중년 남성 근로자의 수면의 질에 미치는 영향요인 (Factors Affecting on Sleep Quality among Middle-aged Male Workers)

  • 본 연구는 중년 남성 근로자의 수면의 질에 미치는 영향 요인을 파악하기 위한 목적으로 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 전남지역 사업장의 중년 남성 근로자 127명이며, 자료 조사는 구조화된 설문지를 이용한 자가 보고식으로 이루어졌다. 자료 분석은 t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient 와 step wise multiple regression 으로 SPSS/WIN 18.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 수면의 질과 관련 변인들 간의 관계를 살펴보면 직무 스트레스는 양의 상관관계를 보였고, 직무만족도는 음의 상관관계를 보였다. 직무스트레스 중 하위영역 직무요구, 직장문화와 직무만족 중 하위영역 직무자체가 수면의 질을 24.5% 설명하였다. 이에 중년 남성 근로자들의 수면의 질을 향상하기 위한 간호중재 전략과 직업만족도를 높이고 직업스트레스를 줄이는 전략을 강구해야 할 것이다. 더불어 대상자의 수면의 질 향상을 위해 과도한 업무량을 줄일 수 있는 제도적 방안 마련과 건전한 직장문화를 확립할 수 있도록 구성원 간의 노력이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

Impact of Job Satisfaction on Greek Nurses' Health-Related Quality of Life

  • Background: Employee job satisfaction and its relationship with health and quality of life has been an issue of major concern over the past decades. Nurses experience difficult working conditions that affect their job satisfaction, health, and quality of life. Methods: A cross-sectional study was undertaken in three general hospitals and their respective health centers. Stratified random sampling by level of education was used, and 508 nurses and nursing assistants were included. A self-administered anonymous questionnaire, which included the Measure of Job Satisfaction, the 36-item Short Form Health Survey, as well as demographic details, education, and work conditions data, was used. Results: Greek nurses were found to be dissatisfied with their job according to the total score of the job satisfaction scale, although personal satisfaction and satisfaction with support had had higher scores. Their general health was reported as average, because of physical and mental health problems, low vitality, low energy, and increased physical pain. Multivariate linear regression analysis revealed that males and those wishing to stay in the job had higher physical and mental health. Increased job satisfaction was related to increased physical and mental health. Conclusion: Although Greek nurses are not satisfied with their work, those with high levels of job satisfaction had better health-related quality of life. The findings suggest that improvement of the work environment would contribute to a healthier and more satisfied nursing workforce.

119구급대원의 자기계발 교육이 업무능력, 직무 만족도 및 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (Influence of the Self-Help Education on Job Competence, Job Satisfaction and Quality of Life in 119 Paramedic's)

  • 본 연구는 119구급대원들의 자기계발 교육이 업무능력, 직무 만족도 및 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 규명하고, 구급대원들의 삶의 질 향상과 직무의 전문성 확보하기 위하여 실시되었다. 강원 및 대구 소방서에 근무하고 있는 119구급대원 성인 남녀 205명을 대상으로 2019년 5월 12일부터 8월 23일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 상관관계 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 119구급대원들의 자기계발 교육, 업무능력 및 직무 만족도, 삶의 질 간 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 119구급대원들의 자기계발 교육이 업무능력(개인적 영역), 직무 만족도(개인적 영역, 조직적 영역, 전문적 영역), 삶의 질(개인적 영역, 전문적 영역)에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.(p<.01, p<.001). 119구급대원들의 삶의 질에는 업무능력(고객 지향성, p<.01), 직무 만족도(상관 및 동료, 전문성, p<.001)가 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과를 감안할 때, 119구급대원들의 자기계발 교육 활성화를 통한 삶의 질 향상과 전문성을 확보하기 위한 구체적 방안이 필요하다.

근로자의 피로수준에 따른 직무 스트레스 및 삶의 질 (A Study on the Relationship between Fatigue Level, Job Stress and Quality of Life for Workers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to seek ways to improve the quality of life of workers by separating workers into the low fatigue group and the severe fatigue group depending on the level of fatigue level, and analyzing and understanding the difference between quality of life and job stress according to the fatigue level. Methods: For the 'Development of Mibyeong management system which was a consumer-directed health care service', the data of job stress, fatigue and quality of life was collected from 115 workers who visited the oriental hospitals located in J city and C city from Jul, 2012 to Dec, 2012. Results: The severe fatigue group showed significantly higher job stress than the low fatigue group in physical environment (p=.004), job demand (p<.001), interpersonal conflict (p=.012), lack of reward (p=.062). The severe fatigue group showed lower degrees both in physical component summary (PCS) (p<.001) and mental component summary (MCS) (p<.001) measured by SF-12 and the quality of life (p<.001) measured by EQ5D than the lower fatigue group. A relatively strong negative correlation was found in the item of mental component summary (MCS) measured by SF-12. Conclusion: Considering our results that high fatigue level show negative impact on quality of life and job stress, we suggest to provide a variety of health promotion strategies to improve the quality of life through the prevention and relief of fatigue for workers.

요양보호사의 직무스트레스, 우울과 피로가 수면의 질에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Job Stress, Depression and Fatigue on Sleep Quality of Care Workers in Long-term Care Facilities)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of job stress, depression and fatigue on sleep quality of care workers employed in long-term care facilities. Methods: The participants were 213 care workers who worked in 11 long-term care facilities. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression with using the SPSS 23.0 program. Results: We found that patient-related job stress was the greatest stressor among care workers' job stresses. A significant difference in sleep quality was observed according to the self-perceived health status of the care workers. The care workers' sleep quality was negatively correlated with job stress (r=-.16, p=.018), depression (r=-.31, p<.001) and fatigue (r=-.29, p<.001). The influencing factors of sleep quality were depression (${\beta}=-0.22$, p=.001) and fatigue (${\beta}=-0.15$, p=.047). Conclusion: It is necessary to improve the health status and sleep quality of care workers by developing and applying health promotion programs to reduce the depression and fatigue of the care worker. This will ultimately improve the quality of service care for the patients.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to verify influencing factors affecting service quality provided by caregivers working for the elderly with dementia. Methods: Data were collected using a self-reported questionnaire from 214 caregivers in a long-term care facility in D city. The data were analyzed with service quality, dementia knowledge, work value, and job performance confidence. For data analysis, the descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression were performed using SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Results: There were significant differences in service quality depending on the health status. Factors influencing service quality were work value, and job performance confidence with R2 value of 38%. The highly influencing factors were work value, and job performance confidence. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the effort to improve the service quality of caregivers should focus on work value and job performance confidence.

노인요양시설 종사자의 업무환경, 직무만족이 서비스 질에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Work Environment and Job Satisfaction on Service Quality among Staff in Elderly Facility)

  • Purpose: This study examined the effect of work environment and job satisfaction on service quality among staff caring for the elderly. Methods: A convenient sample was 192 staff members from 95 elderly facilities. Data collection occurred from June to July, 2011 using a self-administered questionnaire. Data was analyzed using SPSS/WIN 18.0. Results: Among the subscales of Work Environment Scale, the self-realization score was the highest followed by workload, nervousness, and conflict. The mean score of job satisfaction was 71.43. Reliability was the highest followed by assurance, empathy, responsiveness, and tangibles. Predictive factors of service quality included self-realization work environment and job satisfaction. Conclusion: Exploration of strategies to improve the recognition of self-realization work environment and job satisfaction will be necessary in order to increase of service quality among staffs in elderly facility.

대학병원 급식업무 개선 사례 연구 (Case Study on Job Flow Improvement of Foodservice at a University Hospital)

  • Background : In order to cope with changes in the management environment at hospitals, increased interests are drawn in patient foodservice system on Continuous Quality Improvement Activity as the method of approaching a quality food service and effective management. Thus, as a part of this activity, this study was conducted to evaluate job flow improvement that was already performed and the results of that process at the dietetic department of a university hospital, focusing on improving management. Method : On February 15 of 1998. the dietetic department formed a job flow-improvement to decide on the priority of job flow improvement, and prepared specific action strategies and schedule of the priority: after a 5 month process period, job improvement achieved on June 15. 1998. Also, economic achievement of the task was evaluated through labor productivity analysis and cost-benefit analysis. Results : The patient food service system which was managed decentralized at the present hospital was centralized, some steps of the food service process were integrated, and quality of patient food was improved. Also, as a solution of the problems expected when conducting job flow improvement was made on food service equipments and utensils. The result of evaluating the job flow improvement that labor productivity improved by 18.2% compared to before the improvement and the result of the analysis of cost-benefit showed that Benefit-Cost (B/C) ratio was 2.22. showing financial merit on the investment. Conclusions : Continuous Quality Improvement Activity needs to be initiated and conducted in the future in various areas of hospital foodservice system in order to actively adopt to ever changing hospital management environment. In order to achieve this goal, many researches and more efforts need to be put in by people in charge of hospital food service management, and interests and support are needed from hospital policy makers.

DACUM 직무 분석 기법을 통한 이러닝 품질 관리사의 직무 모형 개발 (Development of a Task Model of e-Learning Quality Managers Based on the DACUM Method)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 DACUM 직무 분석 방법을 통하여 이러닝 품질 관리사의 직무를 분석하고 직무 모형을 개발하는 것이다. DACUM 직무 분석을 위해 1명의 직무 분석가, 9명의 직무 분석 협조자, 1명의 서기, 1명의 실무자로 이루어진 DACUM 직무분석 위원회를 구성하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이러닝 품질 관리사의 직무는 7개의 임무(서비스 기획, 인프라 구축, 콘텐츠 개발, 서비스 운영, 서비스 평가, 품질 관리 행정, 전문성 계발)로 구성되었으며, 각 임무별 과업은 총 61개로 분석되었다. 또한 이러닝 품질 관리사의 직무 수행에 요구되는 14개의 지식, 21개의 기능 및 19개의 태도가 추출되었다. 둘째, 직무 분석 결과를 바탕으로 이러닝 품질 관리사의 직무 능력 모형을 만들었다. 이 직무 모형은 이러닝 품질 관리사의 임무와 임무별 과업이 상호 연관성을 갖도록 논리적인 순서 등을 고려하여 DACUM 차트로 완성되었다.

음식점 조리사의 직무특성·조직공정성·자아탄력성·임파워먼트와 음식품질과의 영향관계 실증분석 (An empirical analysis of the relationship between job characteristics, organizational justice, ego - resilience, empowerment and food quality)

  • 음식점 조리사를 중심으로 음식품질에 영향을 주는 요인을 실증분석 하였다. 음식점 전문점 조리사들이 직접 기입하는 자기기입식 설문방식을 사용하였다. 592부를 수집하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 음식품질에 영향을 주는 요인으로 직무특성은 유의한 영향력이 있는 것으로 확인 되었다. 둘째, 음식품질에 영향을 주는 요인으로 조직공성성은 유의한 영향력이 있는 것으로 확인 되었다. 셋째, 음식품질에 영향을 주는 요인으로 자아탄력성과 임파워먼트는 유의한 영향력이 있는 것으로 확인 되었다. 음식품질에 영향을 주는 조리사의 행동요인으로 직무특성이, 조직공정성, 자아탄력성, 임파워먼트를 확인하였다. 이를 기초로 보다 확장된 조리사의 행동요인에 대한 연구가 진행되어야 한다.
