For increasing the competitiveness and efficiency of Korea's finance industry under the new e-finance paradigm, this paper compared the practical use of finance portal site' on service parts and stage between Korea and U.S.A.. The services which can be served from site are banking, mortgage and credit loan, stock, card, retirement tax, PFM(Personal Finance Management), EBPP(Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment) and Account Aggregation and so on. The stage of site can be divided as the information provide stage which only gives information about service parts, on-line transaction stage which real-time transaction is possibile and PFM services provide stage according to development process. As a result, the beginning of finance portal service in Korea was lated about 10years and more than it of U.S.A. So the development stage of domestic portal site is still staying in the first step and the providing services and contents or business model development parts are also in the same stage than U.S.A. Resides, Korea's sites mainly focus on their first service parts even though they recently aim internet finance portal, and provide not real time transaction but finance information. On the other hand, the U.S.A. site support substantially not only various on-line transactions but also distinctive personal services like PFM(Personal Finance Management), EBPP(Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment), Account Aggregation and Trans-account, brokerage, education center, mortgage loan, mutual fund, option, pension fund and IPOs and so on. Thus, the site of Korea need to establish real type of internet finance portal which provides one-stop services on every type of finance to customers in the real time and also require the strategic integration among finance institutions. The next turn, they need to build information system and education center to give best satisfaction to customers and acquire customer information and marker environment changes and need to provide distinctive services to quality customers throughout database from this. Also the site should provide various type of banking services which refereed above like PEM, EBPP and education center etc, and the government of Korea should support the building of IT infrastructure to Physical, legal, systematic, sociocultural, technical and human resource sections. This paper provided the future movement direction of the domestic finance portal through comparison and analysis on the practical use of it between Korea and U.S.A. and also wanted to contribute for developing and reading of Korea finance portal in the new era of the finance paradigm.

This paper aims to link the development strategy of a local government(Guri-si, Kyunggi-do) to a spatial decision support system that is in the early stages of implementation and testing. Spatial Decision for a local governmental authority typically involves multiple stakeholders. To any specific regional problem, stakeholders often have various levels of knowledge and experiences about it, that yield conflicting views. In this point of view, the enhanced access to information can bring the decision process to solve the problem throughout more public participation. Recently, Urban development study was required to improve the decision making of public participation form. This study aim to investigate an analysis local government of Guri-si, can be supported as the suggestion of decision making system. Guri-si has been argued that it would improve citizen's life quality intent theme 'by historical tourism in general dimension' promote region identity, environment friendly and transportational strength, by reflecting various plan of urban development and it executed strategy. There are increasing interest in citizen participation and practical using of policy decision making to respond to uncertain environment and systematic exploration of local government. Focused on the contents of public participation decision making, it is important to investigate how to analysis urban development strategy and geographic information relationship for useful. The paper concludes with a discussion of current issues encountered during development and implementation of spatial decision making(or support) system for the local administrative authority.
To investigate the changes in content of residual pesticides for safety production of young radishes in the production steps in greenhouse and to evaluate the safety of young radishes in the final consuming step, biological half-life of pesticides (diazinon, endosulfan) in packaging products was studied. Samples were collected regularly from 2 hours to 10 days after the distribution of pesticides in young radishes. The contents of residual pesticides in young radishes during cultivating in greenhouse as the levels of distribution concentrations reduced with time. During 10 days of pesticides distribution, decomposition rate of pesticides were diazinon > endosulfan. A half-life of endosulfan was 0.6 day longer than diazinon because endosulfan derived persistent endosulfan sulfate. To produce the safe young radish, after the distribution of the pesticides the desirable harvest time based on maximum residue limit (MRL) was 6th day diazinon for and 10th day for endosulfan.
Sweet potato is a crop vegetatively propagated by vine cuttings, an ineffective method for maintaining pathogene-free stock plants. As an alternative method, single-node cultures of virus-free plantlets derived from apical meristem in sweet potato (cv. Yulmi) was examined. Effective pH range, sugar concentration and nodal order were investigated to establish an in vitro mass propagation system with high quality virus-free stock plantlets to farmhouse. Although the plantlets grew at wide range of pH, the most effective pH of the medium was 4.8 in single-node cultures. High sugar concentration of 60∼80 g/L resulted in increased growth response in shoot length, root length, number of node, leaf area and fresh and dry weight of shoot and root, whereas reducing sugar contents below 6% was showed reduced growth response. The first node including meristem tip was the best for the rapid growth of plantlets and the other nodes also showed a very similar growth response. Uniform plantlet can be obtained massively at the same time by culture of single node except for the first node including meristem tip. In conclusion, the most effective pH range and sugar concentration of medium for the growth of plantlets via single-node cultures was 4.8, 60∼80 g/L respectively. The first node was the best for the rapid propagation of plantlets in nodal order.
The objective of this study was to observe the effects of potassium-carboxymethyl cellulose (K-CMC), which is a natural polymer derivative, and polyacrylamide (PAM), which is a commercial synthetic polymer, on soil physicochemical properties and yields of the cabbage. To increase water absorbing capacity (WAC), hydrophilic carboxymethyl group was introduced to cellulose chain and it was confirmed by FT-IR. WAC was tested by tea-bag method in distilled water and 3% NaCl solution. PAM is slightly more absorptive than K-CMC in distilled water, but in NaCl solution, K-CMC is more absorptive than PAM. Soil particle sizes above $1_{mm}$ were immediately increased from 9.6 to approximately 16.6% by the application of K-CMC and PAM, respectively. Infiltration rates of soil were approximately twice as great as those of the control when conditioned with the K-CMC and PAM treatment. K content of soil treated with K-CMC was significantly higher than those of PAM and control, but the other components of soil chemical properties were not different. The early growth and vegetative production of cabbage in the K-CMC and PAM treatments were significantly higher than the control. The contents of vitamin C were increased with the treatment of K-CMC. It was proposed that K-CMC treatment influence K component of the soil and vitamin C content of the cabbage, therefore, it improved the yields as well as crop quality.

Nutritional compositions, volatile compounds, and sensory attributes of grilled and fast-chilled mackerel (Scomber japonicus) were analyzed in order to examine its practical utilization as a food resource compared to commercial frozen mackerel. In the proximate analysis, lipid contents were $27.3{\pm}2.7%$ in grilled and fast-chilled mackerel. Palmitic acid was the most predominant fatty acid (20.68% and 18.88%), and the percentages of polyunsaturated fatty acid were higher than 40% in both. No benzopyrene was found in the grilled mackerel, and even grilling was employed at $260^{\circ}C$. For chemical stabilities, para-anisidine value (8.56 vs. 9.26) and acid value (2.96 vs. 3.35) in grilled mackerel were improved compared to those of commercial mackerel. Moreover, color index of grilled mackerel, a physiological property, showed greater lightness than commercial mackerel. Lastly, analysis of volatile compounds by gas chromatographic analysis and sensory tests by trained panels demonstrated higher potential for grilled mackerel as a highly marketable product compared to commercial mackerel. Taken altogether, the above results provide important preliminary results for utilization of grilled and fast-chilled mackerel as a quality food.

In the food industry, thermal treatment is an important process for extending shelf-life of foods. However, heating process affects the physicochemical, nutritional, and microbial properties of foodstuff such as color, texture, pH, and proximate compositions. This study was conducted to select an optimal thermal treatment by observing physicochemical, nutritional, and microbial effects of shiitake mushrooms with different thermal treatment methods. Shiitake mushrooms were washed and sliced equally ($5cm{\times}0.5cm{\times}0.5cm$) and then heat-treated by three methods. Samples were heated in $100^{\circ}C$ boiling water, steamed for 10 min, or pan fried at $130^{\circ}C$ for 4 min. Total color difference values showed significantly increasing tendency with treatment time. For pH values, boiling water-treated mushrooms showed increasing tendency according to increased thermal treatment. For the results of hardness, boiling water or pan frying-treated mushrooms showed reduced tendency within 1 min. In the case of steam-treated mushrooms, hardness values were maintained for 1 min. Organic acid contents of steam-treated sample showed the lowest value among treatments. For microbial counts, steam-treated samples for 3 min showed the lowest value. Consequently, the results of this study suggest that steam treatment could be the optimal thermal treatment to minimize quality loss of shiitake mushrooms.
This study evaluated the effect of using waste nutrient solution (WNS) and reclaimed wastewater (WW) on the growth of Chinese cabbage and soil quality. The pH and electrical conductivity (EC) values of waste nutrient solution were 6.3 and $1.5dS\;m^{-1}$ and being 6.8 and $0.4dS\;m^{-1}$ in reclaimed WW, respectively. WNS found to be included more than $10g\;m^{-2}$ of $NO_3^-$, $K^+$, $SO_4^{2-}$ and $Ca^{2+}$, thereby enhancing Chinese cabbage growth. However, $Cl^-$ and $Na^+$ contents were higher than other nutrients in WW. Among the three irrigation resources, no significant differences were found for the growth of Chinese cabbage plants. On the other hand, pH was decreased in WNS-treated soil when compare to that in WW-treated soil which pH was increased. In spite of the uptake of nutrients by the growing plants, irrigation of the WNS led to an increase in available $P_2O_5$ and exchangeable cations such as $K^+$ and $Mg^{2+}$ in the soil when compared to soil that irrigated by groundwater or WW. Taken together, the use of WNS can remarkably reduce the amount of the chemical fertilizer for Chinese cabbage production; however, WNS can possibly cause a problem as nutrients accumulation in soil.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of lecture content on the overall academic satisfaction in non-contact online classes. The study was conducted using an online survey of 107 university students attending metropolitan, local and foreign universities for a week from August 25th, 2020 to September 2nd, 2020. The analysis methods used included descriptive statistics and chi-square distribution, Fisher's exact test, linear by linear association, and logistic regression. The result of the study showed a significant decrease in Junior by 0.025 times compared to Senior (p<.05). Furthermore, a significant decrease in the impact of recorded lectures by 0.036 times compared to a hybrid of face-to-face and online lectures (p<.05). Compared to the response 'No', the number of student's responses of 'Yes' increased significantly by 31.358 times (p<.05). Additionally, a significant increase was seen in teaching methods by 19.709 times, and academic satisfaction by 7.989 times(p<.05). In conclusion, the results imply that the quality of lecture content is also important to improve the student's satisfaction with school life, but overall management is required in the areas of appropriate teaching methods, appropriate tuition, and evaluation methods.

The research performed a test concerning the fluidity and strength of concrete manufactured by combining lime stone power, fly ash, and blast furnace slag into two and three component systems, aiming at evaluating rheological and dynamic properties of concrete by manufacturing High Flowing Self-Compacting according to the strength changes of three levels. As a result of the research, for High Flowing Self-Compacting of 30 MPa, the combination of lime stone power 20% and fly ash 30% for securing quality and strength and adjusting viscosity satisfied the required performance. For High Flowing Self-Compacting of 50 MPa, the combination of blast furnace slag 10% and fly ash 20% satisfied the fluidity and strength of the requirement performance. Also, for 70 MPa that has many power contents, the combination of blast furnace slag 20% and fly ash 10% for the increase of fluidity and the reduction of viscosity satisfied the required performance. It is judged that fly ash in all combinations can be used to secure viscosity and reduce concrete amount. In addition, it is judged that for High Flowing Self-Compacting according to the levels of compressive strength the combination of three component system including fly ash is more appropriate than the combination of two component system.
