In this paper, we propose and implement VVVV base interactive advertisement. It has now expanded from the traditional marketing methods of television, radio, newspapers and magazines to become a digital marketing era. However, it is still in the form of infusion-type advertising, similar to traditional marketing techniques. For more innovative we put story and design elements into digital technology. Consumers will feel fresh excitement as they experience advertising. Emotional stories and image will also provide an element for customers to talk to each other. The propose advertisement is design to recognize the movement of people in the corridor by using Arduino and ultrasonic sensor installed in the passageway where many people pass. Arduino and VVVV takes people's movements for a values. This values change the advertising image. In this case, we applied the mask in VVVV so that the image to be reproduced and the image of the background role are displayed when the person passes the sensor. By realizing this interactive advertisement, the objective is to increase the buyer's purchasing power by approaching the buyer more effectively than the existing advertisement.
Customer reviews help potential customers make purchasing decisions. However, the prevalence of reviews on websites push the customer to sift through them and change the focus from a mere search to identifying which of the available reviews are valuable and useful for the purchasing decision at hand. To identify useful reviews, websites have developed different mechanisms to give customers options when evaluating existing reviews. Websites allow users to rate the usefulness of a customer review as helpful or not. Amazon.com uses a ratio-type helpfulness, while Yelp.com uses a count-type usefulness index. This usefulness index provides helpful reviews to future potential purchasers. This study investigated the effects of sentiment and readability on useful votes for customer reviews. Similar studies on the relationship between sentiment and readability have focused on the ratio-type usefulness index utilized by websites such as Amazon.com. In this study, Yelp.com's count-type usefulness index for restaurant reviews was used to investigate the relationship between sentiment/readability and usefulness votes. Yelp.com's online customer reviews for stores in the beverage and food categories were used for the analysis. In total, 170,294 reviews containing information on a store's reputation and popularity were used. The control variables were the review length, store reputation, and popularity; the independent variables were the sentiment and readability, while the dependent variable was the number of helpful votes. The review rating is the moderating variable for the review sentiment and readability. The length is the number of characters in a review. The popularity is the number of reviews for a store, and the reputation is the general average rating of all reviews for a store. The readability of a review was calculated with the Coleman-Liau index. The sentiment is a positivity score for the review as calculated by SentiWordNet. The review rating is a preference score selected from 1 to 5 (stars) by the review author. The dependent variable (i.e., usefulness votes) used in this study is a count variable. Therefore, the Poisson regression model, which is commonly used to account for the discrete and nonnegative nature of count data, was applied in the analyses. The increase in helpful votes was assumed to follow a Poisson distribution. Because the Poisson model assumes an equal mean and variance and the data were over-dispersed, a negative binomial distribution model that allows for over-dispersion of the count variable was used for the estimation. Zero-inflated negative binomial regression was used to model count variables with excessive zeros and over-dispersed count outcome variables. With this model, the excess zeros were assumed to be generated through a separate process from the count values and therefore should be modeled as independently as possible. The results showed that positive sentiment had a negative effect on gaining useful votes for positive reviews but no significant effect on negative reviews. Poor readability had a negative effect on gaining useful votes and was not moderated by the review star ratings. These findings yield considerable managerial implications. The results are helpful for online websites when analyzing their review guidelines and identifying useful reviews for their business. Based on this study, positive reviews are not necessarily helpful; therefore, restaurants should consider which type of positive review is helpful for their business. Second, this study is beneficial for businesses and website designers in creating review mechanisms to know which type of reviews to highlight on their websites and which type of reviews can be beneficial to the business. Moreover, this study highlights the review systems employed by websites to allow their customers to post rating reviews.
This study tries to segment musical market to provide Korean musical marketers with marketing strategy implication. We focused university students who are known to form attractive market in the musical market through existing studies. For this research, we divided whole musical market using various variables such as musical audience' demographic, lifestyle and purchasing behavior variables. Using mixture model, we could divided as four significant segments : 'the type of musical mania', 'the type of musical preference', 'the type of musical medium' and the type of indifferent musical'. Each segment showed different musical purchase behaviors, lifestyle and demographical characteristics, also we suggested marketing strategy to each segment. Our research results can contribute to understand objectively musical market.

The purpose of this study is to clarify of the distribution routes of cosmetics by their types and differences in choosing them according to ages with the ones in choosing brand by the type according to them. The subjects of the study were females aged 20 plus living in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province between January and February 2008, and 427 questionnaires were used for analysis. For data analysis SPSS 17.0 statistical program was used, and principal component analysis, frequency analysis, ${\chi}^2-test$, ANOVA test and Duncan test were conducted. The results and conclusions of this study are as follows: first, cosmetics store use by product type was examined. Department stores were used most often to purchase skincare, base and color products, while large cosmetics stores were used most frequently to buy hair and body products. Second, The result of the differences in choosing brand by type of cosmetics has found that there are the meaningful differences between Korean low and middle priced brands and foreign high priced ones in skincare and base products. The Korean low and middle priced brands of skin care products show that various distribution routes are simultaneously and highly used as choices in internet, cosmetics specialty stores and large general ones are higher than other distribution routes. Color products have found that there are the meaningful differences in the entire brands. Hair and body products have found that there are the meaningful differences in three brands except the Korean high priced brands. Third, the differences in cosmetics store selection by age were investigated. As for online purchasing, people in their 20's were most likely than other age groups to purchase online. Meanwhile, in case of other stores including door-to-door sales and home shopping, people aged 40 and older were more prone than other age groups to purchase base, color and body products through these stores.

This study identifies the dimensions of cosmetics consumption values and the differences in cosmetics brand selection through a cosmetics consumption value group and by product type. The subjects of the study were females over age 20 living in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province between January and February 2008; 427 questionnaires were used for analysis. For data analysis the SPSS 17.0 statistical program was used, and principal component analysis, factor analysis using Varimax rotation, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ reliability testing, cluster analysis, ANOVA test, and Duncan test were conducted. The results and conclusions of this study are as follows. The dimensions of cosmetics consumption values were found to be the pleasure value, the fashion value, the function value, the brand ostentation value, and the appearance ostentation value. Five types of groups by factor were identified: the group seeking function, the group seeking fashion and brand ostentation, the group seeking pleasure, the group seeking appearance and brand ostentation, and the indifferent group. Second, The group attaching importance to functionality was more likely to select high-priced brands while the group attaching importance to brand awareness were more likely to seek foreign brands, irrespective of product type. As far as base and color cosmetics are concerned, the group attaching importance to pleasure was more likely to select low, medium, and high priced foreign brands, as well as low and medium priced domestic brands. As for body products, the group attaching importance to fashion and brand awareness tended to select low, medium, and high priced domestic brands, as well as high priced foreign brands. By simultaneously purchasing high, medium, and low priced brands, these groups display an ambivalent consumption pattern. This study identified the differing dimensions around cosmetics consumption values and cosmetic brand selection. The research findings helps cosmetic companies set product prices and contributes to cosmetic marketing strategies.
Social commerce is not only a new form of shopping malls that did not exist in the past, but also a new form of media as it gets combined with social networking services. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of clothing involvement on the relationship between shopping values, attitudes, and purchase intentions of consumers in the group-buying type of social commerce. A specialized Internet survey company carried out the survey targeting consumers in their 20s and 30s with experience of purchasing fashion products using group-buying type of social commerce. A total of 200 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. Descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test, and regression analysis were conducted by using SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 19.0. The results are as follows. First, diversity/informativeness, impulse/accumulation, price, convenience, reliability, interaction, and adventure were identified as shopping value dimensions. Second, especially in cases of diversity/informativeness, price, and interaction, there were significant differences between the high involvement group and the low involvement group. Third, five of the categories, which were diversity/informativeness, price, convenience, reliability, and interaction, had significant influence on attitude and purchase intention. When the attitude variable was included with shopping value as independent variables in the regression model to predict purchase intention, the attitude variable presented a full mediating effect or a partial mediating effect between shopping value and purchase intention. Also, the relationship among shopping value, attitude, and purchase intention was different to some degree according to the level of consumer clothing involvement.
The study aimed to investigate the wearing & purchase practices with shirts and analyze the group differences on the shirt size, BMI & perceived body type. Total usable questionnaires were obtained from 350 male office workers aged from 20 to 49 in Seoul. Results were gained from the statistical analysis such as factor analysis, ANOVA, t-test using SPSS 21.0. The results were as follows. First, male office workers had difficulty in choosing the right size among the different sizes of ready-made shirts and had trouble in vexatious order & high price for custom-made shirts, however, they had an emphasis on design and size for the 2 kinds of shirts in common. Second, the groups by shirt size, BMI, perceived body type showed significant differences in shirt fitness and shirt wearing methods of ready-made shirts but showed no difference in purchase intention of custom-made shirts. Fatness and body type were proved to be important for wearing shirts and it was assumed that there were socio-psychological reasons for the custom-made shirt purchase. Finally, the groups by the experience of purchasing custom-made shirts showed no difference in shirt fitness and shirt wearing methods of ready-made shirts but showed difference in purchase intention of custom-made shirts. This meant that purchase of a custom-made shirt stimulated another purchase. Therefore, shirt brands should focus on the first purchase of custom-made shirts.
This study was performed to find out the correct recognition and stabilization of the food labeling system, and the dietary behavior of college students for processed food as well as their recognition of the food labeling system as observed according to their residence type. A questionnaire was composed with three divisions containing general items, the dietary behavior for processed food and the effectiveness of the nutrition labeling system. The data was analyzed by SPSS WIN 17.0 and the results are as follows; The findings showed differences according to residence type were the intake frequency of processed food, the ways of preservation and the reasons of returning or exchange of the purchased processed food. And there was no difference in the recognition of dietary behavior for processed food and food nutrition labeling system. For overall perception of the dietary behavior and the recognition of the food labeling system, the ratio of college students who considered selection standard related to health when purchasing processed food was low. And the ratio of those who checked the label for milk and dairy products or instant food which is concerned with decomposition was high. On the contrary, the ratio of checking was relatively low for beverages, noodles and cookies. Many answered that the reason for having checked the food label was to find out the safety of the food and that of having read the nutrition label was to control weight and to check the nutrition ingredients. In general, many answered positively for the recognition and the necessity of food labeling system, but the actual practice of selecting and managing processed food was poor.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the trends of product design for textile convergence wearable smart textile fashion products according to college students' fashion life style. In this study, we used information obtained from a questionnaire issued to 201 female college students who were 20 years old for the final analysis. The questionnaires were to classify female college students groups according to the fashion life style, to examine characteristics, needs and wants of each group. The survey on the tendency of wearable smart textiles consisted of 22 items about concept and type of smart clothing product, functional material and intelligent material, recognition, preference, purchase intention, purchase factor and brand preference tendency. A total of 201 samples were analyzed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, crosstabs and $x^2-test$ using SPSS package program. 'brand preference oriented type was found to be interested in 'wearable' smart clothing product with monitoring function of bio-signal' and 'high functional fiber and textile product', but the credibility of 'smart clothes that can be worn and smart textile products to be useful in modern life' was low. 'fashionable individuality oriented' type showed interest in 'smart clothing and smart product', 'intelligent fiber' and 'wearable smart clothing product with monitoring function of bio-signal', but the preferences of 'light emitting fiber products' was low. 'practically purchasing-oriented' type was very interested in 'high-functional fiber and its textile products', but had inadequate knowledge on 'smart clothing and smart textile product' and showed low interest. Despite the fact that 'wearable smart clothing and smart textile products' are expensive, they were willing to purchase considering practicality and sophisticated style.
The purposes of this study were to classify consumer types and to analyze purchase behavior depending on food safety attitudes related to the Fukushima nuclear accident. Based on the consumer survey data, factor analysis and cluster analysis were done to classify consumer types. Applying factor analysis, six factors with a total variance of 73.4% were extracted from 22 basic variables. The 6 factors were termed 'anxiety from ingesting agricultural and fishery products after the nuclear accident', 'importance of food safety when purchasing food', 'reduced rate of purchases of agricultural and fishery products after the accident', 'importance of food prices', 'socio-demographic characteristics' and 'family composition'. Using cluster analysis, consumers were classified into 5 types using the factor scores of 6 factors. The main results are as follows. For every consumer type, the anxiety about imported agricultural and fishery products was higher than that for domestic products after the nuclear accident. The food safety attitudes of consumers were mainly formed by the socio-demographic characteristics. Consumer types with high-education and high-income responded flexibly to the food safety concerning the accident; especially, the consumer type with a high-income and kids under 19 responded very reasonably to the accident. However, consumer types with a low-income and aged over 50 or less than 30 years were the least responsive to the accident, mainly due to financial restrictions. Thus, we suggest some food safety strategies and policy implications based on consumer type for food safety after the accident.
