This study investigates which sound quality indices except SPL raise annoyance response. For investigation, auditory perception experiments for road traffic noise with identical linear SPL were performed by Paired Comparison Method. The numerical results of a Paired Comparison experiment express relative preference about annoyance. So that these relative preference scores are to be correlated to sound quality indices, which are absolute, a transformation is required to go from the relative domain to an absolute and linear scale of preference. The results of the transformation will be the 'merit values,' which quantifies the annoyance(in this case) of the road traffic noise on a linear scale. Using multiple regression, a formula is established that can calculate predicted merit values. Furthermore, This investigation offers a method selecting sound samples that represent various sound quality indices values to use experiment.

The process capability indices have been widely used to measure process capability and performance. In this paper, we proposed a new process capability index which is based on an actual dollar loss by defects. The new index is similar to the Taguchi's loss function and fully incorporates the distribution of quality attribute in a process. The strength of the index is to apply itself to non-normal or asymmetric distributions. Numerical examples were presented to show superiority of the new index against $C_p$, $C_{pk}$, and $C_{pm}$ which are the most widely used process capability indices.

Weapon system currently considers the research about effect analysis including cost effectiveness methodology for a budget management and an achievement of the military strategy goal. So that, this study considers the theoretical background, strength and weakness of several Multi-Criteria Decision Making, and an effect analysis of weapon system. And AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) is selected for the best effect analysis methodology of weapon system. Therefore, we applied AHP to the case study of the new generation Multiple Launcher Rocket System, performing the analysis of cost effectiveness methodology. Using AHP and cost effectiveness methodology, we propose the actual and proper decision making result.

This study analyzed the Importance-Performance Analysis of selective attributes of Ethnic Food Restaurant. A total of 369 questionnaires were analyzed. Five factors were obtained from factor analysis of Importance variance of selective attributes of Ethnic food restaurant: Factor 1 "Quality", Factor 2 "Service", Factor 3 "Physical environment", Factor 4 "Uniqueness", Factor 5 "Health". Also, "Quality", "Physical environment", "Uniqueness" factors influenced overall satisfaction. In addition, according to the IPA results, selective attributes with low satisfaction and high importance in the second quadrant were 'Sanitation that comfort hospitality', 'Level of service' and 'Price'. These results suggest that when customers select Ethnic food restaurant, they consider 'food price' and 'food quality'. Therefore, manager of ethnic food restaurant should take these improvement factors into consideration in order to meet consumer's expectations.

It is widely known that usability is a critical quality attribute of IT systems. Many studies have developed various methods for finding out usability problems. Usability professionals have emphasized that usability should be integrated into the development life cycle in order to maximize the usability of systems with minimal cost. To achieve this, it is essential to classify usability problems systematically and connect them into the activities of designing user interfaces and tasks. However, there is a lack of framework or method for these two problems and thus remains a challengeable research issue. As a beginning study, this paper proposes a conceptual framework for addressing the two issues. We firstly summarize usability-related studies so far, including usability factors and evaluation methods. Secondly, we review seven approaches to identifying and classifying usability problems. Based on this review and opinions of usability engineers in real industry as well as the review results, this paper proposes a framework comprising three viewpoints, from which more sound classification scheme of usability problems can be inductively developed.

Guide robots that provide services in public places have recently emerged as a non-face-to-face solution with the spread of COVID-19 and are growing. However, most guide robots provide only the same level of intelligence and the same interaction in different and changing environments. Therefore, its usefulness is limited and customers' interest is quickly lost. To solve this problem, it is necessary to develop social intelligence that can improve the robot's environment and situational awareness performance, and to continuously maintain customer interest by providing personalized and situational services. In this study, we developed guide robot services based on social HRI components that provides multi-modal context-aware. We evaluated service usefulness by measuring user satisfaction and frequency of use of the service through the survey. We analyzed the service quality attributes to identify the differentiating factors of guide robot based on social HRI components.

The performance measurement of construction projects has traditionally been evaluated as a prerequisite for successful project completion. Considering this importance, the UK and the US are operating quantitative performance measurement systems for construction projects. However, in the case of Korea, there is a limit to the use of existing methods due to the limitation of data collection. Recently, in consideration of the domestic situation, research is being conducted to measure the quantitative performance of a project by using big data including progress and project attribute information. Therefore, this study aims to present the design direction of a performance monitoring system using Quality Function Deployment.

In this study, Astragalus membranaceus powder was added (3, 6, 9%) during yeast bread preparation and its effect on product quality was examined. The results showed that the dough pH increased as the Astragalus membranaceus powder content increased. However, dough volume during fermentation did not differ significantly among the samples. Bread volume decreased (p<0.001) with an increasing amount of Astragalus membranaceus powder. Also, as the Astragalus membranaceus powder content increased, the Hunter’s color ‘L’ value of the crust decreased and the ‘a’ value increased, and for the crumb, the ‘L’ value decreased and the ‘a’ value increased. Textural property analysis indicated that hardness increased with an increasing amount of Astragalus membranaceus powder. However, up to the 6% level, there were no sensory attribute differences among the samples.

본 연구에서는 창극공연의 서비스 품질이 공연경험속성 및 관객만족에 미치는 영향을 검증하고, 이 과정에서 서비스 가치 및 전통이미지의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 서울 지역에서 10월 중 공연된 창극공연을 유료관람한 성인 남녀 211명으로서, 수집된 자료를 이용하여 공분산구조분석을 통해 얻은 경로계수로 모형과 가설 검정을 실시하였다. 검증결과, 관객이 지각하는 창극공연 서비스품질의 공연프로그램 품질, 물리적환경 품질, 상호작용 품질은 공연경험속성에 각각 통계학적으로 유의하게 정(+)의 관계를 보였다. 공연경험속성과 서비스가치, 공연경험속성과 전통이미지 간의 경로계수도 각각 통계학적으로 유의하게 정(+)의 관계를 보였다. 그리고 공연경험속성과 관객만족 간의 경로계수는 정(+)의 관계를 보였고, 서비스가치와 전통이미지, 서비스가치와 관객만족, 전통이미지와 관객만족 간의 경로계수도 각각 통계학적으로 유의하게 정(+)의 관계를 보였다. 결국 본 연구의 모든 가설은 채택되었으며, 본 연구의 결과는 창극공연의 대중화와 현대화, 공연예술산업 차원의 마케팅전략에 있어서, 그 공연 서비스 품질과 경험속성을 반영하여, 관객의 만족에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 이 과정에서 서비스 가치와 전통이미지의 역할 및 작용을 검증하였다는데 의의가 있다.

최근 시스템이 점차 대형화되고 복잡화되면서 시스템의 요구사항은 소프트웨어 프로젝트의 성패를 결정하는 중요한 문제로 인식되었다. 특히 소프트웨어 품질에 관심이 높아지면서 고품질의 소프트웨어 개발을 위해 노력이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 노력의 일환으로 소프트웨어의 품질 속성을 나타내는 비기능 요구사항을 추출.분석을 위해 연구가 진행되고 있으나 극히 미진한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문은 이를 위해 소프트웨어 개발의 초기단계인 요구사항 단계에서 비기능 요구사항을 분석하고 이를 설계 단계에서 사용할 수 있도록 기술하는 방안을 제시한다.
