  • Purpose: With the development of media, the ways adolescents can obtain information related to sexual health have diversified. Prior quantitative research on adolescents' sexual health information seeking behaviors (HISB) has limitations in grasping the details, and sexual issues of adolescents have tended to be underreported in quantitative studies. It is necessary to explore sexual HISB through an integrative review of qualitative research. The aim of the study was to analyze the literature on sexual HISB among adolescents, focusing on qualitative research. Methods: An integrative review was undertaken to explore the studies conducted between 2009 and 2018 that addressed sexual HISB such as source preferences, perceived trustworthiness, and tendency according to age and gender among adolescents. Results: Seven studies met the selection criteria and were analyzed according different sexual HISB. It was identified that adolescents preferred trustworthy sources and had a pattern of reviewing and comparing the content among diverse sources to confirm the quality of the information. Female adolescents valued privacy and confidentiality, while male adolescents would like to earn information along with their peers and perceived it as an opportunity to exchange their experiences and thoughts. Late adolescents preferred to seek sexual health information from peers and on the internet such as websites and social platforms compared to early adolescents. Conclusion: This study is significant in that it provides evidence that can be applied when developing programs for promoting sexual health in adolescents. It is suggested that programs should focus on building trustworthiness and consider differences in age and gender to improve the use of sexual health information among adolescents.

This study analyzed 17 research articles that either have been published in journals or nominated during the recent ten years, attempting to suggest future directions of the research on siblings who have siblings with disabilities. This study analyzed 17 research papers examining their participants, research methods, and research topics. The results of the previous literature analysis are the followings. Phenomenological approach is the most frequently used research method and normally developing siblings who were in their 20s participated in the researches most. As most research papers did not consider the normally developing siblings birth order, sex, and types of disabilities, future researches will need to specify these variables. The results of this study suggest the followings. Researchers have tried to investigate and understand the experience of the individuals who have siblings with disabilities, using phenomenological research method. Future research should go beyond the phenomenological research to developed theories that can affect the government policies, employing various research methods with specified participants. Further, this study has also identified that the individuals who have siblings with disabilities wanted to be identified as a separate cohort that needs to be researched and receive support.

  • Failures of equipments for train control systems are linked directly to extensive damages of human lives or financial losses from the increasing uses of train control equipments utilizing computers. Then safety activities for assuring safety and reliability are needed during the system life-cycle. Risk analysis is important phase to increase safety from determining the risk presented by the identified hazard. In this paper, we investigated several methods for risk estimation of safety activities, and then we drew a comparison between original methods to suggest optimized one in the application to train control systems. In the result of the comparison, we had plan to propose the risk analysis method called Best-Practice(BP) risk method combining advantages of the qualitative and the quantitative analysis. In addition, we attempted to apply the BP-risk method to domestic train control systems handling in Korea.

  • The purpose of this paper is to ascertain the key factors affecting tax compliance among Vietnamese firms in Vietnam. We employ both qualitative and quantitative research methods. Qualitative research has been carried out through focus group discussions with ten chief accountants and tax officers. Quantitative research has been conducted through interviews with 200 firms (chief accountants or financial directors) in Vietnam. Analysis of the model includes the following stages: (i) Cronbach's test for reliability of the scale, (ii) exploratory factor analysis (EFA), (iii) confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and (iv) structural equation model (SEM). The results of the research show that voluntary tax compliance is directly affected by the three factors of audit probability, corporate reputation and business ownership. The probability of audit and severity of sanctions have the strongest impact on tax compliance. Therefore, the tax authorities need to strengthen the inspection of tax declarations, tax payments and tax refunds of firms. The paper confirms that enforced tax compliance is directly affected by the three factors of audit probability, sanction severity and social norms. Voluntary compliance and compulsory compliance have an effect on tax compliance, though voluntary compliance has a more powerful impact.

As a result, we presented 4 essential categories, 8 main subjects, and 20 sub-subjects; 1) Optimizing rational and creative thinking, 2) Projecting oneself to the artist, finding balance, 3) Having room in mind to view the surroundings, finding insight into the world, 4) Eureka moment, crossing the boundary between business and art. We also found out participants of the program 1) Gradually expanded the criteria, 2) In chaotic directions, and 3) Leaded business creativity through from a non-form to reality throughout the project experience, The attempt to identify business phenomena by using phenomenological qualitative research methods had an academic significance regarding the unfamiliarity of the method in the business administration area. Moreover, this study broadened the possibility of promoting creativity by art in business areas. The study verified the categories and subjects of the business art, paving the way towards application in the real business situation.
