조직 구성원의 기업 ESG 인식과 서비스 품질: 택배 서비스를 대상으로 한 다수준 분석 (The Relationship between Employees' ESG Perception and Service Quality: A Multi-level Analysis in the Korean Parcel Delivery Industry)

  • Purpose: This study examines the relationship between the environment, society, and governance (ESG) perception of service providers and service quality by considering job satisfaction as a mediator in the Korean parcel delivery context. Methods: This study uses a multi-level analysis by incorporating organizational and individual levels of analysis. It employs a survey method for measuring the ESG perception of parcel delivery persons and service quality ratings from the Korean government. A hierarch regression analysis with 241 responses was used to test hypotheses. Results: The results of this study provide evidence that the ESG perception, particularly its social dimension, of parcel delivery persons is positively associated with service quality. This study also finds the positive effect of the ESG perception on job satisfaction. However, the mediating effect of job satisfaction between the ESG perception and service quality was not confirmed. Conclusion: This study presents significant implications for scholars and practitioners. Parcel delivery companies should implement relevant ESG activities and communicate them with their service persons to improve delivery service quality. The ESG perception of employees plays a critical role in the moment of truth in parcel service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

Electronic Questionnaire of Organizational Citizenship, Job Satisfaction and Their Relationship to Performance Quality for Physical Education Teachers in the Western Region - KSA

  • The research aims to identify the degree of the organizational citizenship, satisfaction and performance quality of the teachers and relationship between organizational citizenship, job satisfaction and performance quality for physical education teachers . The researcher used the descriptive method, The participants were (195) teachers. The researcher conducted the research main study in the period from 05/12/2022 to 30/12/2022 use the website to distribute and collect the questionnaire: https://www.surveymonkey.com. The researcher used the computer in the statistical processing, using the SPSS statistical program, and the following methods: Mean, SD, percentages, Correlation Coefficient, Alpha Cronbach coefficient, differences Indicator using chi2 . Conclusions: There is high degree of organizational citizenship behavior practices, job satisfaction and performance quality for some teachers at the schools. Recommendation the importance of enhancing the organizational citizenship behavior in schools, according to the positive effects of these behaviors on the individual and group performances.

Investigating Factors that Affect Job Satisfaction and Performance in the Public Sector

  • Purpose: The public sectors including government and public organizations have put an efforts to improve the quality of people's lives by providing enhanced services. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the factors that affect job attitude, job satisfaction, and job performance in the public sector, that are rarely examined by previous studies. Research Design, data, and methodology: The following research questions have been proposed: i) how do payroll system, personnel management system, cooperative working environment, and self-efficacy affect job attitude?; and ii) how does job attitude affect job satisfaction and performance? This paper used a survey through an online platform and collected data randomly from five classified public institutions. This study applied regression analysis and ANOVA. Results: This study found that cooperative working environment and self-efficacy had significant impacts on job attitude, while payroll system and personnel management system did not affect job attitude. Overall job attitude affected both job satisfaction and performance. Conclusions: The results provide policy implications to the public sector which factors should be considered to improve job attitude, job satisfaction, and job performance. The results also provide managerial implications how such efforts ultimately improve service quality to the citizens.

장애인활동보조인의 직무만족이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Study on the effect of the Job Satisfaction by Personal Assistant for the Disabled on the Service Quality)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 장애인활동보조인의 직무자체, 근무환경, 보상, 업무량, 사회적 인식으로 구성된 직무만족에 대한 변인을 측정하여 서비스 질에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 장애인활동보조인의 직무만족의 중요성을 인식하고, 직무만족도를 높일 수 있는 사회복지실천의 함의를 도출하고자 함이다. 이를 위해 서울 북부, 경기 북부 지역의 장애인자립생활센터, 노인복지센터, 장애인종합복지관, 복지재단 등을 통하여 장애인활동지원기관 소속 활동보조인 223명을 연구대상자로 선정하여 최종 218명의 설문을 연구에 활용하였다. 조사결과로는 장애인활동보조인의 인구사회학적 및 일반적 특성, 직무만족, 서비스 질의 수준, 직무만족과 서비스 질의 상관관계, 직무만족이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 연구결과 장애인활동보조인의 직무만족의 하위변수인 직무자체, 보상이 서비스 질에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 장애인활동보조인의 직무만족도를 제고하기 위해 장애인 활동보조인이 직무자체에 대한 만족할 수 있도록 교육 프로그램을 확대할 것과 장애인활동보조인의 보상과 관련하여 급여체계의 개선을 제시하였다.

공공도서관 직원의 직무만족과 도서관 서비스 품질과의 관계 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Service Quality and Librarian's Job Satisfaction in Public Libraries)

  • 도서관의 성과를 이용자에게 제공하는 서비스의 품질 강화라고 할 때, 이에 영향을 미치는 요소로서 도서관 내부인적자원의 능력이 검토되어야 한다. 본 연구는 공공도서관 직원의 직무만족과 이용자가 인식하는 서비스 품질간의 관계를 밝히기 위해 서울 인천 경기 지역 10개의 공공도서관을 대상으로 직원의 직무만족도와 $LibQUAL+^{TM}$모형을 적용한 도서관서비스 품질을 조사하였다. 그 결과 직무만족 중 직무자체 요인과 조직요인의 만족도가 높을수록 서비스 품질이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 도서관 고객 만족도 향상을 위해 직원의 직무만족에 대한 제고가 필요한 것으로 판단되며, 이에 따른 실무적 함의를 논의하였다.

대졸청년의 직업가치가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of Job Values on the Quality of Life of Undergraduate Graduates with Early Careers)

  • 본 연구는 대졸 초기경력자을 대상으로 직업가치가 직무만족의 매개를 거쳐 삶의 질에 미치는 영향력에 대해 실증분석을 통해 살펴보는데 데 목적이 있다. 이에 직업가치와 삶의 질의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과와 직업눈높이의 조절효과를 포함하는 매개된 조절효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 곰스데이터를 활용하여 직업가치 직무만족 그리고 직업눈높이를 측정하기 위한 문항을 살펴보았으며, SPSS 23.0과 SPSS Macro를 사용하여 자료 분석을 시행하였다. 매개된 조절모형은 매개 및 조절효과가 포함된 통합적인 모형이므로 매개효과와 조절효과, 그리고 매개된 조절효과를 차례로 검증하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 직무만족을 통한 매개효과 모형은 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 확인되었다. 다음으로 직업가치는 직접경로와 매개변수인 직무만족을 통한 간접경로로 삶의 만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째 직무만족을 통한 직업눈높이의 조절된 매개효과 모형은 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 확인되었다. 세부적으로 독립변수인 직업가치와 매개변수인 직무만족은 종속변수인 삶의 질에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

간호사의 인지적 유연성, 극복력 및 전문직 삶의질이 직무착근도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Cognitive Flexibility, Resilience, and Professional Quality of Life on Job Embeddedness of Nurses)

  • Purpose: We examined the effects of cognitive flexibility, resilience, and professional quality of life on the job embeddedness of nurses. Methods: The participants were 120 nurses in three general hospitals. Data collection was conducted using self-report questionnaires from May 17 to June 2, 2022. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. Results: There were significant differences in job embeddedness by experience of turnover (t=-3.15, p=.002). The factors influencing the job embeddedness of the nurses were compassion satisfaction (β=.44, p<.001), resilience (β=.24, p=.035), experience of turnover (β=.23, p=.002), and cognitive flexibility (β=.21, p=.027). It was found that 39% could explain job embeddedness. Conclusion: It is necessary for nurses' support programs to be related to the experience of turnover to enhance job embeddedness. The results indicate a need to develop a program for cultivating compassion satisfaction, resilience, and cognitive flexibility to improve job embeddedness.

위탁급식업체 종사원의 내부마케팅에 대한 인식도, 직무만족도 및 조직몰입에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Job Satisfaction, Organization Immersion and Recognition on Internal Marketing of the Contract Foodservice Management Company Employees)

  • The principal objective of this study was to determine how the internal marketing of the contract foodservice management company affects job satisfaction and organization immersion, as well as the influence of the satisfaction of internal customers (employees) has on job satisfaction and organization immersion, and the function as a preceding variable that improves service quality. T-test, ANOVA, and linear regression analysis was conducted to analyze the hypotheses of the study. The summary of study as per the result of this corroborative study is presented as follows: It was verified that internal marketing affects organizational immersion and the job satisfaction of employees, and job satisfaction plays a crucial role in organizational immersion. Moreover, it was also confirmed that the higher the internal marketing is, the higher the job satisfaction and organization immersion will be, thereby improving the service quality provided by employees. If enterprise regards employees as internal customers and constantly and efficiently conducts internal marketing activities such as internal communication, training, welfare, compensation, delegation of power, supporting the management, etc, the organizational immersion and job satisfaction of employees will be heightened, thereby enhancing loyalty and pride in the organization to provide services with better quality.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 기반 협업툴의 도입이 일과 삶에 미치는 영향: S-O-R 프레임워크를 중심으로 (The Impact of the Introduction of Cloud Computing-Based Collaborative Tools on Work and Life: Based on the S-O-R Framework)

  • Purpose As non-face-to-face work environments become common due to COVID-19, interest in online collaboration tools that can communicate smoothly without time and space limitations is continuously increasing. Most of the prior studies are about the introduction, use intention, and satisfaction of cloud computing-based collaboration tools, and studies on the effects of collaboration tools on work-life balance and quality of life are somewhat lacking. Therefore, in this study, the characteristics of cloud computing-based collaboration tools were derived, and the effect on job satisfaction during work and job stress outside of working hours was confirmed. Design/methodology/approach This study applied the S-O-R framework and conducted an online survey of office workers who used cloud computing-based collaboration tools for more than three months. Hypotheses were tested using structural equations. Findings As a result of the analysis, among the characteristics of collaboration tools, stability, usefulness, and interoperability had higher job satisfaction as more stimuli were applied. In addition, the higher the job satisfaction during work, the higher the job performance, work-life balance, and quality of life.

어린이집의 직무환경과 교사효능감 간의 관계에서 교사 정서지능의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effects of Teacher Emotional Intelligence in the Relationship Between Job Environments and Teacher Efficacy)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of teacher emotional intelligence in the relationship between job environments and teacher efficacy. Methods: Participants of this study were 205 child care teachers from U-city. Correlation analysis between variables was conducted with the collected data, and regression analysis was conducted to verify the mediating effect of emotional intelligence in the relationship between the job environment of daycare centers and teacher efficacy. Results: First, there was a positive correlation between job environments, teacher efficacy, and teacher emotional intelligence. Second, job environments and teacher emotional intelligence had a significant direct effect on teacher efficacy and teacher emotional intelligence also had a significant indirect effect between job environments and teacher efficacy. Conclusion/Implications: The way to improve the quality of child care is to improve the quality of teachers. Among the teacher's competencies, it is very important to increase teacher efficacy. Teacher efficacy plays a very important role in the quality of childcare and the healthy development of toddlers and children. In order to increase teacher efficacy, policy support for the job environment and training support to increase teacher efficacy are considered necessary.
