  • Testing evaluation is a part of process for design, production, evaluation, operation and abolition, and is the process of certifying system performance. The main purpose of testing evaluation is to reduce the risk factor under the determining process. Testing process has the three step such as design qualification, integration and validation test in factory, system integration and commissioning test. Design Qualification is to verify errors on the design process. Integration and validation test in factory is for the H/W and S/W of an equipment and is to verify interface of subsystem, communication protocol and main functions. System integration and commissioning test is a functional test to adjust successful installation of equipment. According to the testing process, briefly consideration for test item, test method and test contents about signalling system is carried out.

  • Resistance to sliding (RS) between the bracket, wire, and ligature has been largely debated in orthodontics. Despite the extensive number of published studies, the lack of discussion of the methods used has led to little understanding of this phenomenon. The aim of this study was to discuss variables affecting RS in orthodontics and to suggest an operative protocol. The search included $PubMed^{(c)}$, $Medline^{(c)}$, and the Cochrane $Library^{(c)}$. References of full-text articles were manually analyzed. English-language articles published between January 2007 and January 2017 that performed an in vitro analysis of RS between the bracket, wire, and ligature were included. Study methods were analyzed based on the study design, description of materials, and experimental setup, and a protocol to standardize the testing methods was proposed. From 404 articles identified from the database search and 242 records selected from published references, 101 were eligible for the qualitative analysis, and six for the quantitative synthesis. One or more experimental parameters were incompatible and a meta-analysis was not performed. Major factors regarding the study design, materials, and experimental setup were not clearly described by most studies. The normal force, that is the force perpendicular to the sliding of the wire and one of the most relevant variable in RS, was not considered by most studies. Different variables were introduced, often acting as confounding factors. A protocol was suggested to standardize testing procedures and enhance the understanding of in vitro findings.

  • IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force) CoAP (Constrained Application Protocol) protocol is supported communication between sensor or actuator nodes by in a constrained environment, such as small amount of memory, and low power. CoAP and HTTP protocol can convert easily, and can use to monitor or controll the infrastructure utility through low-power sensor and actuator networks in IoT (Internet of Thing) and M2M (Machine-to-Machine) environment. IETF CoRE(Constrained RESTful environments) Working Group proposed CoAP protocol in 2010, and began to standardize it. Recently, CoAP protocol is published RFC (Request for Comments) 7252. In this paper, we design and implement of CoAP protocol for testing the interoperability in heterogeneous operating environments. For this experiment, we developed the CoAP client program based on Windows environment and CoAP server program in Linux environment to test the interoperability.

  • Testing ineroperability among various impiementations provided by multi- vendors is not only cistly costly but also inpossible in many real situations. The comformance testing and it's extended testing methodologies are not suf- ficient to effectively guarantee the interoperability. This paper proposes an approach to the protocol interperability test based on a real-time object model which successfully abstracts compunents of real-time systens such as communication networks. In this approach,IUT (Implementation Under Test)and the testing environment are represented by means of the RTO.k model and the resultant objests are executed on the DREAM kemel with local monitors and s global monitor. The local monitors obeserve and control the events, and the global monitor manages the call control protocol of B-ISDN UNI Q.2931 as an example. It indicated that high fault coverage could be obtained with this approach.

  • In this paper two protocols of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) are examined through both a simulation and a case study. The simulation was performed with the optimized network (OPNET) simulator while comparing the performance of the Ad-Hoc on demand Distance Vector (AODV) and the Dynamic Source Routing (DSR) protocols. This is compared and shown with real-world measurement of deflection from eight wireless sensor nodes. The wireless sensor response results were compared with accelerometer sensors for validation purposes. It was found that although the computer simulation suggests the AODV protocol is more accurate, in the case study no distinct difference was found. However, it was shown that AODV is still more beneficial in the field as it has a longer battery life enabling longer surveying times. This is a significant finding as a large factor in determining the use of wireless network sensors as a method of assessing structural response has been their short battery life. Thus if protocols which enhance battery life, such as the AODV protocol, are employed it may be possible in the future to couple wireless networks with solar power extending their monitoring periods.

  • In this paper, we propose more efficient implementation architecture for realizing combination of heterogeneous routing protocols in wireless mesh routes. For realizing heterogeneous routing protocol in wireless mesh router, the following should be considered; which position in OS platform protocols should be implemented, how to define the common API for multiple routing protocols, how to provide architecture for providing high data transfer throughput and for supporting multi platform, and finally how to verify the throughput of protocol by using simulator. For solving those consideration, we propose HRPC(Heterogeneous Routing Protocol Coordinator) and describe the method for testing the protocols.
