision of information systems, proposed in this work, were categorized into legal system, standardization of supervision work, those concerned with supervision. And, detailed success factors of each category were proposed, and on the basis of that, the success model to introduce responsible supervision successfully was proposed.

IT convergence with agriculture is expected to bring more efficiency and quality improvement in producing, distributing, consuming of agricultural products with the aid of information processing and autonomous control technologies of the IT area. Smart Farming based on network is a service which is capable of coping with environmental and technical problems with the actualized IT convergence case for agriculture. In this paper, it is required to consider the actualized IT convergence case for agriculture, namely Smart Farming as a solution to cope the presented problems. In addition, propose and suggest to standard model and standardization items requirement for the Smart Farming based on network.
