To improve the quality of traditional Doeniang, the sea tangle, sea mustard, or anchovy powder were added to soybean paste and matured for 90 days. The quality and sensory evaluation of the Doenjang were analysed. The addition of anchovy showed higher fat and protein contents in the Doenjang. In the mineral contents, the sweet tangle and anchovy addition significantly increased Mg and K contents. The reducing sugar content showed 9.4% in the Doenjang prepared with sweet tangle and anchovy powder than 6.0% of the control. However, the pH and acidity were not showed any significantly difference at the 5% level by Duncan's multiple range test. The amino nitrogen content was 618.7 mg% in the anchovy Doeniang that is higher than 531.1 mg% of the control. The addition of sweet tangle and anchovy to the Doenjang showed higher score in the sensory evaluation.

This study was conducted to investigate the temperatures inside and outside the pot as well as the quality characteristics of traditional Doenjang made by seven different farmers, in the Gyeonggi province during fermentation. The outside temperature of each region in the province was 5 to 10℃ higher in one place, in which fermentation took place inside the glass greenhouse, compared to other regions, while six other places showed similar changes in temperature. The moisture contents of the samples decreased according to the progress of the fermentation period from 53.6~62.3% to 51.0~58.5%. The salinity generally increased from 9.7~14.2% to 10.6~16.3% except for samples B and D, which declined from 17.0~17.2% to 16.6~16.9%. The amino-type nitrogen contents increased from 180.3~557.8 mg% to 437.3~840.7 mg%. The ammonia-type nitrogen contents decreased from 116.3~561.9 mg% to 70.7~149.2 mg%. Overall, the color of Doenjang was similar, but sample E had higher a and b values than the other regions, and the total bacterial count in the entire region was similar.

본 연구는 레크리에이션 전문화와 진지한 여가의 하위요인 특성에 따라 여가활동 참가자들을 다섯 개의 집단으로 군집화하고, 집단 간 비교분석을 통해 주관적 삶의 질 인지수준에 차이가 있는가를 검증했다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 레크리에이션 전문화와 진지한 여가의 하위 요인 특성과 주관적 삶의 질 인지 수준은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 북한이탈주민 학생들에 대한 2차 년도 연구로(2014년도 연구 : 북한이탈주민 학생들의 교육경험과 그들의 필요), 전체 온라인 대학교 중 가장 많은 수의 북한이탈주민학생을 보유하고 있는 서울사이버대학교의 학생들의 삶의 질 정도를 파악하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구는 그들의 삶의 질 정도를 파악함으로써 그들이 남한사회에서 융화하면 살아가는데 있어 진정으로 필요한 것이 무엇이며, 생활의 질의 정도를 높이기 위한 방법은 무엇일까를 찾아보려는 일련의 시도이다. 본 연구는 질적연구의 방법을 택해 15여명의 인터뷰이를 대상으로 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate practical measures to provide a better welfare services in public sector through analyzing differences according to socio-demographic characteristics about the quality service of public welfare that social welfare officials perceive personally. The questionnaire has been conducted among 401 social welfare officials with 5 factors: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, empathy and assurances. With the results, the age was the most conspicuous difference in five factors of quality service in general. The quality of welfare service appears lower level as the official works close to community members. Additionally, the analysis shows that social welfare officials have relatively low perception about reliability, responsiveness and empathy. The official in charge of social welfare needs to have a neighborhood-centered value orientation, and be a social worker and official in the field of substantive welfare. Therefore, this study has a meaning to suggest some directions of social welfare transition and basic delivery system by identifying their understanding.

The purpose of this study is to examine the causal relationship among quality factors of university education(faculty, students' attitude toward studies, education program, education environment), graduates' job performance in semiconductor. In order to study university graduates' job performance in field of semiconductor, a survey among graduates within recently 5 years was carried out. The sample was 287 students, graduated Bachelor degree in semiconductor. Analyzing hypothesized structural equation model, we could assure that there exist positive relationship among quality factors of university education, their efforts for knowledge supplementation, and their job performance except for faculty factor. And it was found that the factor of their efforts for knowledge supplementation was more positively related to their job performance. Among the quality factors of university education, the factor of students' attitude toward studies was more effected than the other factors to their job performance.

To breed good quality and high yielding varieties, and to evaluate quantity and quality of seed protein in barley, protein content of 139 cultivars, amino acid (AA) composition of 6 cultivars were analyzed. Total protein contents of cultivars tested showed variation from 12.0 to 15.7% in covered barley, 9.2 to 15.4% in hulless barley and 11.4 to 15.9% in malting barley. Varietal mean protein contents of covered barley were higher than any other barley. Barley grains harvested from northern area showed higher protein contents than those from southern area. Relationship between protein content and heading date showed negative correlation in covered barley and no significantly different in malting and hulless barley. Total amino acid (AA) showed variation from 9.51 to 11.47%, also essential amino acid (EAA) was 2.81 to 3.25%. Comparatively, percent of EAA was higher in hulless barley, but lower in covered barley. First limiting EAA was lysine, and other limiting EAAs were threonine and methionine in 6 barley cultivars tested.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of e-service quality factors on customer satisfaction and behavior intention. This study also aims to examine the relationship between the variables of web site service quality variables (reliability, information, design, communication, entertainment, convenience), the customer satisfaction with web site, relationship intention and word of mouth intention. As the results, the study found that factors of web site service quality variables has a positive impact on customer satisfaction. And customer satisfaction also has a positive impact on relationship intention and word of mouth intention. At the same time, it was found that customer satisfaction had an effect on relationship intention through the mediation of word of mouth intention indirectly as well as directly. According to those results, marketing managers should develop different service strategies.
