Purpose. The purpose of this study is to compare in vitro dissolution characteristics and bioavailability in beagle dog of a hard gelatine capsule containing erdosteine (Yuhan Erdosteine capsule$\^$TM/) with those of commercial product (Erdos capsule$\^$TM/). Methods. Yuhan Erdosteine capsule$\^$TM/ was prepared using erdosteine 300 mg, lactose, magnesium stearate, and others by powder filling method. The dissolution characteristics of Yuhan Erdosteine capsule$\^$TM/ and Erdos capsule$\^$TM/ were determined by USP dissolution apparatus 2. (omitted)

Erdosteine, an expectorant, has been known to show a very poor flowability. Furthermore, high dosing amount (300mg/cap) and bulk density make it more difficult to fill in a capsule less than No. 0 size as bulk state. We have studied the possibility of dry granulation process in purpose of getting a better flowability and manufacturing efficiency. A roller compactor was introduced for this purpose and the applicability of laboratory result into commercial scale instrument was also experimented.Roller compacting process was very favorable to obtain the granules with good flowability and improved density profiles. A general-purpose program for automatic two-dimensional finite-element modelling with quadrilateral elements was developed in this research. The conventional looping method employed in the program was introduced with emphasis on a new splitting criterion and a splitting scheme developed for improving the method. Some application examples were given, which show versatility and applicability of the developed program.

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to investigate data aspects in Library and Information Science curricula at all levels in selected African Universities. Design/methodology/approach - A review of existing literature on data aspects and LIS Curricula. Secondly, the study juxtaposed web-based courses for fourteen LIS schools to establish data aspects incorporated into their curricula. Findings - The study's findings found that although many LIS schools have some form of data aspects in curricula, coverage is still very limited and basic.

The main purpose of this study is to shed light on whether new types of uncertain variable sequences can be defined with the help of an infinite matrix. For this purpose, the first-order Cesàro matrix was used as an infinite matrix, and new types of uncertain variable sequences, called Cesàro-type uncertain variable sequences, were obtained. Theorems about uncertain variable sequences of Cesàro type have been included in this study, and some comparisons have been made. Thus, the gaps in the existing literature were filled.

There is a acupuncture method which make a difference according to the four seasons, according to body region or depth in skin. We call it Acupuncture follow the four seasons(四時刺法). In several chapters of Huangdineijing(黃帝內經) introduced Acupuncture follow the four seasons. Acupuncture follow the four seasons has two kinds of acupuncture method that is to acupuncture at body region and to acupuncture at five Su points(五兪穴). To use five Su points(五兪穴) according to Yongchu(靈樞) disagree with Nanjing(難經). In Yongchu(靈樞), the five phases property disagree with five Su points(五兪穴), but in Nanjing(難經) the five phases property agree with five Su points(五兪穴). Even if we can acupuncture the same point, there will be the different effect according as what is the purpose of doing acupuncture, and when we do acupuncture. That is to say, we can use apucupuncture for the purpose of prevention in Yongchu(靈樞), and for the purpose of healing the disease in Nanjing(難經). Therefore, because we select the point on the base of meridian Kis origin which spring out, we have to acupuncture Chong point(井穴) in winter according to Yongchu(靈樞). Because we select the point on the base of meridian Kis origin which flowing, we have to acupuncture Chong point(井穴) in spring according to Nanjing(難經). And in the base of five phases' property, the purpose of selecting five Su points(五兪穴) is the prevention according to Yongchu(靈樞), and the healing according to Nanjing(難經). So even though we acupuncture the exactly same Chong point(井穴), we can expect the effect that acupuncture method supply Ki for liver in winter. and the effect that it extract pathogenic Ki(邪氣) from the liver in spring.
