척수 장애인의 성적 적응 경험 (Sexual Adjustment Process of Individuals with Spinal cord Injury)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify and describe a process of sexual adjustment of individuals with spinal cord injury: and to describe and explore positive and negative influences on the adjustment process. This qualitative study was conducted with 10 Korean individuals with spinal cord injury who had been physically disabled for more than one year. Data were collected and analysed at a same time using grounded theory method. Major categories of this study showed a process how the individuals with spinal cord injury adjust to their individual life as sexual beings. The process included and individual responses to the behavioral efforts including and . Initially physical aspects of sexuality seemed to be affected by spinal cord injuries. The changed physical aspects then influenced other aspects of their sexual life. Life satisfaction of each individual as a sexual being revealed as very subjective. It could be defined according to how the individual approved their sexual life no matter what and how much behavioral effort the person had done. In this study 3 types of sexual adjustment aspects were explored: 'Active adjustment' 'Passive adjustment' 'Maladjustment'. There were negative and positive factors influencing the adjustment process of individuals with spinal cord injury. Those factors might come from themselves, from families, or from social situations. Findings of this study suggested that sexual life of individuals with spinal cord injury should not be understood as a physical or behavioral matter. It was a combination of physical, psychological and social aspects of life. Therefore, appropriate rehabilitation programs for the sexual adjustment of individuals with spinal cord injury need to concern heterogeneous life values of them and obtain individualized services for each individual at a different stage of the sexual adjustment process.

청소년 자살 사후 학교중심 위기개입 프로그램에 대한 평가연구 (An Evaluative Study on the School-Based Post-Suicide Crisis Intervention Program for Adolescents)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 청소년 자살 사후 학교중심 위기개입 프로그램을 평가하려는 것이다. 이 연구에서는 청소년 자살 사건이 발생한 7개교의 전교생, 학급생, 교직원들을 대상으로 위기개입 프로그램을 실시하고, 세부프로그램별 참여자 집단을 대상으로 폐쇄형 개방형 설문지를 활용하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 혼합 평가방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 주요 결과들을 살펴보면, 위기개입이 이루어진 2개 학급은 사후 위기개입 이후 실시한 설문조사 결과, 친구를 잃은 슬픔을 표현하고 친구를 애도하는데 도움이 되었다고 응답하였다. 다른 4개 학급은 생명존중에 대한 인식이 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 개방형 질문에 대한 응답을 범주화하여 분석한 결과에서는 생명존중의식 변화 및 재인식, 심리 정서적 안정등의 의미를 도출하였다. 이러한 연구결과에 근거하여 자살 발생 상황에 적합한 맞춤형 위기개입 매뉴얼 개발의 필요성 등을 제언하였다.

기아 돕기 캠페인에서 공감적 관심과 긍.부정 프레이밍이 미치는 영향: 예기된 정서와 행위 의도를 중심으로 (Impact of Empathic Concern and Message Framing on Anticipated Emotions and Behavioral Intention in Help Campaign)

  • 공감적 관심은 돕기의 동기를 촉진하는 주요 요인으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구는 국제 기아 돕기 캠페인의 전달에서 개인 성향으로서의 공감적 관심이 미치는 영향과 긍 부정 프레이밍과의 상호작용에 의한 맥락적 차별성을 조사하였다. 176명을 대상으로 실험 연구를 실행하였으며, 개인 성향은 시간적 격차를 두고 선행 조사하여 설문조사로 인한 영향을 최소화하도록 노력하였다. 실험은 공감적 관심(2) ${\times}$ 긍 부정 프레이밍(2)으로 설계하였으며, 예기된 정서(만족감과 죄책감)의 역할에 초점을 맞추어 분석하였다. 그 결과, 공감적 관심이 높은 개인들은 낮은 개인들에 비해 상대적으로 예기된 만족감이 크고 행위 의도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 공감적 관심에 따른 예기된 죄책감의 차별성은 나타나지 않았다. 공감적 관심과 긍 부정 프레이밍과 상호작용에서는 예기된 만족감이 행위 의도를 매개하는 반면, 예기된 죄책감은 매개 작용을 하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과의 이론적, 실용적 의미를 살펴보았다.

여대생의 자기효능감과 자아존중감에 따른 외모관리행동 (Appearance Management Behaviors of Female University Students by Self-Efficacy and Self-Esteem)

  • The purpose of this study was to find discover the effects of self-efficacy and self-esteem on the appearance management behavior of female college students. As for the study method, questionnaire survey sheets on general traits like age, grade year, major and management cost, sense of self-efficacy, self-esteem, and appearance management behavior were distributed to female college students. The responses were measured based on a 5-points Likert scale. The results of this study are as follow: One's sense of social self-efficacy and self-esteem were both found to affect appearance management behavior significantly. In other words, the greater one's sense of social self-efficacy, which represents one's sense of confidence in inter-personal relations, the greater one's appearance management behaviors to enhance her own value. Furthermore, the greater one's self-esteem(the way one feels positively about oneself), the greater one's appearance management behaviors. As a result, it can be judged that the more an individual wants to act more capable in different contexts, the more she tries to make up for her own disadvantage. To highlight her own advantages for the sake of greater positive social activities and inter-personal relation, the more she takes to improve her image through appearance management behaviors. It is anticipated that such an examination of appearance management behavior, sense of self-efficacy and self-esteem among female college students will serve as useful data for appearance-related industries by enabling them to properly under stand their clientele's psychological traits.

미국 영 플러스 사이즈 제품 시장성 평가를 위한 소비자 수요조사 (Consumer survey on the marketability of young plus-size clothes in the USA)

  • Over the past few years, companies have started moving into specific niches in plus-size fashion. The purpose of this study was to verify the marketability of young plus-size clothes in the USA. Data were collected from female consumers aged from 20 to 39 who have experience of purchasing plus-size items. A total of 282 responses were used for statistical analysis. The research result is as follows. First, the obesity stress is affected more by the subjective obesity level than by the objective obesity level and by how people recognize their body types. Second, from an analysis of the factors affecting the shopping orientation of plus-size consumers, style consciousness, pursuing reasonable, emphasizing comfort, and body consciousness are found to be important factors. Third, even if responders are aware of their exact body size, they actively look for the correct size. Fourth, fit evaluation of plus-size products is based on the factors of size fit and movement fit. The respondents were unsatisfied with chest and arm measurements, which deviate widely by body type for tops. Fifth, the overall dissatisfaction with the plus-size market is attributed to the fact that the product assortment range from which to select styles is narrow, and trend reflection is low. Sixth, the respondents tended to avoid fabrics that make their body type more obvious, textures that give the impression of a larger body size, or stiff textures. These results show that the psychological and physical characteristics of obese consumers should be considered to develop products for the young plus-size market.

흰쥐 대동맥 수축에 대한 xylamine의 억제효과 (Inhibitory effects of xylamine on the arterial contraction in rats)

  • The therapeutic efficacy of xylamine in the field of psychological medicine has been recognized for years and the drug is used to treat depression and some other conditions, but little is known about its mechanism of action on vascular system. Therefore, the present study was designed to investigate the influence of xylamine on the contractile responses of isolated rat thoracic arteries to phenylephrine(PE) and potassium chloride(KCl). Xylamine produced a concentration-dependent relaxation in PE-precontracted endothelium intact(+E) rat aortic rings, but not in a KCl-precontracted aortic rings. Also, xylamine inhibited the PE-induced contraction in concentration-dependent manner, but not in the high KCl-induced contraction in +E rings. This concentration-dependent inhibition was suppressed by the removal of the endothelium (-E). The inhibitory effects of xylamine($0.3{\mu}M$) on the PE-induced contractions were suppressed by N(G)-nitro-L-arginine(L-NNA), N(omega)-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester(L-NAME), aminoguanidine, dexamethasone, methylene blue, 1H-[1,2,4]oxadiazolo [4,3-a]quinoxalin-1-one(ODQ), indomethacin, ryanodine, tetrabutylammonium(TBA), lidocaine, procaine and 0 mM extracellular $Na^+$, but not by 2-nitro-4-carboxyphenyl-n,n-diphenylcarbamate(NCDC), lithium, nifedipine, verapamil, 0 mM extracellular $Ca^{2+}$, glibenclamide and clotrimazole. These findings suggest that xylamine could act as a vasorelaxant and direct inhibitor of arterial contraction. This vasorelaxation involves an endothelial nitric oxide (NO)/cGMP (guanosine 3',5'-cyclic monophosphate) pathway or cyclooxygenase system, and an interference with $Ca^{2+}$ release, TBA-sensitive $Ca^{2+}$-activated $K^+$ channels and $Na^+$$ channels.

요리직종의 기능경기대회 참가동기와 인식도 및 효과성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Participants Motives and Recognition, Effectiveness of the Cooking Skill Competition)

  • This article studied the motivational factor of participation skill competition and their effectiveness. This study was restricted to cooks within those who had participated in a cooking contest to allow measurement of participation and satisfaction. This thesis investigated 116 cooks by questionnaires from April 6, 2005 to April 23, 2005, of which 106 responses were used for statistical processing to perform this study First, from the motive of participation, 13 variables were analyzed into 3 factors such as the factor of social recognition, the factor of speciality, and the factor of self-development and self-realization. The factor as a motive of participating in skill competition has a significant effect on effectiveness. A total of three factors were extracted from Recognition consisting of 10 variables. Each factor was labeled as awareness of the competition, revision of test questions, and selection of the judges of the competition. Second, three factors were derived from 12 variables in association with the effect of the contest, including factors of contribution to industry development, technical and technological effect, and psychological effect. In addition, it was revealed that the motive of participating in skill competition had an significant impact on recognition. Third, the results of regression analysis demonstrated that factors relating to recognition of skill competition and participation motives significantly influence on the effect of the contest. One limitation of this study is that the Population of the survey was limited to those who had Participated in the contest. Thus, the findings of this study may not be generalizable for other cases. It is clear that further research is needed to collect more in-dept data from other similar competitions in an effort to extend the application of the present results to other studies.

온열 환경 반응에 대한 사상체질간 차이에 대한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on Individual Difference in Reaction to Mild Environment in Adult Males - On the Perspective of Sasang Constitution)

  • Objective : We investigated the sasang constitutional difference of physiological and psychological response in various thermal environmental conditions. Methods: Among 210 volunteers, 30 healthy subjects were selected through the QSCC II (a questionnaire for constitutional discrimination) and the manual examination of a specialist in sasang constitution. Subjects consisted of 10 each Soyang(少陽), Soeum(少陰), and Taeum(太陽). Experimental environments were set by six different conditions to be $23^{\circ}C,\;50\%\;RH,\;0.lm/s;\;25^{\circ}C,\;25\%\;RH,\;0.lm/s;\;25^{\circ}C,\;50\%\;RH,\;0.lm/s;\;25^{\circ}C,\;50\%\;RH,\;0.4m/s;\;25^{\circ}C,\;75\%\;RH,\;0.1m/s;\;and\;27^{\circ}C,\;50\%\;RH,\;0.1m\s$ (respectively temperature, relative humidity, and wind velocity). Skin temperature, core temperature, heart rate variability (HRV), and galvanic skin response (GSR) were measured for each subject Additionally, subjects were asked about comfort through the questionnaire. Results: From the viewpoint of external temperature sensibility, in all experimental environments, generally the Taeum type feels hotter and the Soeum feels colder than other types. In relative comfort, Soeum types were most sensitive to wind velocity change. From the viewpoint of body temperature, Taeum type was lower and Soyang was higher than other types. The measurements of HRV and GSR showed no difference between the types. Conclusion : The four sasang constitution types showed different responses to various thermal environmental conditions. Accordingly, our research could provide basic data for building the optimal thermal conditions for individuals based on sasang constitution. Consequently, it will help to build a healthy environment for everyday life.

산림체험 프로그램이 정신과 입원환자의 심리·생리 상태에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Forest Experience Program on Physiological and Psychological States in Psychiatric Inpatients)

  • 현대사회에서 우리는 스트레스에 둘러싸여 자연과 단절된 삶을 살아가고 있으며 이는 여러 질환의 발병원인이 되고 있다. 또한 과거에 비하여 정신건강문제 경험자 수와 정신의료기관 입원환자의 수도 증가하였다. 이에 본 연구는 산림체험 프로그램이 정신과 입원환자의 기분상태와 우울 및 스트레스정도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 수행하였다. 나주시 N병원의 정신과에 입원 중인 실험군 12명과 대조군 13명을 대상으로 2013년 5월 20일부터 29일까지 5회에 걸쳐 산림체험 프로그램이 실시되었으며, 기분상태 검사지(K-POMS-B)와 Beck 우울검사지(BDI) 및 타액을 활용하여 그 효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과, 산림체험 프로그램에 참여한 환자의 경우 우울상태가 호전되고 스트레스가 감소되었으며, 스트레스 감소효과는 통계적으로 유의하였다(p<0.01).

SNS 접속형태와 이용심리에 의한 지속사용의도 영향요인 연구 (A Study on Influencing Factors of Continuous Use Intention by SNS Connection Type and User Psychology)

  • 본 연구는 SNS 이용의 중지를 원하면서도 SNS를 지속적으로 사용하게 하는 의도에 영향을 주는 요인을 이용자들의 심리와 접속형태 중심으로 접근하였다. 개념적 틀로써 확장된 기술수용모델(TAM2)과 프라이버시 계산 모델(PCM)을 사용하였으며 선행연구를 기반으로 독립변인과 매개변인을 도출하였다. 가설의 검증은 AMOS 18.0과 SPSS 18.0을 이용하였고, SNS 이용 경험이 있는 IT 계열 학생 및 일반인을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 결측값 및 불성실 응답을 제외한 443부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구를 통해 SNS 이용 의도에 대한 긍정과 부정의 심리요인이 이용자에게 공존함을 인식하고 각 요인이 SNS 지속사용의 유인요인과 저해요인으로 작용할 수 있음을 고려하여, 향후 개선된 SNS의 서비스 방안 제공 및 마케팅 전략 수립의 기틀마련에 도움이 되기를 기대한다.
