Objectives: The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between professor trust and learning flow in allied health students and to provide the basic data for the improvement of curriculum and teaching method. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 263 allied health students. The questionnaire consisted of 27 questions of professor trust by Likert 5 scale and 29 questions of learning flow by Likert 6 scale. Cronbach's alpha in this study was 0.97 in professor trust, 0.96 in learning flow. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, correlation and stepwise multiple regressions. Results: The score was 3.72 in professor trust and 3.46 in learning flow. There were positive correlations between learning flow and professor trust including intimacy, professional, teaching skills and leadership. Stepwise multiple regression analysis revealed that learning flow was related with professor trust. Conclusions: The learning flow depends on professor trust. Based on the research, improvement directions that put strong emphasis on low section of professor trust and learning flow must be placed.

Due to the influence of COVID-19, many changes have been made in the education methods in universities. In respomse, this study intendsto present an efficient learning method by identifying the impact of professor images on learning immersion and the learning satisfaction of classes taught with blended learning for university students majoring in beauty at H University in Seoul. For final analysis, 232 of the 234 questionnaires administered from May 17, 2021 to June 2, 2021 were analyzed. For statistical analysis, SPSS 21.0 was utilized; frequency analysis was conducted to identify demographic characteristics, factor analysis was used to verify the research model, and regression analysis was conducted to verify the hypothesis. First, images of professors have been shown to affect learning immersion. Second, the professor image were shown to affect learning satisfaction. Third, education immersion has been shown to affect educational satisfaction. In order to overcome the limitations of online lectures in universities that suddenly began with onset of COVID-19, it is believed that students' satisfaction can be increased by applying blended learning as a way to improve the quality of classes.
This paper explored how university students viewed flipped learning from their own perspectives. Using qualitative research methods, 5 students from a Computer Graphics course at a mid-scale university in Seoul were interviewed for this purpose. Researchers collected data about their learning experiences, emotions, and reflections about flipped learning in general and its components such as online materials, in-class activities, and instructor guidance. Research findings indicated that students were not so much conscious about the unfamiliarity of the class, the increased work load, nor the online lectures. They rather prioritized 'what they could actually learn' from the course, and thus defined flipped learning as a method which enabled students to constantly check and fill in the gaps in their learning through team-based activities and prompt feedback from the professor. A combination of students' positive attitude and active participation in team-based activities, the overall atmosphere of the department which supported interactivity and collaboration, the professor's emphasis on learning-by-doing and student-centered learning appeared to form their notions of flipped learning. The use of technology did not appear to heavily impact students' conceptions of flipped learning. Researchers suggest that pedagogical beliefs of the professor, culture surrounding the learner, and the good match between the course content and instructional strategies are central for designing a successful flipped learning class.
This study investigated the improved teaching methods which can enhance the learning effects of students in engineering education and provide students with practical abilities of field works. As the results of applying student-oriented teaching methods to students who take the course of hydraulic and pneumatic control in the department of mechanical design engineering of Dongyang technical college, student-oriented teaching method Is more effective than professor-oriented teaching methods in the aspects of motivation of learning, cultivation of imagination and creativity, and ability of solving problems. In order to successfully execute student-oriented teaching method, integrated lecture of both theory and experimental practice has been carried out in the classroom equipped with experimental facilities, and after acquiring sufficient experience through experimental practices, students looked into theoretical backgrounds based on the experimental results during the process solving the subjects which a professor suggested. The subjects should be suggested with the contents for accomplishing the goal of learning, and it is very important for a professor to play the role of helping students solve the problems by themselves, which results in improving practical ability of field works. At the end of every class, a professor has students fill up the questionnaire about the level of learning achievement, questions, and teaching method, and applying the surveying results to the next class can bring out improving the extents of students' participation of classes and concerns about the course. Since the engineering education requires a practical ability of field works, imagination, and creativity in every course, it is desirable to introduce student-oriented teaching method rather than professor-oriented teaching method.

It is the approach of development of teaching methods for competency development in business class. This study distinguishes areas that can be commonly applied to many business subjects. And we derive core competencies from the basic skills of NCS. The results of this study are as follows. First, we have established an opportunity to distinguish the subject field of business administration(personnel/organization/strategy, production/operation management, marketing, financial/finance/insurance, accounting, MIS). Second, we have proposed guidelines for the setting of the each subject goals and the setting of the professor's competency. Third, we have summarized teaching method which are studied as valid in business class(lecture method, problem based learning method, action learning teaching method, and management simulation teaching method) and we suggested how to apply teaching methods to the each subject.
The purpose of this study is a development of $teaching{\cdot}learning$ program based on interior design WBI. WBI's meaning is Web Based Instruction. There can be several procedures that should be designed at the first step: Analyzing, Designing, Building, Testing, Recycling. These stages are constructed based on the theory of procedure about the computer and the $teaching{\cdot}learning$. Each stage is presented the contents of development, the contents of main, the method advantages and problem solving. These procedures and contents of development are the research method simultaneously with the result. Upon the completion of the system, it should undergo the same process continuously so that it can improve over a period of time, contribute to the interior design of students. In addition continuously repetitive requirements pop up in the phase. And it is necessary for this program try to map out a strategy developing and a policy support from university. It's very important that develop the contents of interior design from professor, students and field professor.
The purpose of this study based on descriptive research is to examine the influences on the self-regulated learning ability due to nursing students' achievement-goal and to make sure mediating effect of autonomous support of professor. A convenience sample of 294 nursing students were recruited from a college in C province from April to May, 2018. Data are analyzed using SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. As a result, it is turned out that there are positive correlation between mastery goal, performance approach goal, self-regulated learning ability and autonomous support of professor. In the Sobel test results, autonomous support of professor had a partial mediating effect between mastery goal and self-regulated learning ability(Z=3.922, p<.001). So, a new teaching method should be developed through the convergence of related factors of self - regulated learning ability.

This study is intended to analyze flipped classroom learning activities, which have recently been spotlighted as a learner-centered teaching method in universities, from the perspective of cultural and historical activity theory. A survey and some participation observations were conducted with one professor and the students who participated in Educational Methods and Technology courses at A university. The components of the flipped classroom learning activities were analyzed based on the model of the activity system, and contradictions that appeared in the interactions between components were analyzed. Four implications were proposed for a more advanced flipped classroom learning activity system: the professor's and the learners' true identity recognition and role performance, strengthening the organic link between online and offline activities, support for alleviating the burden of teaching and learning preparation, and readjusting the system to support its smooth operation.
