노인요양 시설 노인의 삶의 질과 시설 서비스, 가족 지지의 관계 (The Relationship between the Quality of Life, Care Services, and Family Support of Elderly Residents in Long-Term Care Facilities)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 노인요양 시설 입소 노인의 삶의 질에 시설 서비스가 영향을 미치는지 파악하고, 가족 지지의 매개효과를 알아보는 것이다. 연구 대상은 대구·경북 지역의 노인요양 시설에 입소하여 생활하는 노인 192명이다. SPSS 22.0 program을 활용하여 기술통계, t-test와 ANOVA, Pearson의 상관관계 분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 연령, 학력, 자녀의 경제 수준, 입소 계기, 입소 기간에 따라 삶의 질에 차이가 있었다. 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인은 연령, 학력, 자녀의 경제 수준, 입소 계기, 입소 기간 그리고 시설 서비스로 나타났으며, 가족 지지는 시설 서비스와 삶의 질의 관계에서 매개 요인으로 밝혀졌다. 요양 시설 입소 노인들의 삶의 질 개선을 위한 간호 중재 계획 수립의 정보가 될 것이다.

The relationship between dementia-related knowledge and attitude in people in their 20s and 60s

  • This study is a cross-sectional survey study aimed at collecting basic data for the development of a program to cultivate a positive attitude toward dementia among people caring for dementia patients. For this study, data were collected from March 1 to March 7, 2022 as a structured questionnaire, and 232 study participants were in their 20s to 60s. The collected data were derived from chi-square test, t-test, and simple regression analysis using the spss 18.0 program. As a result of the analysis, women had higher treatment knowledge for dementia than men, men had higher attitudes toward dementia than women (p<0.01), and people living with dementia patients had higher attitudes than those who gave birth (p<0.01). Attitudes toward dementia were more positive in the family than those with dementia patients (p<0.01). Dementia-related knowledge consists of disease knowledge, treatment knowledge, and nursing knowledge, of which only positive dementia attitude affects dementia treatment knowledge (t=5.29, p<0.01). Based on these results, it is suggested that the provision of accurate knowledge about dementia treatment should be planned first as a nursing program for dementia patients.

다문화 가정 시어머니가 경험하는 스트레스에 관한 연구 (Stress of Mothers-in-Law from Multi-Cultural Families)

  • Purpose: This study examined relationships among stress, stress coping strategies, and somatization in mothers-in-law from multi-cultural families in a rural area. Methods: Elderly mothers-in-law (n=227) living with foreign daughters-in-law completed a self-reporting questionnaire. Data were collected from April to August 2009. Questions related to stress (Visual Analog Scale, VAS), coping strategies (Coping Strategy Scale) for stress, and somatization (Symptom Check List 90, Revised). SPSS/WIN 12.0 program was used for descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analyses. Results: Subjects had a moderate level of stress (5.03). There were significant differences in stress level according to age, educational level, religion, chronic disease, health status, number of children, agreement of an international marriage of her sons, satisfaction in living with a foreign daughter-in-law, and family conflict. Stress showed a significant positive correlation with offensive coping strategy, passive strategy, and somatization. Stress, offensive coping strategy, and passive coping strategy affected the level of somatization. Conclusion: In a family situation involving co-habitation of mother- and foreign daughter-in-law, increased stress experienced by the mother-in-law can lead to increased offensive and passive coping strategies, and increased somatization. More effective means of stress reduction are needed for mothers-in-law from multi-cultural families.

식생활진단 및 처방을 위한 전산프로그램에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Computational Program for the Diagnosis and its Prescription of the Eating Habits)

  • The purpose of this paper is to develop the software for the diagnosis and evaluation of the nutritional ingestion status of inviduals or a group of family members who have inhabited in rural and urban, based on the suggested amount of nutrition and foods. This software can be used for the computation for the needed amount of nutrition, which is suitable to the economic conditions of individuals and group of family members, and for the reduction of effort to plan the balanced table menu and effort to manage the diets. However, those commercial softwares were hard to be purchased and expensive for the users, and even if they were purchased, it needs much time and efforts to operate and run the program. Especially those commerical software were not possible to revise when the user has faced with the need to revise and complement the input data according to his situations such as the individuals and the group of family members. The software which was developed to treat the table menu and the nutrition was very limited to the particular persons. That is, the software was not for the evaluation of the nutrition synthetically and reasonably, because it was planed to use for the patients and the group of hospital and research centers. However this software has a merit of providing the table menu and the nutritional diagnosis in that it can show the suggested amount of nutrition, the evaluation of nutrition, the methods of diet, and management of nutrition individually according to the age, sex, amount of exercise, and experience of sickness. The expected effect can be predicted to calculate the lacking amount of nutrition which the individual has taken, and be provided to the suitable table menu. In addition to this, the various table menu is based on the foods which can be purchased easily and inexpensively at any times.

기혼 여성들이 지각하는 고등학교 가정교과 교육과정의 유용성과 활용성 (Housewives' Recognition of Usefulness and Application of Home Economics Curriculum Educated in High School)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the usefulness and application of home economics curriculum to housewives. For this research, a survey was conducted using questionnaires against 427 housewives living in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, and other provinces. The data analysis of this study was verified by frequency, mean, t-test, and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficient by using SPSS 12.0 program. The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, more than 88% of the housewives recognize that home economics curriculum is necessary. Second, as for the areas of the usefulness and application of home economics curriculum, housewives recognize the "family and child" area was most useful, followed by "food, nutrition & cookery", "consumer and family financial management", "housing and residential interior design", and "clothing care, apparel design and making" areas. Third, the better perceive the housewives think of the home economics curriculum, the higher is the appreciation of the curriculum. Based on this research, home economics curriculum was proved very important and necessary in everyday life for housewives.

사회적 기업에서 활동하는 결혼이주여성의 역량강화 프로그램 개발 및 효과 (Empowerment Program Development and Effects for Internationally Married Women in Social Enterprises)

  • 본 연구는 사회적 기업에서 활동하는 결혼이주여성을 대상으로 구성한 역량강화 프로그램을 실험집단과 통제집단에게 실시하여 프로그램의 효과성을 검증하고자 하였다. 결혼이주여성에 대한 기본적인 사항 이해, 양육문제에 대한 합의 능력, 사회적 기업 및 기업문화에 대한 학습, 직장 내 갈등 및 스트레스 대처기제, 직무역량 향상을 위한 문제해결, 의미 있는 삶을 추구하는 결혼이주여성의 모습이라는 프로그램 목표를 갖춘 역량강화 프로그램을 개발, 각 10인으로 구성된 실험집단과 통제집단에게 실시하고 그 효과성을 살펴보았다. 검증결과, 사회적 기업에서 활동하는 결혼이주여성에 대한 역량강화 프로그램은 자아정체감, 자기효능감, 대처기제능력 및 사회적 문제해결에서 유의미한 효과가 나타나는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 연구결과에 따라 결혼이주여성 역량강화 프로그램에 대한 논의 및 정책적 제언이 소개되었다.

중년기 주부의 행복감 향상을 위한 심신통합프로그램 개발 연구 - 요가와 차 명상을 중심으로 - (A study to develop a Body & Mind Integration Program to Enhance the Happiness for Middle-aged Housewives -Focused on Yoga and Tea Meditation-)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a Body & Mind Integration Program that combines yoga and tea meditation, and to prove the fact that it can enhance the happiness for middle-aged housewives. In order to do that, it was devised for a one-group pretest-posttest design and implemented a pretest, a treatment(that was a 12-session program), and a posttest. The results of the 16 middle-aged housewives were used to prove the effect of this program. The main results of this study are as follows: First, physical self-concept(t=-4.609, p<.001), mindful attention awareness(t=-2.804, p<.05) and tea life practices(t=-4.748, p<.001) of the middle-aged housewives have been improved after the implementation of Body & Mind Integration Program. Secondly, the Body & Mind Integration Program has provided the chance for the middle-aged housewives to newly recognize their physical and psychological ability so that they can appreciate their lives more happily and realized their inner strength. In the final analysis, it is the task for all of us to develop and supply the kind of program which helps the middle-aged housewives not only to keep the efforts for their healthy body & mind, but also to get rid of the negative feelings and tensions which happen from personal relationships so that they can find happiness in their lives continuously.

유아다례교육 연구의 동향분석 (Research Trends on Child Tea Ceremony Education)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the trend of research system and contents of thesis which was published with a theme of child tea ceremony education. Under this purpose we have searched the thesis related to the child tea ceremony education which was in the data base of the National Assembly Library, the National Library of Korea, Korea Education & Research Information Service and we have collected total of 22 analyzing subject data. The major results of this study are as followings: First, after analyzing the research system, the release year of child tea ceremony education study which was published from year 2000 to 2009 are shown as followings, 1 unit in year 2000, 2 units in year 2001, 2002 & 2003, 4 units in year 2004, 5 units in year 2005, 2 units in year 2006, 1 unit in year 2007, 2 units in year 2008, 1 unit in year 2009. The publishing type were 14 units of master's degree thesis, 6 units of academic journal, 2 units of doctor's degree thesis. The academic area of researchers are 8 units of propriety and tea culture, 5 units of early childhood education, 5 units of child welfare, 2 units of family culture and consumer, 1 each unit of counseling psychology and korean culture. As per the research method there were 15 units of experimental study, 6 units of reference research, and 1 unit of thesis which adopts both interview and case study. Second, as a result of analyzing the research contents, the goal of child tea ceremony education was shown to be a holistic child growth and development, a formation of basic living habit, a development of pride on traditional culture and an establishment of national identity. The contents of child tea ceremony education has been classified into 57 items. The activity of child tea ceremony education has been classified into 34 items. The vitalizations of child tea ceremony education is shown to be a education for parents and teachers, a development of systematic educational program, durability of child tea ceremony education, and a verification of effectiveness of child tea ceremony education.

건강가정지원센터 이용실태 및 활성화 방안 연구 - 경기도를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Use of Health Family Support Centers and Its Activation Plan - Focused to Gyeonggi-do -)

  • This study aimed at figuring out the current state of 26 family-health support centers in Gyeonggi-do, in order to prepare an activation plan for the centers. These centers are the main mediators of the family health operation. This study also aimed to understand the center users' satisfaction and demands. The results were as follows. First, a total of 65,794 participants from 9,960 businesses were processed. The majority had attended various integrated family services, followed by family counseling and/or family-friendly culture-establishing businesses. Second, the main users' profiles were as follows: average age, 41; average number of persons in the family, 3.78; education above foundation-level degree; diverse jobs that included special occupations; average monthly incomes of 3,390,000 won; and a middle-class living standard (as self-described by participants). Third, the users' main concern for their families was "financial difficulties," and they had an interest in education and counseling. Although they thought education and counseling were suitable solutions, they hesitated because they did not think their problems were serious enough to merit them. Fourth, the satisfaction level of their participation in their center's program was generally high, at 3.9-4.2 points. The majority of them said they would attend again in the future.

청소년의 행복감 향상을 위한 요가와 차 명상 복합 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초연구 (A Study to develop a Combined Yoga and Tea Meditation program to Enhance the Happiness for Adolescents)

  • This research aimed to determine how a combined yoga and tea meditation program would affect the happiness of adolescents. The investigation was conducted over a total of 11 sessions held twice a week with 15 female middle-school students. Each session lasted 90 min and comprised preparation for 5 min, Hatha yoga for 50 min, tea meditation for 15 min, the expression of feelings for 15 min, and 5 min were allocated to finishing the program and announcing the next session time. A t-test was performed before and after the program to analyze the effects of the program. A goodness of fit test, which is related to the improvement of happiness, was done through a path analysis. As a result, we were able to determine meaningful changes in the t-test scores of happiness, stress, and quality of life. The scores of mindfulness, physical self-concept, and self efficiency changed positively, but meaningful changes were not shown. To derive a final conclusion, we verified the mediator effect with respect to happiness through a structural model. Consequently, physical self-concept was activated as a promoter for improving self-efficiency and mindfulness. Mindfulness was the key factor that improved the happiness of the adolescent subjects.
