알루미늄 5083 합금의 플라즈마 미그 하이브리드 용접시 용접부 미세조직과 기계적 성질 변화에 미치는 용접조건의 영향 (Effect of welding condition on microstructures of weld metal and mechanical properties in Plasma-MIG hybrid welding for Al 5083 alloy)

  • The effect of welding condition on microstructure and mechanical property of Plasma-MIG Hybrid Weld between Al 5083 plates(thickness : 10mm) was investigated. 1 pass weld without any defects such as puckering, undercut, and lack of fusion was obtained by 150~200A of plasma current and 5~7mm of welding speed. Gas porosities and shrinkage porosities were existed in the weld near fusion line. As welding speed and plasma current were decreasing, the area fraction of porosity was increasing. The hardness of the weld is increasing as welding speed. On the basis of microstructural analysis, Mg segregated region near dendrite boundaries tends to increase with the welding speed. In the result of hardness test, Distribution of hardness in fusion zone showed little change with the plasma current. However, when the welding speed increased, hardness in weld metal markdly increased. It could be considered that effect of heat input to growth of the dendritic solidification structures. Based on tensile test, tensile properties of weld metal was predominated by area fraction of porosities. Consequently, tensile properties can be controlled by formation site and area fraction of porosity.

  • By studying Hwang Jae Nae Kyung(黃帝內經)'s O Haeng Kui Ryoo(五行歸類) in view of Chinese-Ancient-Thought like Chun In Hap Il Lon(天人合一論). Um Yang O Hang Lon(陰陽五行論). The theory of the month's age the conclusion is reached as follows 1. Chun In Hap Il Lon(天人合一論) means naturally men and nature consist of one energy to counteract each other and then developed to be concidered that the change of men and nature is same one;that is the basic thought of Hwang Jae Nae Kyung(黃帝內經) 2. Um Yang(陰陽) stands originally for the bright and the dark by sunrise or sunset. Ju Yuk Gye Sa Jun(周易繫辭傳) ahs considered Um Yang(陰陽) as the energy to explain changes of nature. O Haeng(五行) meaned originally five necessary materials or stuffs for living and then Chu Yun(鄒衍) has considered the difference between five powers in the nature through the combination with thought of O Haeng(五行). Hwang Jae Nae Kyung(黃帝內經) writes in the viewpoint of Um Yang O Haeng(陰陽五行) to analyze the changes of men and nature effectively. 3. O Haeng Kui Ryoo(五行歸類) is originated from Sang Su Hong Bum(尙書洪範) and its concrete examples are found in Kwan Ja(管子) and Yu SSi Chun Chu(呂氏春秋). O Haeng Kui Ryoo(五行歸類) in Hwang Jae Nae Kyung(黃帝內經) is widly affected by Kwan Ja O Haeng(管子五行) and adopts the opinion of Kum Mun Kyung Hak(今文經學) because of the background of times and medical physiology. 4. Hwang Jae Nae Kyung(黃帝內經) thinks that O Haeng(五行) means Mok(木) is the energy of being born, Hwa(火) growing-up, Kum(金) accumulating, Su(水) concluding, To(土) devoloping. O Haeng Kui Ryoo(五行歸類) in the heaven and the earth is classified by the property of O Haeng(五行). 5. O Haeng Kui Ryoo(五行歸類) in men can be explained so rationally with the property of O Haeng(五行) and the thery of an organism studied.

Micro-patterning for Biomimetic Functionalization of Surface

  • Some living thingsuse micro- or nano- structures for living in nature. Scientists and engineers made efforts to mimic them, and they succeeded in making new types of applications. They used 'Namib desert beetle' to self-filling device by moisture harvesting and 'lotus leaf' to self-cleaning device by water repelling. 'Namib desert beetle' and lotus leaf have micro-patterns on their surface, which consists of hydrophobic or hydrophilic materials [1]. Moreover, micro-patterns on the surface make self-filling or self-cleaning property enhanced because of the surface roughness. Surface roughness enhances wettability [2]. Micro-pattern is a significant factor to make the surface be functional, so we want to make new types of functional surface by micro-patterning. In this work,we make several functional micro-patterns (radial, line, and dot arrays) using maskless lithography and analyze the characteristics of each micro-pattern. In order to analyze and understand surface characteristics, micro-patterns with varying sizes are investigated. All experiments are proceeded on mr-DWL5 photo resists coated on silicon wafers in same condition. All the experiments have demonstrated good performances about hydrophobic or hydrophilic property corresponding to their material and structural combinations. In radial micro-pattern, although the surface is flat, water drops on hydrophilic radial pattern can be convergent to a middle point and water drops on hydrophobic radial pattern can be divergent from the middle point. In line array micro-pattern, water drops can roll off along only one direction in parallel with the line arrays. Such phenomena might be mainly caused by the local change of surface roughness. From these results, controlling the movement and direction of water drops is made feasible without introducing a slope, which can potentially be used for new types of applications.

알카리 내성 Bacillus sp.가 생산하는 생물 고분자의 리올로지적 성질 (Rheological Properties of Biopolymer Produced by Alkali-Tolerant Bacillus sp.)

  • 미생물이 생산하는 생물 고분자의 기능성 당색 및 용도 재발 연구의 일환으로. Bacillus sp.의 알카리 발효에 의해 생합성된 점성의 생물 분자의 리올로지 특성을 다른 미생들 다당 및 식뮬 다당류와 비교하면서 검토하였다. 1% 정제 고분자 용액은 xanthan gum 및 guar gum과 마찬가지로 항복응럭을 갖는 의가소성 유체의 거동을 널었다. 유동지수(n)값은 0.41 - 0.75로 전단속도 의존성을 보였으며, 점조도지수(K)값은 0.87 Pa $s^n$으로 guar gum보다는 작고 xanthan gum 보다는 컸다. 그러나 항복응력 (${\tau}_y$)값은 2.28Pa로 xanthan gum이나 guar gum보다 크게 낮았다. 또 정제고분자의 점조도지수(K)값은 지수 함수식에 따르는 농도 및 온도 의존성을 나타내었다. 농도 의존성은 기울기가 서로 달라지는 두 개의 직선관계를 나타냈으며, 농도가 증가에 따라 의가소성은 강해졌다. 시료 용액은 온도 의존성이 매우 낮은 특징을 나타내었고, 유동의 활성화에너지지는 1.16kcal/g mol이었다. 겉보기 점도는 pH와 염의 변화에 매우 불안정함을 나타내었으나 유기용매에 대하여는 어느 정도 안정함을 보였고, 점증제를 첨가하였을 때 겉보기 점도의 상승효과는 관찰되지 않았다.

  • The rapid development of the internet may not have occurred without techniques of linking and framing, which provide users flexible and easy access to other website. These techniques have enabled internet users to navigate the internet efficiently and sort through the products, services and information available on the internet. The Advent of the global information structure and the do-called EC revolution raise countless new issues and questions. There are no limitations regulating the expressions on the cyberspace due to internet's of quality anonymity? diversity? spontaneity. Therefore, the freedom of speech is expanded in both areas of time and space, which was impossible with the old communicating system. Although online technology raises many new legal issues, the law available to help us resolve them, at least today, is largely based on the world as it existed before online commerce became a reality. Thus the challenge is to predict how these new legal issues may be resolved using the current law. As a result of the drastic change of the environment for international trade of which that has taken took place in parallel with the global information technology revolution on a global basis, the scope of issues to be addressed which should be resolved by the conflict of laws principles has been remarkably expanded, and various new issues of an entirely which are quite new in its type and nature have arisen been raised. Further more in addition, the old act prior act was regarded as insufficient in that it lacked rules on international governing law to adjudicate, or international adjudicatory governing law, where as the expectation of the public was that the private international law should function as the basic law of the legal relational encompassing rules on governing law given the increase of It international disputes. for the move the private international law has also attracted more attention from the korean.

150MPa급 초고강도 노출콘크리트의 현장적용에 관한 연구 (A Study on Field Application of 150MPa Ultra Strength Surface-Exposed Concrete)

  • 본 연구에서는 선일공업(주)의 축적된 기술력을 바탕으로 초고강도(150MPa급) 콘크리트를 당사 기술 연구소 신축시 노출콘크리트에 적용함으로써, 이에 대한 사례를 소개하고자 한다. 현장적용에 앞서 실내실험 및 레미콘 배치플랜트 실험(이하 B/P Test)을 통해 콘크리트의 기초물성(슬럼프플로우, 공기량, 50cm도달시간, 경시변화, 압축강도) 및 생산성을 평가하였으며, 다음으로 실구조물과 동일한 벽체두께 거푸집종류 노출콘크리트용 콘 등을 고려하여 제작한 모의부재를 대상으로 Mock-up Test를 실시하여 충진성, 표면마감성(육안관찰) 및 수화열을 평가하였다. 그 결과 슬럼프플로우, 공기량, 50cm도달시간, 경시변화 및 압축강도는 요구조건에 만족한 결과를 보였으며, 수화열 계측결과는 온도균열지수 0.78로 유해한 균열발생을 제한할 지수를 나타냈다. 현장타설시 초고강도 콘크리트의 높은 단위용적중량으로 인해 거푸집 터짐현상이 발생하였기 때문에, 재타설시에는 재발방지를 위해 거푸집을 보강하고 타설시간을 조정하였다. 또한 노출표면의 극대화를 위해 저주파(1차) 및 고주파(2차)로 2회에 걸쳐 진동다짐을 실시하였지만 표면곰보가 발생하였다. 따라서 향후 초고강도 콘크리트를 노출콘크리트에 적용할 경우, 다양한 변수조건에 대한 체계적인 시공관리계획 및 시공방법개선이 중요할 것으로 판단된다.

  • 군부대 이전사업의 소요 증가에 따라 활용되어온 기부대양여방식이 사업시행에 있어 관련제도와 법규, 사업시행자와 군 부대간의 상호이해의 부족 등의 이유로 대다수의 사업이 지연되고 있으며 개선이 요구되고 있는 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이전사업 추진 단계별 잠재적 리크스 요인 즉, 사업특성과 시행에 제약이 되는 문제를 확인하고 우선순위를 도출하여 위험요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 도출된 위험요인들 중 인허가 및 설계 단계에서의 시설기준을 초과한 요구, 사업승인 단계의 부대이전반대, 시공 및 준공단계의 시공 중 설계변경, 재산 처리단계의 기부/양여 재산에 대한 이견, 합의각서 체결단계의 시설기준의 부재가 우선적인 리스크 관리 고려대상으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 리스크 관리의 우선순위를 제공함으로써 사업관리자가 더욱 효울적으로 사업을 추진할 있는 가이드라인을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Structural Bioinformatics Analysis of Disease-related Mutations

  • In order to understand the protein functions that are related to disease, it is important to detect the correlation between amino acid mutations and disease. Many mutation studies about disease-related proteins have been carried out through molecular biology techniques, such as vector design, protein engineering, and protein crystallization. However, experimental protein mutation studies are time-consuming, be it in vivo or in vitro. We therefore performed a bioinformatic analysis of known disease-related mutations and their protein structure changes in order to analyze the correlation between mutation and disease. For this study, we selected 111 diseases that were related to 175 proteins from the PDB database and 710 mutations that were found in the protein structures. The mutations were acquired from the Human Gene Mutation Database (HGMD). We selected point mutations, excluding only insertions or deletions, for detecting structural changes. To detect a structural change by mutation, we analyzed not only the structural properties (distance of pocket and mutation, pocket size, surface size, and stability), but also the physico-chemical properties (weight, instability, isoelectric point (IEP), and GRAVY score) for the 710 mutations. We detected that the distance between the pocket and disease-related mutation lay within $20\;{\AA}$ (98.5%, 700 proteins). We found that there was no significant correlation between structural stability and disease-causing mutations or between hydrophobicity changes and critical mutations. For large-scale mutational analysis of disease-causing mutations, our bioinformatics approach, using 710 structural mutations, called "Structural Mutatomics," can help researchers to detect disease-specific mutations and to understand the biological functions of disease-related proteins.

계면활성제와 소포제가 실리콘 고무인상재의 물성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Surfactant and Anti-foaming Agent on the Properties of Silicone Rubber Impression Material)

  • Nonylphenoxy poly(ethylene) ethanol homologues, caster oil poly(ethylene) ethanol homo-logues 및 sodium perfluoroalkyl carboxylates의 세 가지 종류 계면활성제를 사용하여 고무인상재의 젖음성 향상 연구를 수행한 결과 불소 관능기가 도입된 sodium perfluoroalkyl carboxylates 계면활성제의 경우 다른 계면활성제를 사용한 경우에 비해 고무인상재의 초기 표면에너지 값은 유사했으나 평형상태에 이른 후의 표면에너지 값이 낮아 치아와의 젖음성이 가장 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 수소가스의 발생을 억제시키고 미세부 재현성을 높이기 위해 소포제를 사용한 결과 젖음성이 향상된 sodium perfluoroalkyl carboxylates를 포함한 조성에 소포제를 첨가할 경우 인열물성이 약 40% 이상 증가하였는데, 이는 소포제가 고무인상재 내부의 반응으로 생성되는 수소가스의 발생을 억제하기 때문이다. 따라서, 소포제는 고무인상재의 표면특성에는 크게 영향을 미치지 않으면서 인상재 내부에 발생되는 기포를 효과적으로 억제 혹은 제거하여 고무 인상재의 기계적물성을 향상시킴을 알 수 있었다.

롤투롤 공정의 인쇄 후 구간에서 변형률과 인쇄한 패턴의 전기 전도도와의 관계에 대한 연구 (A study on the Relation between Strain & Conductivity of the Printed Pattern in Post-Printing Section of Roll to Roll process)

  • A curing process in post-printing section of R2R process is required for an electrical property of the printed pattern when devices such as RFID, Solar cell are printed. PEN as well as heat-stabilized PET which is used as a plastic substrate would be deformed at high temperature due to change of its elastic modulus. And crack in the printed pattern, which is on the plastic substrate is occurred due to the deformation of the substrate. The occurrence of crack causes electrical resistance to increase and the quality of the device to deteriorate. In case of RFID antenna, the range of reading distance is shortened as the electrical resistance of the antenna is increased. Therefore, the deformation of the plastic substrate, which causes the occurrence of crack, should be minimized by setting up low operating tension in R2R process. In low tension, slippage between a moving substrate and a roller would be generated when the operating speed is increased. And scratch would be occurred when slippage is generated due to an air entrainment, which is related to the thickness of the air film. The thickness of the air film is increased when operating speed is increased as shown by simulation based on mathematical model. The occurrence of scratch in conductive pattern printed by roll to roll process is a critical damage because it causes degradation or failure of electrical property of it.
