The ultimate goal of construction is to complete the given work in the most economical and safest way within the required construction period while meeting the quality standards specified in the design drawing. There are a few characteristics of finish work. First, executed in subdivided processes, finish work involves a very diverse and complex structure. Second, there are no criteria for each segmented process with regard to the appropriate time of input. Third, it is not very necessary to set priorities for lead and lag works. This study intends to provide information on the completion of a project in accordance with the required duration by setting priorities in the delay of each detailed process of finish work to minimize delay in finish work. In this study, finish work is divided into wet work and other types of finish work, and the importance of each process is classified based on the given details of each process. In addition, the study employs a survey to analyze delay factors of a designer, a constructor, and a supplier. Using the survey results, the study sets priorities in delay of final work to provide information on the completion of an apartment project within the planned construction period.

본 연구는 문헌정보학 교육에서 프로젝트기반학습의 적용이 학습자의 협력적 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위한 연구이다. 이를 위하여 디지털도서관 시스템 평가 과목의 수강생 26명을 대상으로 협력적 자기효능감에 대한 사전설문과 사후설문을 실시하여 그 변화를 측정하였고, 대응표본 t-test를 통해 통계적 유의성을 분석하였고, 프로젝트 학습의 실제성이 협력적 자기효능감의 세부요인들과 상관관계가 있는지도 조사하였다. 분석 결과 프로젝트기반학습법은 학습자의 협력적 자기효능감의 세부하위요인들인 리더의 양상, 의견 교환, 의견 평가, 그리고 의견 통합에 대하여 모두 유의미한 효과가 있다는 것과, 학습의 실제성 중 자원의 실제성이 협력적 자기효능감과 부분적으로 상관관계가 있다는 것을 확인하였다.

In construction industry, the term 'procurement' is considered as a project based job where clients and contractors are always keen to observe performance indicators. These indicators represent financial and non-financial efficiency of project activities. Among these, the monitoring of financial indicators such as cost monitoring is an ongoing process and its importance cannot be undermined during the project life cycle. It can be monitored by using traditional approach of direct reporting of actual cost against budget. However, the comparison of budget versus actual spending does not indicate the worth of the work which is completed at any given time. This approach does not represent the true cost performance of the project. Because of these limitations, this paper discusses the applications of Earned Value Analysis (EVA) for cost monitoring of construction projects in Malaysia. Besides traditional approach, EVA is a three-dimensional approach that compares three cost indicators i.e. the budgeted value of work scheduled with the earned value of physical work completed and the actual cost of work completed. Therefore, cost monitoring by EVA is an objective measure of actual work performed. This paper uses a case study, an example application of EVA as a cost monitoring tool. This case study reaffirms the benefits of using EVA for project cash flow analysis and forecasting.

Players of construction projects proceed with each work process by information gathering, modification and communication. Due to the complex and long-span lifecycle projects increased, it became more important to grasp this mechanism for the successful project performance in construction project. Hence, most project information management systems or knowledge management systems equip information retrieval system. There are two logic to infer the meaning of retrieval target; inductive reasoning and deductive reasoning. The former is based on metadata explaining the target and the later is based on relation between data. To infer the information flow, it is necessary to define the correlation between players and work processes. However, most established information retrieval systems are based on index search system and it is not focused on correlation between data but data itself. Thus, this research aims to research on process of information flow retrieval system for large-scale construction projects.

건설 프로젝트의 초기단계에 타당성을 검토함에 있어서 공통가설공사의 경우 설계도서상에 표시가 되지 않거나, 시방서상에 간략하게 서술되어 있기 때문에 담당자의 경험 의존율이 다른 공종에 비해 높다. 이런 초기단계의 결전은 프로젝트의 진행과 더불어 많은 문제점들을 야기 시킬 가능성이 있다. 따라서 최근 활발히 논의가 되고 있는 기존 공사정보에 대한 실적 데이터베이스와 공통가설공사의 분류체계를 포함한 시스템을 개발하여 자료들을 분석, 활용함으로써 시공전(Pre-Construction) 단계의 공통가설공사에 대한 작업 및 원가 예측을 용이하게 하고, 후에 Feed Back 됨으로써 정확한 건설 프로젝트 타당성 분석을 가능케 하고자 한다.

건설산업은 타 산업분야에 비하여 체계화되지 못하고 경험 또는 관습에 의한 의사결정이 이루어지는 경우가 빈번하여 생산성 향상이 적극적으로 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 특히, 대단위의 건설생산이 이루어지고 있는 공동주택의 공사에서 생산성 향상을 위한 과학적이고 분석적인 연구가 수행될 경우 그 파급효과가 대단히 클 것으로 기대된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 공사원가에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 공동주택 골조공사 중 주요공종인 거푸집공사의 효율적인 생산성 향상을 위한 공법개선안을 제시하고자 생산성 측정기법으로 워크샘플링을 활용하였다. 기존 거푸집공사에 대하여 작업절차를 분석하고, 각각의 작업별로 생산성을 분석하였다. 기존 작업법에서 분석된 문제점을 기반으로 개선방안을 제안하였다.

The successful project management is based on definition of project goals in construction industry. The WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) is one of the major factors which defines works related to project goals. The necessity of the WBS for owners in multi complex projects which would help them to understand the whole project is rising because the multi-complex project in the construction industry has increasing recently. Therefore, this study suggests directions to establish the WBS for owners through investigating a concept of the multi-complex project first and analyzing types of project, domestic and foreign WBS, and case studies.

건설사업관리자는 사업을 진행하기 전에 예측하지 못한 위험 발생 가능성에 대비한 예비비를 항상 고려해야 한다. 예비비를 충분히 고려하지 않고 사업을 수행하게 되면 리스크로 인한 총사업비에서의 초과 비용이 누적되어 향후 사업진행에 지장을 줄 수도 있기 때문이다. 과거의 실적자료를 바탕으로 적정한 예비비를 산정하기 위해 확률적 평가가 필요하며, 조건부 확률(conditional probability)을 사용함으로써 공정이 진행되면서 완료된 work package의 실제 공사비를 정보로 하여 잔여 공정에 대해 공사비와 예비비를 재산 정할 수 있다. 즉, 증가된 정보로 공사의 불확실성을 감소시키고 좀더 현실적인 총사업비를 예측할 수 있게 된다. 본 연구에서는 예비비 산정 및 관리 프로세스를 제시하기 위한 기초적인 연구로써 가상 프로젝트의 5개 work package를 대상으로 확률이론의 적용 가능성을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the success factors of ERP system in corporations and to know what is different in the factors depending on organizational culture and size. Considering there are various results from introduction of the same information technology(IT), it is implied that organizational characteristics make a difference. In this thesis we did factor analysis and multiple regression about the factors based on the previous studies and analyzed the priorities depending on organizational culture and size. The results show that mechanistic organization has key success factors of work process change, project team abilities, and determination of CEO while organic organization has those of work process change and project team abilities. Plus bigger sized organization has success factors of work process change, project team abilities, and determination of CEO while small sized organization has those of work process change and project team abilities.

최근의 공동주택 마감재는 고급화 다양해지고 있으며, 그 종류는 기하급수적으로 증가 하고 있다. 또한 공동주택 사업 초기의 마감재 디자인 설계 및 대안 선정 단계에서 수많은 마감재 정보가 생성, 변경 되고 있다. 그러나 초기단계에서 마감재정보들은 체계적으로 관리되지 못하고 있는 실정이고 이는 마감재 원가 관리의 문제점으로 작용하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 공동주택 프로젝트 초기 단계에서 발생되는 마감재 정보를 관리하기 위한 방안으로 원가기반의 정보관리 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안된 시스템을 구축하기 위하여 시스템의 개념 및 구성을 통하여 정보관리 시스템을 설계 하였다. 마감재 정보 초기값 구축, 대안별 정보관리, 원가고정 또는 원가변경의 조건별 마감재 선정 시나리오를 설정한 후 프로젝트 관리자, 인테리어 디자이너, 시공자등 프로젝트 참여자 측면에서 활용할 수 있으며, 참여자간 의사를 조정할 수 있는 원가기반의 마감재 정보관리 시스템의 프로토타입을 구현 및 적용하였다.
