한국 노인여성들의 의복구매행동과 의복불만 (Clothing Purchasing Behavior and Clothing Dissatisfaction of the Aged Women in Korea)

  • Though the growth rate of the population of aged people in Korea is rapidly rising, research about this age group is relatively scarce compared to those about younger groups. This paper aimed to survey the clothing purchasing behaviors and clothing dissatisfaction of the aged women in Korea. A questionnaire concerning demographic status, clothing purchasing behaviors and clothing dissatisfactions was administered to 430 aged women residing in Seoul. Results showed that the aged women are as much well-planning, logical, and consumer-right-conscious purchasers as they are aesthetically demanding. 9 factors including product quality, design, sales service qualities revealed to be important factors explaining their dissatisfaction. But the strongest clothing dissatisfactions of the aged women were found to be those factors related to high price, lack of exclusive merchandising practices for the aged, and difficulty in the handling of clothing items. Their age and income status had partial influence on their purchasing behaviors and clothing dissatisfaction.

  • A database was constructed for customers to find and choose and apparel product. The product information was collected from words on several kinds of advertisement, which purchasers meet in their ordinary life. The information was sorted and categorized in 8 basic mother categories (Target group, Color, Apparel type, Fabric, Size, Price, Manufacturer) to build a suitable database structure. Each mother category was arranged into subcategories. Also this study showed a demonstration version of the retrieval system. the research resulted can be used for more intensive retrieval system.

AEW를 활용한 개인종신연금의 최적화 전략 (An Optimal Strategy for Private Life Annuity by Utilizing AEW)

  • In this paper, we evaluate life annuity plans for Korean pre-retired single and married couple participating Korea National Pension (KNP) and find optimal life annuity strategy by using utility-based measurements called AEW (Annuity Equivalent Wealth). Specifically, we extend a previous study to obtain a detailed optimal combination of annuitizing age and wealth in terms of percentage of net wealth at the time of retirement. A nonlinear optimization model is formulated with the objective of maximizing utility on consumption and bequest, and the dynamic programming (DP) technique is used to solve this problem. We find that there exist consistent patterns in optimal combinations of annuitizing age and wealth. Also, for all cases the optimal combination is significantly better than several other combinations. The results indicate that using the optimal approach can be beneficial to practitioners in insurance industry and prospective purchasers of life annuity. We conclude the paper with some discussions and suggestions.

관여도에 따른 와인 소비자의 인지된 구매 위험에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Wine Consumers' Perceived Risk of Purchasing by Involvement)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate Korean wine consumers' perceived risk dimensions affecting wine purchasing behavior and identify the differences in the dimensions by wine involvement. Questionnaires were collected from the wine purchasers of wine retailer shops in Seoul. 230 data were analysed using SPSS package(v. 12.0). Findings were as follows: (1) There were 5 dimensions in the perceived risk of wine purchasing: functional, social, physical, psychological, financial. Social dimension was the most serious risk for wine consumers, then come psychological, functional, financial, and physical ones. (2) There were significant differences in the perceived risk dimensions by involvement level except the financial dimension. The perception level of wine purchasing risk was relatively low in the high involvement group while high in the middle and low involvement groups.

전자상거래 서비스상품 분류에 대한 연구 (Classification Framework for Services and Service Products in Electronic Commerce)

  • In this study, we newly classify services and service products in EC into Mass Service, Interactive Service, Ordering Service, and Professional Service. For classification, five selected variables and two factorized dimensions such as 1) ease of on-line interaction and 2) needs of on-line interactions are used. On the result of classification, we investigate the relationships with customer purchase intentions in EC. For this purpose, customer surveys were conducted on the respondent groups who are known to be frequent purchasers in EC and have advanced knowledge on services and service products. The survey is analyzed by statistical methods such as factor score plot, cluster analysis, analysis of variance, etc.

  • The aims of this study are to determine if the perceived risk of e-commerce affect the Internet shopping mall users' decision to pre-purchase an item via e-commerce, to find out if there are differences among the induced perceived risk according to gender, and to verify if the perceived risk according to gender have a correlation to a person's decision to pre-purchase an item via e-commerce. It can thus be concluded that the pre-perceived risk of e-commerce affect the Internet shopping mall users' purchase intention. Different results were obtained, though, according to gender. Moreover, the perceived risk of e-commerce based on gender and the purchase intention of the Internet shopping mall users were shown not to have a correlation. This means that although slightly different study results were presented, e-commerce purchasers can use these results to recognize the risk of e-commerce.

  • On-line shopping mall has become a powerful marketing tool recently. On-line shopping malls provide information for consumers about goods and influence the decision-making process of purchasers. Therefore many local government made on-line shopping malls for advertising agricultural production in the region. However, in the face of problems related with effectiveness on shopping mall management, most of on-line shopping malls has been managing by private sector actually. This study aims to propose the plans for development of the on-line shopping malls. For this purpose, this study investigated current management status of the shopping malls and conducted case study on-line shopping malls.

A New Dynamic Auction Mechanism in the Supply Chain: N-Bilateral Optimized Combinatorial Auction (N-BOCA)

  • In this paper, we introduce a new combinatorial auction mechanism - N-Bilateral Optimized Combinatorial Auction (N-BOCA). N-BOCA is a flexible iterative combinatorial auction model that offers optimized trading for multi-suppliers and multi-purchasers in the supply chain. We design the N-BOCA system from the perspectives of architecture, protocol, and trading strategy. Under the given N-BOCA architecture and protocol, auctioneers and bidders have diverse decision strategies for winner determination. This needs flexible modeling environments. Hence, we propose an optimization modeling agent for bid and auctioneer selection. The agent has the capability to automatic model formulation for Integer Programming modeling. Finally, we show the viability of N-BOCA through prototype and experiments. The results say both higher allocation efficiency and effectiveness compared with I-to-N general combinatorial auction mechanisms.

쇼핑가치, 사용용이성, 유용성이 모바일 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Shopping Value, Ease of Use, and Usefulness on Mobile Purchase Intention)

  • 본 연구에서는 모바일 환경에서 패션제품을 구매할 때 소비자의 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 영향 변수로 쇼핑가치와 새로운 기술을 수용하는데 영향을 주는 신념 변수로 알려진 사용용이성과 유용성을 채택하여 경로모형을 구성하여 검정하였고, 구매경험에 따른 집단 별(중구매/경구매 집단)로 경로모형을 비교분석하였다. 온라인 설문 전문업체를 통해 스마트 폰을 통해 패션제품을 구매한 경험이 있는 20-30 대 성인을 대상으로 설문지 분석을 시행하였고, 총 411부의 유효한 데이터를 SPSS 21과 AMOS 19 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 쇼핑가치는 감성적인 차원의 쾌락적 쇼핑가치와 실용적인 차원의 실용적 쇼핑가치로 분류되었고 구성변수의 신뢰성이 확인되었다. 경로모형의 적합성은 적합한 것으로 입증되었으며, 최근 1년 동안 스마트폰을 통해 패션제품을 구매한 횟수에 따라 중구매 집단과 경구매 집단으로 분류하여 경로모형을 비교분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 두 집단 모두 공통적으로 쾌락적 가치보다는 실용적 가치가 모바일 구매의도에 미치는 직접적인 영향력이 유의한 것으로 나타났고, 사용용이성은 직접적으로 구매의도에 영향을 미치기보다는 유용성을 거쳐 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 중구매 집단의 경우, 쾌락적 쇼핑가치가 구매의도에 주는 영향과 사용용이성이 구매의도에 주는 영향을 제외하고는 모든 경로가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 경구매 집단에서는 쾌락적 쇼핑가치가 사용용이성에 주는 영향, 실용적 쇼핑가치가 유용성에 주는 영향, 쾌락적 쇼핑가치가 구매의도에 주는 영향, 사용용이성이 구매의도에 주는 영향의 경로가 유의하지 않은 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 분석 결과는 다양한 유통채널을 사용하여 제품을 구매하는 현대 소비자들을 모바일 구매로 유도하기 위한 차별화된 모바일 마케팅 전략을 수립하는데 근거가 될 것이다.
