This study investigated the role of organizational communication, culture and trust as a moderator of the organizational performance(the growth of production and quality improvement) and job satisfaction. Using data collected from 248 workers at 128 establishments in Changwon industrial complex, morderated regression analyses explored the proposed model. As a result, communication activity and organizational trust was found negatively to moderate the relationship between job satisfaction and quality improvement/the growth of production. And organizational culture was found positively to moderate the relationship between satisfaction and quality improvement. Implications of these findings were discussed.

Six rape (Brassica napus subsp. oleifera) cultivars have been recommended as the government recommended forage cultivars since 1984, however, the forage performance and quality have been mostly tested at two locations, such as Suweon in the Middle Northwestern Coast Region and Sunghwan in the Middle Southwestern Coast Region. Therefore, the objective of this experiment was to retest the forage performance and quality of already recommended four government rape cultivars at five scattered locations, such as Icheon, Suweon, Sunghwan, Keongsan and Kwangju fiom 1992 to 1994 with the intention of improving recommendations to dairy farmers. Among the rape cultivars tested, 'Bamapoli' and 'Sparta' (including 'Ramon' at Kwangju) gave the highest yields at all locations in 1992-94, whereas 'Akela' had the lowest yield. Mean plant heights varied fiom 50 to 69cm and 'Bamapoli' was the tallest rape, followed by 'Sparta', 'Ramon' and 'Akela' at all locations. Mean ADF contents for rape cultivars ranged fiom 16.7% for 'Akela' to 19.3% for 'Bamapoli', while mean NDF contents ranged fiom 22.3% for 'Akela' to 24.9% for 'Bamapoli'. The government recommended rape cultivars tested were generally well adapted across the country, however, in forage production situations in the fall where high yield is more important, 'Bamapoli', 'Sparta' and 'Ramon' might be preferable.

This research was designed to seek and plan the foreign tourists visiting the National Hangeul Museum revitalization method; foreign tourists in this research refer to Japanese, Chinese and Americans tourists since they make up the big proportion of foreign tourists visiting the National Hangeul Museum. This research was aimed to seek the visiting revitalization method through correlation analysis among: foreign tourists' visiting purpose, requested improvement on exhibition facility and service, satisfaction level on exhibited contents and service quality, overall satisfaction level on viewing exhibition and behavior intention. As the result of research, tourists visiting purpose from three countries showed a difference; American and Japanese tourists picked 'guidance system in foreign language' while Chinese tourists picked 'experiment programs' as the most requested improvement on exhibition facility and service. Also, Tourist' satisfaction level on exhibited contents and service quality showed a difference among tourists from three countries; American tourists' satisfaction level was shown higher than that of Japanese and Chinese tourists. In addition, American tourists' overall satisfaction level on exhibition and behavior intention after viewing the exhibition in National Hangeul Museum tends to be higher than that of Japanese and Chinese tourists. Based on this research, visiting revitalization method to attract more foreign tourists to the National Hangeul Museum, such as contents development is suggested in the research.

This paper proposes a framework for classifying metric-based software quality prediction models, especially case of software criticality, into four types. Models are classified along two vectors: input metric forms and the necessity of past project data. Each type has its own characteristics and its strength and weakness are compared with those of other types using newly defined criteria. Through this qualitative evaluation each organization can choose a proper model to suit its environment. My earlier studies of criticality prediction model implemented specific models in each type and evaluated their prediction performances. In this paper I analyze the experimental results and show that the characteristics of a model type is the another key of successful model selection.

Vehicular Adhoc Networks (VANET), a Vehicle-to-Infrastucture or Vehicle-to-Vehicle communication technology, is an area that makes more specific use of Mobile Adhoc Networks(MANET). VANET's Quality of Service(QoS) focuses on preventing possible emergencies like car crash from happening by immediately transmitting information to the cars around, while MANET's QoS is being studied for the quality of multimedia data such as Video on Demand(VoD), Video streaming, Voice over IP(VoIP), etc. In this paper, I structure the actual network configuration using Link State Routing(LSR), implement QoS Provisioning Model using Common Open Policy Service(COPS), and suggest more effective k-hop Cluster and inter-domain policy negotiation which fit better to the characteristics of VANET.

This study is focusing on factors influencing trust in power blogs, and the effect of trust on users' attitude and purchase intention. The research model is based on the theory of online trust formation process and content quality. The statistical analysis was conducted through the survey of 122 power blog users. Research findings show that scope, accuracy, uniqueness, links, quality of wring, and reputation of power blogs significantly affect trust. Also, trust was found to have a significant influence on the users' attitude and purchasing intention on products/services.

Image reconstruction of Inverse Fourier Transform after Frequency Domain Data is filtered applies to Image signal acquired from MR. There are various kinds of image processing techniques; image preprocessing, image reconstruction, image compression, image restoration image mixture, noise and artifact elimination, and image quality improvement. In this paper, optimum filter applicable to diagnosis in clinic by comparing and analyzing the characteristics of the filter will be explained. Fermi-Dirac filter will improve the image quality better than the previous MR image.

This study was to evaluate the quality of academic information services provided by Naver Academic Information Service, Google Scholar, and MS Academic Search. This academic information services were evaluated in terms of the contents, service, and effectiveness. 135 four year college students were recruited for the survey. The results showed that the Google Scholar in contents section had higher score than Naver and MS Academic Search. In regard to service, Google Scholar had higher score in retrieval section while Naver had higher score in design section respectively. Finally, both Google Scholar and Naver in the access section had higher score than MS Academic Search.

Rehmanniae Radix Preparata attributes good blood circulation and it has been used for the treatment of dizziness, men's sterility, excessive loss of blood and weakness. On the quality control of the commercial Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, quantitative determination of 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde (5-HMF) using HPLC method has been conducted. Quantitative analysis of 5-HMF in Rehmanniae Radix Preparata showered average 0.121${\pm}$0.063% in 14 samples collected throughout the regions of Korea. Contents of loss on drying, residue on ignition and residue on acid insoluble ignition showered average 14.084${\pm}$2.804%, 3.415${\pm}$0.790% and 0.807${\pm}$0.474% respectively.

This study was conducted to examine the sensory quality, the degree of gelatization, pH, color, texture and moisture content of paeksolgi with omija water extracts added. The results of the analysis were as follows : The moisture contents of Paeksolgi were about 36~39%. The L value of the control group was 83.04 The degree of the colour was (L value: 71.82~86.56), (a value: -1.33~+0.78), (b value : 7.84~9.78). As the amount of omija water extracts was increased. the L and a values increased, but the b value showed a similar value, It was found that the yellowness decreases by increasing the soaking time of each type. The gelatinization of Paeksolgi with omija water extracts added was decreased as the amount of omija was increased. The sensory quality of paeksolgi with 5~7% omija water extracts added showed the most favorable sensory evaluation. In view of color, after taste and overall quality, the D$_2$group of Paeksolgi was preferable to the other paeksolgi groups with omija water extracts added.
