  • 기존 Digital Signal Processor (DSP)를 사용하여 높은 동작 주파수의 LLC 공진형 컨버터를 구동하는 경우 낮은 동작 주파수 분해능과 계산 속도에 의해 출력 전압 제어성능과 동특성에 한계가 생긴다. 이를 해결하기 위해 기존의 분해능 및 계산 속도 부족에 의한 영향을 분석하고 Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA)를 설계하여 높은 동작 주파수 분해능 및 동특성을 얻고자 제안한다. FPGA를 이용한 성능향상을 DSP (TI - TMS 38335)와 FPGA (Xilinx XC7A100T)를 사용하여 비교 분석하고자 한다.

Remote Control and Monitoring System Using PDA (PDA를 이용한 원격 제어 및 모니터링 시스템)

  • In this paper, we propose the system that can monitor and control the camera in the remote place using the PDA. The server PC attached to the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) acquires the current status (On/Off) of the devices through the RS-232 serial communications. Also, the moving image frames captured from the wireless camera is compressed in the JPEG format and is stored in the server. The PDA, which is connected to the server through wireless internet, receives the data about the status of the devices and controls the devices according to the circumstances of them. Also, it can receive the images from the server simultaneously. So, we can monitor and control the specified area in the remote place using the PDA through the wireless communication.

  • The ultrasonic motor(USM) has good characteristics such as compact size, silent motion, low speed, high torque and high speed response. The USM is driven by 2-phase AC electricity. The control parameters of USM are voltage, phase difference, frequency of input power, etc. In this paper, we propose voltage difference control. And we designed USM controller to adjust voltage and phase using pLSI(programmable Large Scale Integration). Voltage difference control has many advantages that are lower current, lower power than phase difference control. Especially there is nearly zero ampere at the zero point of speed and torque. we can apply this voltage difference control to the compliance control of DD manipulator.

  • 노내 중성자 분포 측정 설비는 원자로 내부의 중성자 분포를 측정하는 설비로서 원자로 내부를 이동하는 검출기의 구동 메커니즘 제어와 측정 데이터 취득을 위한 제어시스템이 요구된다. 이 설비는 발전소 건설 당시 도입되었던 제어시스템으로 운전되고 있으나 노후되어 디지털 제어시스템으로의 설비 개선 연구가 착수 되었다. 개발된 제어시스템은 산업표준 Programmable Logic Controller 및 소프트웨어 기반으로 설계되어 기능개선, 설계변경 및 예비품 확보에 유연하게 대처할 수 있고, 진보된 검출기 구동 메커니즘 제어와 검출기 데이터 취득 기능을 통하여 측정 작업의 완전 자동화가 가능하다. 특히, 다양한 진단 기법을 통하여 작업상황 및 설비의 상태를 파악하여 필요한 보호기능과 경보기능을 제공함으로써 설비의 안정적 운영과 정비가 편리하다. 현재 개발된 시스템은 고리1호기에 설치되어 주기적으로 노내 중성자 분포 측정 작업을 수행하고 있다.

  • A linear induction motor conveyance system with longitudinal and transverse rails is manufactured. which is controlled by programmable logic controller(PLC). The linear induction motor has a cage-type secondary and the total number of the installed primaries is 10. Four secondaries are installed on the below surface of the moving carrier. In this paper, the developed conveyance system is introduced and its PLC control characteristics for the longitudial and transverse moving directions are presented.

  • In industrial control system used by Programmable Logic Controller(PLC), Ladder Diagram(LD) is the about widely utilized and plays an important role in industrial control system. But recently, the study about Sequential Function Chart(SFC) is performed actively. When we program by SFC, generally, we design one routine from start to end. This method is difficult to design, and we often make mistakes. In this paper, we propose the method that we compose each sub-system after we design each sub-system and we analysis the difference of the method used this paper from conventional method.

  • 본 논문은 생산설비 PLC(Programmable logic Controller) 데이터의 실시간 공유 플랫폼을 설계한다. 이 플랫폼은 자동화 설비를 보유하고 운영 중인 수출집약 중소기업에서 FTA(Free Trade Agreement) 체결 수입 상대국의 원산지 증명을 위한 생산 시험성적서 제출에 활용할 수 있고, 생산설비의 OPC 서버가 갖는 실시간 데이터를 수집하는 라이브러리를 활용하여 MES(Manufacturing Execution System)에서 생성되는 다양한 실시간 데이터를 활용하여 그래프, 생산관리 모니터링 및 설비 관리를 가능케한다. 따라서 중소기업이 생산관리, 공정관리, PLC 데이터공유 등에 필요한 수준별 분야별로 실시간 제조운영관리 시스템의 확대 보급이 가능하고, 생산설비의 실시간 제어가 가능하도록 설계한다.

Generalized Selective Harmonic Elimination Modulation for Transistor-Clamped H-Bridge Multilevel Inverter

  • This paper presents a simple approach for the selective harmonic elimination (SHE) of multilevel inverter based on the transistor-clamped H-bridge (TCHB) family. The SHE modulation is derived from the sinusoidal voltage-angle equal criteria corresponding to the optimized switching angles. The switching angles are computed offline by solving transcendental non-linear equations characterizing the harmonic contents using the Newton-Raphson method to produce an optimum stepped output. Simulation and experimental tests are conducted for verification of the analytical solutions. An Altera DE2 field-programmable gate array (FPGA) board is used as the digital controller device in order to verify the proposed SHE modulation in real-time applications. An analysis of the voltage total harmonic distortion (THD) has been obtained for multiple output voltage cases. In terms of the THD, the results showed that the higher the number of output levels, the lower the THD due to an increase number of harmonic orders being eliminated.

  • The DTL water skid cooling system and Resonant Control Cooling Systems (RCCS) will employ a control system that can be operated by a local, programmable logic controller (PLC), interfaced through a touch screen interface, mobile alarm SMS server system, or it can be operated through the PEFP global control system network. The RCCS is implemented using Experimental Physics and Control System (EPICS) based hardware and software and is integrated with other networked PEFP EPICS systems. This presentation discusses the features of the local control system.
