Future-oriented train design should be able to provide highly refined traffic culture and public transportation service by achieving 'higher value addition, sensitization, and humanization' and then securing safety, convenience, and amenity. Therefore, design of FRT, as a means of environment-friendly public transportation, should have new concepts achieving harmony between design and technology. Consequently, when designing interior of trains for public transportation, it should aim for user-centered strategies. This approach is essentially applied to vehicle design and inducement to new concepts by design aesthetics and their verification become requirements for train Interior design, which should be equipped with sensitivity and functional images. Accordingly, a study on the correlation between constituents in order to implement design is essential to design planning and realization of strategies.

This article presents the differential system that governs the mechanical behaviour of a curved-beam element, with varying cross-section area, subjected to generalized load. This system is solved by an exact procedure or by the application of a new numerical recurrence scheme relating the internal forces and displacements at the two end-points of an increase in its centroid-line. This solution has a transfer matrix structure. Both the stiffness matrix and the equivalent load vector are obtained arranging the transfer matrix. New structural matrices have been defined, which permit to determine directly the unknown values of internal forces and displacements at the two supported ends of the curved-beam element. Examples are included for verification.

We propose a HTTP cookie-based identification of the public keys of Web sites for the case of failure to validate certificates. The proposed scheme effectively protects users from the phishing attacks of inducing them to access bogus sites. It incurs little performance overhead on the browser and the server of Web sites. It requires to implement the input processing of user credentials and the encryption and verification of cookie values, though.

Harn al proposed a GKRS(Global Key Recovery System) that combines the functions of the key recovery authorities and the public key certification authorities(CA), Among other features, user dominance(i.e, a user is allowed to select his own public-private key pair and especially a public element for verifying the validity of the public-private key pair)is proposed by [1] for wide acceptance of GKRS. In this paper, we attack the RSA version of GKRS by showing that its user-dominance feature and the corresponding key verification scheme employed by the CA allow for fraud by users against CA. We propose more secure GKPS than original GKPS, The proposed system makes the probability of user fraud negligible small.

The purpose of this study is to present the role and function of Smart Training Education Platform(STEP) as a public online platform that should be aimed at for the development of customized lifelong vocational skills as the existing Occupational Skills Development Act was revised to the National Lifelong Vocational Skills Development Act. To this end, the role and function of STEP's public service was derived based on domestic public online platform service case studies and expert FGI, and an expert verification meeting was held. Based on this, implications for the role and function of STEP as a public online platform were presented.

Self-certified public keys need not be accompanied with a separate certificate to be authenticated by other users because the public keys are computed by both the authority and the user. At this point, verifiable self-certified public keys are proposed that can determine which is wrong signatures or public keys if public keys are used in signature scheme and then verification of signatures does not succeed. To verify these public keys, key generation center's public key trusted by users is required. If all users trust same key generation center, public keys can be verified simply. But among users in different domains, rusty relationship between two key generation centers must be accomplished. In this paper we propose inter-domain verifiable self-certified public keys that can be verified without certificate between users under key generation centers whose trusty relationship is accomplished. Also we present the execution of signature and key distribution between users under key generation centers use different public key parameters.

Background: Patients' trust in their physicians or hospitals is important to guarantee the effectiveness of care and to encourage revisits. This study aimed to identify the relationship between the experience of requesting verification of healthcare benefit coverage via the Health Insurance Review Agency (HIRA) and patients' trust in their physicians or hospitals. Methods: For this population-based study, 800 adult respondents aged 20 to 65 years were recruited using random sampling and telephone surveys. Respondents were divided into two groups: 1) 400 people had experience in requesting the HIRA verification service for the purpose of confirmation of whether the costs they paid were appropriate among metropolitan habitants, and 2) 400 people comprised members of the public who had no experience requesting the verification service. Results: Experience with requesting verification services was likely to lower the patients' trust in medical institutions, but not in their physicians (p<0.05). In addition, patients who were satisfied with their physicians and hospitals were more likely to trust the physicians and hospitals than dissatisfied patients. Conclusion: Patients' trust might be an important factor influencing hospital success. Patients' trust in medical suppliers, such as physicians and hospitals, encourages a positive relationship between medical suppliers and patients. Therefore, medical suppliers must provide appropriate care to patients to improve patients' trust in them.

Recently, the medical image has been digitized by the development of computer science and digitization of the medical devices. There are needs for database service of the medical image and long term storage because of the construction of PACS(picture archiving and communication system) following DICOM(digital imaging communications in medicine) standards, telemedicine, and et al. However, it also caused some kinds of problems, such as illegal reproduction of medical image, proprietary rights and data authentication. In this paper, we propose the new digital watermarking technique for medical image based on public key encryption algorithm for integrity verification. It prevents illegal forgery that can be caused after transmitting medical image data remotely. The watermark is the value of bit-plane in wavelet transform of the original image for certification method of integrity verification. We proposed the embedding regions are randomly chosen considering ROI, and a digital signature is made using hash function of MD5 which input is a secret key. The experimental results show that the watermark embedded by the proposed algorithm can survive successfully in image processing operations and that the watermark's invisibility is good.

This research seeks to examine the relationship between multicultural education experiences and the multicultural acceptability of military officers. The sample included 552 Republic of Korea Army officers and non-commissioned officers(NCOs) who were located in Gangwon-Do and Gyeonggi-Do. For the statistical analysis, SPSS 18.0 was used to perform descriptive statistical analysis, frequency analysis, differential verification, and multiple regression analysis. The major analysis results are as follows: First, The multicultural acceptability of the military officers and NCOs, including sub-factors, was above the mean level; in terms of the ranking per sub-factor, the scores were in the order of diversity, relationship, and universality. The experience frequency of the targets and the evaluation was lowest in the educational experience within the military, and the evaluations were in the order of public media, school, and military. Second, The differential verification, depending on the characteristics of the sociology of the population and the existence of the multicultural educational experience, showed that the duration of education(personal factor), marital status(family factor), existence of a foreign relative(family factor), and existence of experience of managing multicultural personnel as soldiers under command(military-related factor) showed a significant difference in multicultural acceptability. Additionally, the existence of multicultural education through schools and public media lead to a significant difference in multicultural acceptability, but the existence of education within the military did not lead to a significant difference. Third, The analysis of the influencing relationship through multiple regression analysis showed that the higher the evaluation of multicultural education through the military, school, and public media, the higher the multicultural acceptability.Therefore, this research proposes multicultural educational plans that may improve the multicultural acceptability of military officers and NCOs as a way to establish a multicultural composition in the army.

The number of certificates in Korea is about 32,364(2018.09). There are 252 national technical qualifications, 149 national professional qualifications, 99 public private qualifications, and 31,894 private qualifications. The purpose of this study is to examine the process by which KAITS ISE is created. The course was examined and formalized for 10 years from the establishment of KAITS to the first test. After that, the module of the creativity is studied. It is expected that it will be used as a model for certification development in industry security consulting experts.
