Objectives: This study was aimed to investigate the status of sleep quality and related factors among some middle and high school students in one metropolitan city, Korea. Methods: The subjects were 480 high school students and 350 middle school students. Survey questions are based on Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) to measure the quality of sleep and also include factors affecting the quality of sleep. PASW Statistics 20.0(Korean version) was used to carry out analysis. Results: Noise and stress showed the statistical significance as factors affecting the quality of sleep by multiple regression analysis. Individual characteristics was related to quality of sleep in only high school student. Conclusions: This study showed that noise and stress had a great correlation with the quality of sleep. Social consciousness and policies were needed to improve the quality of sleep for middle and high school student.

Purpose: The study was done to identify factors influencing the quality of life of elderly in non-paid or paid assisted living facilities. Methods: Data were collected by questionnaires from 634 elderly in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. Measures were self-esteem, activities of daily living, depression, family support, health status, facility adaptation, care facility's quality, and quality of life. Data were analyzed using $x^2$-test, independent t-test, ANCOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 15.0 version. Results: The significant factors influencing quality of life of elderly in non-paid assisted living facilities were care facility's quality, depression, self-esteem, family support, education, and activity of daily living, which explained about 40.4% of the variance. The significant factors influencing quality of life of elderly in paid assisted living facilities were activity of daily living, depression, family support, education, care facility's quality, and facility adaptation, which explained about 83.9% of the variance. Conclusion: The results suggest that type of assisted living facilities in developing nursing interventions to improve quality of life of elderly should be considered.

Purpose - This study aims to provide a clue on which factors current managers and many more potential entrepreneurial applicants were required to concentrate on presenting effective research methods in the effects of purchasing companies' perception of service quality about suppliers of MRO industrial goods on the quality of relationships. Research design, data, and methodology - To accomplish the purpose of this study, we plan to conduct a research model with factors of MRO service quality as the leading variables and conduct a causal analysis using regression analysis on their influence relations. Results - In order to achieve the above purpose, it is necessary to select service quality factors suitable for the characteristics of MRO industrial goods supplier companies. And it is necessary to develop a plan for improving the relationship quality with buyer companies by understanding the sales orientation of MRO industrial goods supplier companies. Also, they develop a combined strategy capable of facilitating relationship quality by clarifying the role of rapport. Conclusions - It is expected that these results will provide strategic clues which service quality factors should be improved from the perspective of supplier companies and will provide various information on educational training sales skills of the sales staff.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to comprehensively explore the factors influencing quality of life and its measurements in patients with hypertension. Methods: Based on the PRISMA statement and NECA systematic literature review guideline, a systematic literature review was conducted in this study. To search studies related to quality of life in patients with hypertension, multiple electronic databases were used using a combination of key words 'hypertension' and 'quality of life'. Throughout this process, a total of 983 studies were identified. Then, the second selection processes and quality assessment were conducted by four investigators independently. Finally, a total of 19 studies were included for the analysis. Results: Results showed that quality of life was focused on the health-related quality of life, and the SF-36 was one of the most frequently used measurements. The factors influencing quality of life were categorized into sociodemographic, health-related, health behavioral, and psychosocial variables. Conclusion: Researchers need to consider these multiple factors to promote quality of life in patients with hypertension.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of educational service quality on educational satisfaction and job usability. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, based on the theoretical background, factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted. Five factors of tangibility, responsibility, reactivity, assurance, and empathy were found in the educational service quality. In addition, it was confirmed that there was no problem as a single factor in educational satisfaction and job availability, and these factors showed high reliability and validity. Second, in the relationship between educational service quality and educational satisfaction, all five factors which education service quality factors were found to affect educational satisfaction. The higher the factor of educational service quality, the students will be able to increase their satisfaction with education, which was a degree of satisfaction with the education of contract department. Third, in the effects of educational service quality factors on job availability, tangibility, responsibility, reactivity, and assurance have no effect and empathy affects job availability. In this study, although the factors of education service quality is high except empathy, it is not possible to increase the job availability that leads to successful business results. Fourth, job availability affects educational satisfaction. Therefore, the higher the level of job availability, educational satisfaction will also increase. The following are implications of this study. First, high-quality lectures, hands-on training, and educational programs are needed and values that students pursue must continuously increase. Second, there is a need for measures to improve job availability such as the formation of curriculum related to jobs and the demand for the training courses of restaurants.

Purpose: In this study factors affecting quality of life in mothers who have children with precocious puberty were identified. Methods: The participants were 102 mothers of children with precocious puberty. From September 12 to September 30, 2016, data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS/WIN 22.0. Results: Regression analysis showed that the model's explanatory power was 45%(F=28.71, p<.001). Role stress (t=-4.83, p<.001), objective burden (t=-2.71, p<.001), and average monthly income (t=4.12, p<.001) were factors affecting quality of life among these mothers. The most influential factor was role stress (${\beta}=-.41$), which showed a negative correlation. Conclusion: Role stress and objective burden were major factors that decreased the quality of life in these. The findings indicate that effective strategy programs for reducing role stress and objective burden are necessary to improve the quality of life in mothers of children with precocious puberty.

This study aims to deveop a methodology for measuring the level of service quality in the air transportation. To measure the level of service quality, the approach taken here deals with not only the facility factors but also qualitative factors such as comfort and convenience as the influencing elements for service quality. The contents of this study can be summarized as follows: (1) For the systematic developement and management of air service, service factors of the air transportation are classified by AHP(analytic hierarchy process). (2) In computing the weight of service factors, a pairwise comparison method in AHP is used. (3) This study will suggest a method of measuring the competitive level of air service, and a result of an empirical study appling the method developed.

As information technology had shown tremendous development in late 20th century, various service opportunities appeared in many industries. Also, new types of service are becoming available such as, reservation, teleconsultation, telemedicine. In health care industry, in which, many hospitals are faced operational difficulties and competing impetuously, a web site has become a effective tool to attract patients and transfer tremendous health information to the patients. This study is based on many previous researches on online service quality, try to figure out e-service quality factors of health information sites, and the factors' effect on users' satisfaction on the web site via providing knowledge and trust on the web site. As a result, usability, site aesthetic, responsiveness and security are the 4 factors to measure e-service quality of health information web site. All factors except site aesthetic have significant effects on providing knowledge, security only effects on trust on the web site.

Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the factors related to quality of life in elderly. Methods: This was a descriptive correlation study. The subjects were 356 elderly over 65 years old. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression with a SAS statistics. Results: The predictors of quality of life in elderly were depression, life satisfaction, self esteem, economic state, family support, perceived health state, and age. These factors explained 71.9% of the total variance. Conclusion: These findings suggest the need to develop nursing strategy to improve quality of life in elderly. To improve the quality of life in elderly, the above major influencing factors should be considered.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of demographic characteristics of consumers and quality recognition factors on purchase intention of organic wine, and to provide preliminary data necessary for the development of wine industry. By factor analysis of collected surveys, quality recognition factors of both the experienced and non-experienced group of organic wine environment/health, varieties of grapes, price, and four brand elements. First, among demographic characteristics, only income level hae a significant influence on the changes in quality recognition causes. Each of quality recognition causes of organic wine had a significant relation with purchase intent. The result of our analysis suggested that 'environment/health' was most influential for the experienced group, and 'health' was most influential for the non-experienced group. Therefore, this hypothesis is supported.
