In the age of globalization, effective and efficient corporate management is becoming more important as domestic and international business circumstances changes. In the middle of endless changes in business circumstances, fast reaction to customers and market, and offering customized goods and service became essential. In this respect, CRM designed to utilize customer information scientifically and systematically, has become an essential system and marketing strategy to enhance corporate competitiveness. CRM has placed the importance of customers in the front of marketing and has focused every process and business minds on customers. Recent change in the market and the trend of establishing and introducing CRM system has lead us to concentrate on the introduction of CRM in the financial institutions. This study searched for several views about CRM in academic and industrial papers. Through theoretical approach on CRM, the background of the introduction of CRM, the purpose of CRM, the characteristic and application of CRM, and the expected effect of CRM will be discussed. This study is focused on financial institutions where CRM is widely used. And through documents about examples of the introduction of CRM, the status of the establishment of domestic CRM and the necessity and trend of CRM will be discussed. Also the problem of CRM in the financial institutions and the improvement of CRM in domestic banks will be analyzed. When discussing CRM in the financial area, customers are the main source of corporate profit and through relationship management with the customers enhancing loyalty and maximizing profit can be obtained. Especially in CRM in financial institutions, maintaining existing customers makes higher profit ratio, so repurchasing and cross selling becomes important for obtaining lifetime value of existing customers who contribute to most of the profit of corporations. As a result, CRM should be completely customer oriented. CRM in financial institutions is not merely marketing work, but organizational competence which is made up of standardized work process through total process integration inside the corporation. Corporations which plan to introduce CRM should analyze the characteristics and conditions of corporations and establish purpose and strategy of CRM. And they need long term view to find out the factors which best fit for the introduction of CRM. To enable this, strategy composed of daily marketing activity and CRM concept is necessary. Also continued improvement through drill and training for operating organization should be followed to maintain CRM well. And corporate culture must settle customer as the center of corporate value. The race for introducing and improving CRM has already begun. CRM should not be regarded as a choice. It should be accepted as something essential. In this reality financial institutions should solve subdivision problem of customers and necessity of customers with the mind of 'customer's profit is my profit'. Customer focused management should not be emphasized only by words. Efforts like viewing from the customer's point must be nurtured to provide methods to help customers. That is, we should not just follow what is done in foreign countries. We should solve the problem of our customers according to the situation of our country, our industry, our corporation. Then we can gain the trust of customers, and the value derived from the customers will become the background of CRM which will lead the corporation to success.
This study suggests the way of revitalization of strategic specialized industry from the perspective of design business model. In order to revitalize the regional strategic specialized industry, it is necessary to overcome traditional production-based industry structure. For the industry's side, companies should convert their traditional production-based business perspective into market-oriented or design-oriented one. For the designer's side, they need to lead the design-centered industry structure by suggesting active design sources to industries escaping from passive design development perspective. Namely, the revitalization of strategic specialized industry can be peformed by design-based and market-oriented business execution. The formation of market-oriented industry can be accomplished by designers who do their design development works with design-business perspective and play an active role in the industry system. For the suggestion of concept mentioned above, this study conceptualized the meaning of design business, and applied the concept of it to the case study for bamboo industry of Damyang province. The case study suggests the possibility that designers are able to create higher profit through various sources such as sales royalty, production royalty etc by playing an active role for design development, industry selection, business system establishment and so on. In addition, the study implies that industries can increase the possibility of business success through design-based business execution mentioned above.

SOA(service oriented architecture) based ESB(enterprise service bus) model is widely adopted in many companies for the safe processing of enormous data and the integration of business system. The existing web service technologies for the construction of SOA, however, show unsatisfactory in practical applications though the standardization of web service security technologies is in progress due to their limitations in safe exchange of data. Internal end users using a large business system based on such environment are composed of the variety of organizations and roles. Companies might receive more serious damage from insider threat than that from external one when internal end users get unauthorized information beyond the limits of their authority for private profit and bad purposes. In this paper, we propose a security architecture capable of identifying and coping with the security threats of web service technologies arouse from internal end users.

This study is on the business effectiveness and orientation of 45 Jahwal companies in Chungnam and Sejong Province. A survey was conducted on representatives of Jahwal companies in Chungnam and sejong area to analyze their effectiveness and orientation. Business effectiveness was analyzed through employment effectiveness. And orientation has derived the success factors of the enterprise based on the current management situation. The key factors to be finally oriented were analyzed Based on the results of this study, the effectiveness of the business through the employment effect was positively assessed. In particular, it was able to infer the dehydration effect of the vulnerable. Market creation and securing funds are the most important factors behind the success of jahwal companies. Key management factors that are oriented toward sustainability have been shown to be profit-making and job creation. It was analyzed that jahwal companies are pursuing social purposes.

To fully utilize scarce spectrum resource, it's necessary to develop and evaluate promising business models prior to making technology R&D plan and industrial promotion policy. The purpose of this paper is to design potential business models, evaluate the propriety of commercializing the models, and discuss promotion policies after exploring promising sectors consuming spectrum resources. The research is based on TV white space, which is vacant TV channels in region or time domain and considered as core spectrum resource along with digital terrestrial television switchover. As the result, four kinds of business models were derived, including broadcasting and telecommunication types. Each model was discussed from four standpoints: customer value proposition, profit formula, key resources, and key processes, and the propriety for commercialization was evaluated by three dimensions: technological evaluations, business-oriented evaluations, and user-oriented evaluations. The promotion policies of government and market participants for the activation of TV White space-based business models were discussed as well.
This study has examined the principle of rationalization as a guiding principle in fisheries management. Generally speaking, the guiding principle of business management is the principle of profitability which is oriented to the profit maximization, but it has been insisted by Dr, Mohri that the principle of profitability should be translated into the maximization of ratio of added value on gross capital, According to Dr. Durcker, added value (contributed value) can be used to analyze productivity only if the allocation of costs which together make up the figures is economically meaningful. Therefore, the rationalization of fisheries management can be measured as a result of economic allocation of costs, The analysis of economic allocation of costs divides into macro-allocation of costs and micro-allocation of costs. In fisheries management, the former makes use of the analysis of break-even point, and the latter analyzes the efficiency of individual cost respectively and the state of division of costs which allocate into above-the-line expenses of lay system and management's burden expenses. In macro-allocation of costs, it is advisable that fixed costs be converted into variable costs. This is characteristically possible in fisheries management, because wages belong to variable costs in fisheries management while they are regarde as fixed cost in the other industires. Because we could find that all costs would belong to above-the-line expenses, in micro-allocation analysis, the very costs which are directly related to fisherman's poduction activity should be classified into above-the-line expenses, and the other costs into management's burden expenses. This is a central problem in the rationalization of fisheries management.

Biotechnology is often described as the 'exploitation of biological processes for industrial purposes'. The last twenty years have seen phenomenal growth in this industry. The 21 century promises to see further advances in the field. However, since the cost of research is high, and the potential returns are linked to exclusivity, intellectual property protection is critical to this burgeoning industry. Without protection such investments in R&D would not be made and, the benefit that BT-related development are expected to bring, would not occur. BT industry are eager for high technology, and the technology must be transferred to a corporation from a research organization. In order to be successful, it is important that scientist must be directed toward R&D outcome beyond performance assessment. The process to gain a outcome involves multiple steps to turn the idea into the profit, and intellectual property issues are considered into the critical factors to affect the quality of R&D. The management of Intellectual property is very important in R&D. However, According to the survey conducted by KIIP (Korea Institute of Intellectual Property) and KOSEF (Korea Science and Engineering Foundation) in 2006, it is estimated the ability to treat Intellectual property is not sufficient because 82.5% of the respondents have not received an education. Governmental Support is needed to prompt systematically the ability of intellectual property management through education and consulting.
This paper is about the investment strategy in stocks on Fundamental analysis. Financial data of stocks from January 2. 2001 through October 30. 2009 were utilized in order to suggest the investment strategies. Fundamental analysis was used in stocks-related strategy. The portfolios are composed of 3 criteria such as the buying criteria score, exchange cycle and selling conditions. The buying criteria score is determined assigned to each stock index according to the satisfaction condition of 15 parameters selected considering the grue's criteria. The stock buying alternatives has two options with buying stocks over 13 points and over 14 points of buying criteria score. The seven exchange cycles and three selling methods are considered. So total number of portfolios is 42($2{\times}7{\times}3=42$). The simulation has been executed about each 42 portfolios and we figured out with the simulation result that 83.33% of 35 portfolios are more profitable than average stock market profit(203.43%). The outcome of this research is summarized in two parts. First, it's the exchange strategy of portfolio. The result shows that value-oriented investment (long-term investment) strategy yields much higher than short-term investment strategies of stocks. Second, it's about the exchange cycle forming the portfolios. The result shows that the rate of return for the portfolio is the best when exchange cycle is 18 months.
This paper is focused on management control system. From a management control perspective, strategies should be viewed as useful, but not absolutely necessary, guides to the proper design of an MCS. When strategies are formulated more clearly, more control alternatives become feasible and it becomes easier to implement each form of management control effectively. The common and important category of controls are action controls, personnel and cultural controls, and results controls. Action controls involves ensuring that employees perform(or do not perform) certain actions that are known to be beneficial(or harmful) to the organization. Personnel and cultural controls take steps to ensure that employees will control each others' behaviors. Results controls involve rewarding individuals(and sometimes groups of individuals) for generating good outcomes or punishing them for poor outcomes. The results controls of ROI-type measure cause to make managers excessively short- term oriented, or myopic. When managers' orientations to the short - term become excessive -when the management are more concerned with short-term profit than entity value-the managers are said to be myopic.
