  • Internet shoppers interact with Internet shopping mall systems while they shop. To understand why Internet shoppers make purchase, this study view Internet shopping malls as information systems. Although this view point seems reasonable, little previous studies employing this perspective are found in the relevant literature. This study develops a research model where Internet shoppers' transaction intentions are affected by the mediating effects of trust and satisfaction. Trust can mitigate uncertainty of the e-commerce environment for consumers, and satisfaction is widely used to measure the effectiveness of information systems. Therefore, we consider them as key elements in this study. We further employ the construct of website quality to explain why shoppers have different levels of trust and satisfaction. We classify website quality into information quality, system quality. and design quality. We collected 282 survey responses from Internet shoppers who have prior experiences with Internet shopping malls to purchase a product or service. The survey data are used to empirically test the proposed nine research hypotheses using LISREL. The LISREL results indicate that information quality and design quality have significant impact on both satisfaction and trust, while system quality has little relation to trust level. Further, trust is shown to have significant influence on satisfaction. Finally. both trust and satisfaction is strongly related to the future transaction intention.

  • This study develops a mediating model to explore the relationships between organizational characteristics, manager's knowledge, management commitment, user involvement, information quality, and management information system effectiveness in small- and medium-sized enterprises in Vietnam. Adapting scales from previous research, the authors designed questionnaires, which they distributed to respondents in Vietnamese small- and medium-sized enterprises. Also, by employing a meta-analytic path analysis throughout structural equation modelling (SEM) with sample of 356 respondents, authors indicate that organizational characteristics are directly related to management information systems effectiveness. Moreover, manager's knowledge, user involvement, and information quality show their important roles in the increase of management information system effectiveness, yet management commitment does not indicate a similar role in the growth of management information system effectiveness. Bootstrapping is utilized to discover the meditating role of information quality, illustrating that quality information mediates the linkages between user involvement, organizational characteristics, and management information systems. However, the mediating role of information quality in the relationship between management commitment, manager's knowledge, and management information systems is not significant. This study contributes to the management information system literature as well as to enhance MIS effects in small and medium-sized enterprises.

  • This research is to study the core factors for knowledge information database service and very important database service quality factors to improve customer satisfaction. The database service quality has been critical issue rather than just information service in these days, because the qualitative aspect is becoming more important factors rather than quantitative aspect. As database service quality has been influenced by satisfaction of database user, it needs to try to get excellent results by enhancing ability to obtain information. In order to satisfy this condition, it needs to measure database service quality more accurately first. In this study, we apply conjoint analysis to measure how much to give quality condition to achieve customer satisfaction.

  • This study discusses the results of an empirical study carried out to illustrate the key issues that need to be addressed to ensure accounting information quality (AIQ). The study also focuses on the factors of trust and risk as they impact the intention to use accounting information from accounting information systems(AIS). The factors that might impact on accounting information quality have been summarized from the existing literature on previous studies in this area. This study proposes a research model for key issues that have an impact on accounting information quality based on the literature. I use the empirical results of this study to discuss the key components of the research model.

  • Information is used effectively and contributes in profit creation and not only support management judgment quick but important resource to be possible recycled. The recent information systems improve enterprise's competitive power by reflection of user's various requirements and becoming big and complex for adaptation of rapidly circumstance change. In case of business management is achieved by low quality information, company can not help dropping their competitive power such as company's strategy establishment, strategy achievement and management concentration breakup against competitor. Information of low quality increase time and expense to improve inaccurate data or revise and it is hard to accept correct information from specific situation. To solve these problems, we have to gain high quality data through definite comprehension, data management system establishment, and systematic data management achievement etc. Up to now, information quality and connected study were developed partially, but systematic methodology of information quality management's whole condition was not existed. • This paper proposes a model for the location information grading policy. Location information grading policy is that government would give a public notice of criterion for location information quality, and location information operators should elucidate the grade of provided location information. As the quality grade of services is provided in the 'terms of use' with the detailed quality specification and quality range, the user can understand the quality of location information, and can select more suitable service for their purposes. Additionally, the qualiy grading policy can enforce the location information operators and location service providers to support more stable and reliable service quality. In this paper, we propose the model of location information grades, the typical classification of quality, and the realitic policy applying model. Recent enacted 'Location Information Law' are expected to activate korean information market. In this situation, proposed location information grading policy take a role in protecting location privacy and improving the reliability of location information services.

  • The article analyzes the impact of internal control on the quality of accounting information in Vietnamese paper manufacturing enterprises, providing empirical evidence on factors affecting the quality of accounting information. To analyze the impact of internal control on the quality of accounting information, the researchers used questionnaires to conduct a survey of paper manufacturing companies. Research data is collected through emails and face-to-face interviews with managers, employees working in different positions, managers at all levels, chief accountants, and accountants, of 56 paper manufacturing enterprises in Vietnam. 321 questionnaires were distributed of which only 296 were valid and could be used in this study. Quantitative research was carried out with SPSS 25 software. Research results show that 3 factors have a positive influence on the quality of accounting information including control environment, accounting information system, and internal control procedures in Vietnamese paper manufacturing enterprises. Based on the findings, the author has made recommendations on the control environment, accounting information system, and internal control procedures in order to improve the effectiveness of internal control and the quality of accounting information of paper production enterprises, thereby contributing to improved competitiveness and operational efficiency.

  • Factors influencing the success or failure of information systems(IS) have been discussed in many literature. However, little theoretical development or empirical research has examined effectiveness of hospital information systems(HIS) This study set the research model of influencing factors and consequences of HIS through theoretical studies based on Management Information Systems, and then empirically tested several hypotheses related to this model. Based on a sample of 274 respondents who participated in dealing with the HIS, this research used a multiple regression analysis to test the research model. The results of this study are as follows: system quality, information quality and support of top management are statistically significant influence on user satisfaction. Service quality is a partially significant influence on user satisfaction. Hypothesis 5, proposing that computer self-efficacy would relate positively to user satisfaction, was not supported by the questionnaire results. Based on these results, system quality, information quality and support of top management are very important variables for IS success. And the study's findings indicate DeLone and McLean's model is correct in proposing that the indirect relationship between influencing factors and organizational effectiveness, mediated by user satisfaction, is an important one.

  • This study aims to investigate the effects of fashion information search and innovativeness of consumers on service quality of image search. Furthermore, it focuses on exploring the effect of image search service quality on use intention. Data of mobile-friendly consumers in their 20s and 30s was collected in September 2021 via an online survey. Finally, 300 samples were used for the data analysis. First, motivation for information search in fashion was divided into four factors: information, relation, leisure, and entertainment motivation. Furthermore, service quality of image search was divided into four factors: accuracy, convenience, customization, and aesthetics. Second, regression analysis was conducted to evaluate the effect of fashion information search motivation on service quality. As a result, it was found that information, relation, and entertainment motivation except leisure motivation had significant effects on all factors of service quality. Third, fashion innovativeness had no significant effect on aesthetics while consumer innovativeness significantly influenced all factors of service quality. Fourth, accuracy, convenience, and aesthetics had a significant effect on use intention.
