The Apartment Defect Dispute Mediation Committee of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport received as many as 7,686 complaints regarding defects in 2021, and the conflict caused by these disputes on the defects is worsening. A quality inspection team system was established in January 2021 to address the deepening conflict, and this system prevented the emergence of defects in apartment houses before the residents moved in. Quality inspections were conducted based on the Housing Act standards, but the reality is that the standards for the ordinances are not systematic. Based on the analysis of the ordinances by the apartment quality inspection team, 23 out of 226 local governments utilized the quality inspection teams, and they had different standards for the quality inspection subjects and inspection periods. In addition, the inspection standards for the defect checklists used by the apartment quality inspection teams operated by local governments varied. A survey was conducted by apartment quality experts to tackle this problem and proposed improvement plans for the defect checklists used for the quality inspection of apartment houses.

In order to intensify an enterprise competition, quality inspection controls are very important issue. An organization or division of a company hopes which to acquire the quality inspection information be updated in real-time with respect to shop floor. In this paper, we develop a quality inspection control system for a Turbine/Generator production industry. The system compromises inspection scheduling module related to shop floor control (SFC) system, formal documentation control module, and formal inspection control module. In the quality inspection control system, ORACLE RDBMS is used for the database management system and ORACLE DEVELOPER 2000 is used for system development tool. The characteristic of this system is to support so it can enhance productivity and quality through inspection plans related to production scheduling.

This paper is to propose various quality and reliability sampling inspection methods to perform the competitive global outsourcing strategy while purchasing and subcontracting. The study also represents implementation strategy which can be efficiently and effectively used in the enterprise. Quality sampling inspection schemes extend reliability inspection techniques with a little change.

Our laboratory(FILK), an authorized quality inspection agency in Choong-Chung Buk Do and Kyung-Ki Do, has been executing quality inspection of the products of housing material manufacturers. This report, made for more details on inspection, introduces the quality inspection system of housing materials.

It is worthwhile to know how the quality inspection is practised to assure the product quality for the export articles, and what problem is resulted from the current quality inspection system for the export articles. The aim of this paper is to survey the status of quality inspection system for the export articles and to design the quality inspection system for the export articles so as to not only solve the problems arising from the current system but also improve the product quality for the export articles. To find out the facts the survey is conducted by sending a prepared questionnaire both to the export industries and to the export quality inspection agencies authorized by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The export industries surveyed are selected to provide broad representation with respect to the type of industry as well as to the size of company. The survey shows that about 50 percent of the responding industries desire to discontinue the current quality inspection system for the export articles, and other 50 percent of them desire to continue it until all the export industries can make the best use of quality control techniques.

The variable sampling inspection scheme with screening for the purpose of assuring the upper limit of maximum expected surplus loss after inspection has been proposed. In this inspection scheme, it has been assumed that a product lot consists of products manufactured through a single production line and lot quality characteristics follow a normal distribution. In the previous literature with respect to inspection schemes, it has been commonly assumed that lot quality characteristics obey a single normal distribution under the condition that all products are manufactured in the same condition. On the other hand, the production line is designed in order that the workload of respective processes becomes uniform from the viewpoint of line balancing. One of the solutions for the bottleneck process is to arrange the workshops in parallel. The lot quality characteristics from such a production line with the process consisting of some parallel workshops might not follow strictly the single normal distribution. Therefore, we expand an applicable scope of the above mentioned variable sampling inspection scheme with screening in this article. Concretely, we consider the variable sampling inspection with screening for the purpose of assuring the upper limit of average outgoing surplus quality loss in the production lots when the lot quality follows the mixed normal distribution.

On this research, recognizing that ship inspection and audit services are closely related in Improving ship safety, the importance of active quality managements of ship inspection and audit services have been notified. For this research, based on previous research results, Quality managements of ship inspection and audit services were divided into the following aspects; the source of quality managements, execution of quality managements and outcome of quality managements. The results of this study is as follows. Overall, it is clearly shown that the elements of quality managements execution such as management responsibilities, resource management., product realization, measurement and analyzation, and improvement had also acted as a mediator between the relation of quality managements source and outcome.

The method of lot by lot quality protection for sampling inspection by variables is widely used in quality control. In case of sampling inspection being done repeatedly, one can use the information from the previous sampling inspection to improve current estimates. This article shows that empirical Bayes estimator is superior to the usual sample mean in repeated sampling inspection by variables.

The inspection policy and inspection error are very critical factors which influence the outgoing quality. In other words, such factors influence the acceptance rate of the incoming matarials. Hence, the outgoing lot size is varied. This paper presents a method to compute the break-even point(pb1, pb2) under these two factors, which canbe used to determine the economic acceptance inspection type.

교량의 안전은 점검에 의해 보장된다. 그리고 교량의 유지관리는 점검결과를 토대로 시작된다. 따라서 점검결과는 '교량의 안전'과 '효율적인 유지관리'를 위한 가장 중요한 정보이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 교량의 점검신뢰도를 평가하고 이를 제고 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 교량의 점검신뢰도를 평가 할 수 있는 세 가지 점검신뢰도를 제시하였다: 명목점검신뢰도, 실질점검신뢰도, DS명목점검신뢰도. 교량의 점검신뢰도 분석 방법은 정밀안전진단결과를 참값으로 간주하고 당해년도 정밀(정기)점검과 차년도 정밀안전 진단결과를 비교하였다. 인적오류를 고려한 DS명목신뢰도를 기준으로 현재 고속도로교량의 점검신뢰도 85%로 양호한 편으로 평가 된다. 이는 현재 고속도로 교량의 평균공용연수가 13년으로 대부분의 교량이 'A'와 'B'등급에 집중적으로 분포되어 상태변화가 크지 않기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 점검신뢰도를 제고하기 위해서는 점검자의 역량을 강화하고 전문점검인력 육성이 필요하며 점검결과에 대해 QC(Quality Control, 품질관리)를 실시하여 점검결과의 신뢰도 향상이 필요하다.
