Objectives : This research analyzed the general characteristics of care workers and verified the correlation among self-perceived health, job stress and customer orientation. Methods : We conducted a survey from May 1st, to May 31st, 2015 of 260 care workers who are affiliated with elderly care facilities or home care facilities in Busan, Korea. Results : The more the workers were stressed about their organizational culture, the more they recognized psychological difficulties. However, there was no correlation between organizational culture and their tendency to be oriented toward customers. It was verified that the recognized psychological health has a positive regulation effect between customer orientation and job stress such as job skill requirement(p<0.01), job autonomy(p<0.01), and organizational culture(p<0.01). Conclusions : Because both suppliers and recipients of care services are aging, it is necessary for elderly care facilities to make a greater effort to minimize the physical and psychological losses of recipients.

All data were presented as $mean{\pm}SE$, and the variables were analyzed with a paired t-test. Results: Following the 8-week intervention, cardiovascular endurance and grip strength were significantly increased (approximately 17 and 7%, respectively [p<0.05]). Although there was no statistical significance on flexibility, vertical jump, and zigzag-run, all variables showed an increasing tendency. Anxiety levels changed from a mild anxiety state to a normal state, and depression levels also altered from moderate to a normal state. The video-game playtime was reduced about 20% during weekends and vacation periods. LED's brightness and long life-time that surpass fluorescent light in the latest as well as is used by back light source of thin film LCD, low electric power attrition rate by advantage do and widen the market at the world lighting lamp market that is potential market. Accordingly, study about suitability of LED lighting is activated but space that apply actual LED lighting fixtures yet is less and advanced researches about LED fixtures' applied apaces are slight compared to existing light source up to now because is not many on this. A number of tools and equipment can measure the degree of stress. Stress measurement includes both psychological and physiological measurements. Considering only one of these elicits subjective or objective deficiency. Overcoming this problem requires a new stress index that combines these two measurements. Following people's personal traits, the measurement results also appear in diverse ways, but we can consider and study the general case obtained on the basis of the measurement tool. By using the index obtained by the psychological and physiological measurement tools, we obtain an integrated stress index. Therefore, we choose to use four stress measurement tools. The index of the result of each measurement tools is referred to as the multi-index. These indices are plotted on coordinates to analyze and diagnose the balance and tendency of the stress.
