녹색가게 이용자의 의복 재사용 실태와 의복 태도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Practices of Clothing Reuses and Clothing Attitudes by the Green Store Users)

  • This study looked into the features of the consumers who positively reuse the clothing through their actual exchanges at second-hand clothing stores. The findings indicate that it shows the features of the consumers who perform the environmental activities by treating the clothing to be actually left unused, in an environmentally-friendly way, and that it may present the programs that will be able to create more consumers on the basis of its findings. The study used the questionnaire method, and the subjects were selected among those who have the experience of buying the second-hand clothing. The findings are as follows. 1. The major users of Green stores were found to be many among the females in their forties by the age, with 2 million Won or more by the income, of the graduates of high school or higher by the educational background, or of the housekeepers with children by the job. 2. The practices for the Green store utilization showed the highest ratios in one or two times of uses a month, one to four pieces of purchases a month, female clothing by the article, or trousers by the purchasing item. 3. As for the level of satisfaction after the clothing purchase at green stores, 70 percent of the respondents were satisfied, and the high ratios were seen with "the price was very low" or "since it seemed to support the environmental issues" by the reason for the satisfaction. 4. The findings on the clothing attitudes by the green store users showed fashion and social status symbol (factor 1), feminine modesty (factor 2), convenience (factor 3), alignment (factor 4), and economy (factor 5).

GIS based Water-pollutant Buffering Zone Management

  • S. Korean Government has accelerating its efforts to enhance the quality of the drinking water. The Ministry of Environment has declared the law of securing water-pollutant buffering zone to minimize the inflow of the point and nonpoint sources into the drinking water sources. As a first phase of installing nationa-wide water-pollutant buffering zone, approximately 300km buffering zone has been delineated along the South and North Han river, the major drinking water sources for the capital area of S. Korea, which has the population of more than 12 millions. The buffering zone has the width of 1,000 meter for the special protection area, and 500 meter for the remaining area from both ends of the river. The major works have been done in three stages. Firstly, the boundaries lines of the buffering zone was delineated on the digital topographic maps. Secondly, the maps were overlayed with the cadastral maps to identify individual land parcels, the street address of the major pollutant discharging facilities, and all different types of pollutants including livestocks. Thirdly, the field work has been done as a verification. Once the buffering zone was generated, all the information for the buffering gone were created or imported from other government agencies including official land price, details of the major manufacturing facilities discharging considerable amount of pollutants, major motels and resorts, not to mention of restaurants, etc. Also, major livestock houses were located to identify the path of the pollutant inflow to the drinking water source. Further works need to be continued such as purchasing private lands within the buffering zone and change the land use in the efforts to decrease the pollutant amount and to provide more environmentally friendly space. Also, high resolution satellite imagery should be utilized in the near future as a cost-effective data source to update all the landuse activities within buffering zone.

  • 중국 경제가 빠른 속도로 발전함에 따라 중국 소비자들의 소비 관념에도 변화가 생겼다. 브랜드 원산지가 소비자의 구매 의도에 영향이 미치고 있는 것이다. 본 논문은 원산지 이미지의 제고를 통하여, 기업이 글로벌 마케팅활동에서 경쟁우위를 확보하기 위한 연구이다. 브랜드 이미지의 기초 이론을 바탕으로 원산지 이미지가 소비자의 구매 의도에 영향을 주는 새로운 모형과 연구 가설을 제기하였다. 양적 연구방법과 질적 연구방법을 혼합한 연구방법을 이용하였는데, SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 설문지 내용의 데이터를 수집하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 원산지의 이미지가 소비자 구매의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 인지 가치에서도 소비자의 구매 의도에 정(+)의 영향이 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 실증연구결과를 종합하여, 현지 기업에게 새로운 마케팅전략과 개선책을 제시하였고, 다국적 기업들에게도 중국 시장에서의 판매 전략을 고려할 수 있도록 하였다.

유명인이 집필한 책 구매에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of Celebrities on the Purchase of Books)

  • 본 연구는 책 내용, 유명인의 인지도, 유명인의 전문지식이 책 구매에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하고, 이를 통해 유명인들이 책을 발간할 때 고려해야 할 요소 및 판매를 위한 마케팅 방안에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유명인들이 책을 발간 할 때는 독자들에게 충분히 공감할 수 있는 소재와 평소 자신이 편찬하려는 책 분야에 대한 정보의 신뢰성을 심어줄 수 있는 마케팅 활동을 활발하게 해야 할 것이다. 둘째, 유명인들은 책의 편찬할 때는 자신의 이미지와 맞는 형태의 책 디자인이나 그림 선정 등에 신경을 써야 할 것으로 판단되고, 나아가 이런 이미지가 독자들에게 심어질 수 있게 새로운 형태의 광고 전략을 구축해야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 유명인들은 책의 편찬하기 전 평소 자신이 가지고 있는 정보나 경험, 학습된 지식 등을 여러 광고 환경에서 시청자 및 펜에게 알릴 수 있는 다양한 수단들을 간구해야 할 것이다. 이를 지속적으로 인지시킨다면 향후 자신이 편찬할 책의 구매도는 높아질 것이다.

코로나19로 인한 식품 소비행태 변화분석: MZ세대를 중심으로 (Analysis of Food Consumption Behavior due to COVID-19: Focusing on MZ Generation)

  • 본 연구는 소비자들의 구매패턴이 1인 가구와 맞벌이 부부의 증가 등과 같은 인구통계학적 변화로 이미 변경되고 있는 상황에서, 최근의 코로나19 사태로 인해 그 변화가 가속화될 것이라고 전망된다. 이를 위해 전문조사업체인 닐슨코리아의 패널 500명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 수행한 분석결과를 본 연구에 활용하였다. 특히 소비자를 2개의 세대 그룹(Z세대 vs. 밀레니얼세대)으로 나누어 코로나19로 인해 바뀐 소비활동 변화와 식품구매 행태를 분석하여 제시하였다. 그 결과, 기존 온라인 유통이 강화되어가고 있던 추세가 코로나19로 인해 그 영향이 증폭되었다. 이러한 변화는 세대별로 코로나19 우려 정도의 차이에 따라 소비행동도 다르게 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 가속화하고 있는 '언택트' 중심으로 소비자들의 행동변화를 새로운 기회로 전환시키는데 있어 관련된 이론적 의의와 실무적으로는 식품업계의 대응전략에 대한 관리적 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

전략적 고객 경험 모듈을 이용한 패션 라이프 스타일에 따른 고객 경험 인식 차이 (Difference in Perception of Customer Experience Based on Fashion Lifestyle Using Strategic Experiential Modules)

  • The purpose of this study is to classify customer experience components using Bernd H. Schmitt's Strategic Experiential Modules and explore the relevance between fashion lifestyle and customer experience components. A survey was conducted on 400 adults between the ages of 20s to 50s who had experience in sportswear stores. The results obtained are as follows. First, according to fashion lifestyle, the respondents were divided into an individuality-valued pragmatic group, a trend-oriented brand-seeking group, a fashion-interested group, and a conservative pragmatic group. Second, customer experience components were divided into sensory experience, emotional experience, cognitive experience, behavioral experience, and relational experience. Third, on analyzing the relationship between customer experience and fashion lifestyle, it was found that a fashion-interested group has the highest value in all experiences; therefore, it can be considered that the higher the interest in fashion, the more important is the customer experience. On the other hand, the conservative pragmatic group represented generally smaller values than the other three groups in all customer experiences. Fourth, there were significant differences in the customer experience components that were considered to be important depending on the fashion lifestyle type. An individuality-valued pragmatic group valued cognitive experiences, a fashion-interested group valued all experiences, and a conservative pragmatic group showed low scores in all customer experiences. The results of this study will allow companies to build more customer-friendly experiences and enable consumers to engage in satisfactory purchasing activities through better customer experiences.

수단-목적사슬이론을 이용한 소셜커머스의 사용자 가치 분석 (User Value Analysis in Social Commerce Using Means-End Chain Theory)

  • 소셜 네트워크의 확산에 따라 플랫폼을 기반으로 한 소셜커머스는 다중 스마트 기기의 사용과 함께 빠르게 성장해왔다. 쿠팡과 티켓몬스터와 같은 소셜커머스 사이트들의 빠른 성장을 감안한다면 소셜커머스 환경에서 사용자의 구매 의사 결정 과정을 이해하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 소셜커머스를 이용하는 사용자들의 목표에 대한 이해를 보다 풍부하게 발전시키고자 한다. 둘째, 사용자의 목표를 분석하기 위한 방법론적 대안을 소개한다. 본 연구에서는 래더링 인터뷰와 수단-목적사슬 분석을 활용했다. 소셜커머스를 활용한 구매 경험이 6개월 이상인 사용자 40명을 대상으로 실시한 인터뷰 분석 결과, 사용자의 목표 구조를 보여주는 위계적 목적지도가 도출되었다. 본 지도는 타인과의 따뜻한 관계, 쇼핑의 재미와 즐거움, 성취감, 만족감, 금전적 저축, 편의성 등을 포함한 소셜커머스의 22가지 궁극적인 목표를 담고 있다. 또한 활동에서부터 궁극적인 목표까지 다양한 경로가 존재하기에 사용자가 추구하는 목표를 조사하면 사용자를 이해하는 통찰력을 얻을 수 있다.

  • The digital environment, which has been rapidly developing since the beginning of the 21st century, has become more specific due to COVID-19, and marketing strategies are rapidly changing to suit purchasing activities of Generation MZ, whose online purchases are becoming the center of their lives. A public relations agency is generally responsible for all aspects of making a client's product or service visible to the public through various forms of media. Among them, a company that performs only fashion-related tasks is called a "fashion PR agency". Now, the fashion industry is also centered on the e-commerce environment, and various digital marketing strategies have been developed and directly related to sales. This study examined the current status of online media and digital marketing, analyzes the aspects of fashion brand promotion strategies and methods in the e-commerce era, focusing on the work of fashion PR agencies, and suggests the direction of new online and offline promotion methods based on marketing and technological aspects. As a result of the study, first, theories on strategies for online media and digital marketing were examined, and found that the amount of online promotion has recently increased and become more specialized. Second, this study examines the concept of fashion PR agencies and analyzed their main tasks through interviews with fashion PR professionals. Third, based on successful online fashion promotion cases, the study analyzed fashion promotion strategies and methods that are being integrated online and offline in the e-commerce era. The main methods included SNS strategy, content strategy, performance strategy, influencer strategy, and event strategy, and it is suggested that integrated management is necessary for consistent brand image management, and an IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) strategy, which intensively manages all strategies, should be employed.

우리나라 중소 수출제조기업의 서비스 품질요인이 B2B 글로벌 전자상거래 활용성과에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Effect of The Service Quality Factors of SMEs in Korea on Utilization Performance of B2B Global Export E-commerce)

  • This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on e-commerce utilization performance in B2B market. Measurement factors derived from the survey were examined, and whether they had a positive effect on the performance of e-commerce utilizing was examined. The survey period was conducted on the Likert-5 score scale for about four months from November 2021 to February 2022, and 2,200 copies were distributed online and offline, and a total of 268 copies were used for empirical analysis. The moderating effect of the research methodology was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis and PROCESS MACRO. Three factors of service quality were secured and the influence relationship on e-commerce utilization performance was derived. Study results were as follows. First, interaction, logistics and economics have a positive effect on the level of e-commerce utilization. It means SMEs can increase the level of use of e-commerce as they produce and deliver goods with high economic contribution from the perspective of foreign companies, accuracy of goods transportation services, and purchasing companies. Second, It was confirmed that the effect of service quality on the utilization performance of e-commerce varies depending on the degree of corporate image. Therefore, it will be important to plan a management strategy first to improve service quality in order to increase e-commerce activities.

SNS 뷰티 인플루언서 특성이 인플루언서 신뢰 및 구전 의도에 미치는 영향: 관여도의 조절 효과 (Impact of SNS Beauty Influencer Characteristics on Trust and Word-of-Mouth Intentions: The Moderating Effect of Engagement)

  • With the growing preference among Chinese consumers for purchasing beauty products through social media networks (SNS), influencer marketing has recently emerged as a crucial strategy for maximizing word-of-mouth effects. This study aims to ascertain the impact of SNS beauty influencers' characteristics on trustworthiness and consumers' intentions to engage in word-of-mouth promotion. Furthermore, the study seeks to explore the moderating role of consumer involvement in the relationship between SNS beauty influencer characteristics and the trust consumers place in them. As part of an empirical analysis, an online survey was administered to 259 Chinese female consumers who had previously purchased beauty products through influencers on SNS. The data gathered were scrutinized by conducting multiple and hierarchical regression analysis to test the proposed hypotheses. The findings indicated that the attributes of "expertise,"' "intimacy," and "homogeneity" in SNS beauty influencers significantly affect influencer trust, whereas "charm" does not have a significant impact. Moreover, consumer involvement was found to moderate the relationship between SNS beauty influencer characteristics (expertise, intimacy, charm, and homogeneity) and influencer trust. Additionally, influencer trust positively influenced the intention to engage in word-of-mouth activities. These findings signify that leveraging influencers possessing qualities such as expertise, intimacy, and homogeneity can help enhance product exposure, popularity, and sales of the beauty industry. This study contributes valuable insights into the strategic utilization of influencer characteristics in the beauty industry and digital marketing, highlighting their pivotalrole in consumer engagement and the success of marketing strategies.
