The purpose of this study is to inquire the people's views on nursing for nurses, correct the image of nurse and take it as basis to be applied on nursing education examining the image of nursing on Television drama playing important role of mass media. 22 nurses of the characters in drama is applied to the analysis object of this study by selecting 6 dramas of Television ones the nurse play on the prime time from June 1 to August 31 in 1997. Contents analysis method was used in Data Analysis, 4 items was used after Coders previously modify and compensate it based on research documents of 1m Milim(1996) 2 Coders made the Coding the article on each person by them seeing the recorded film making the Coding Paper each items is written by the character. The average of reliability degree was 90% which measured the reliability degree by the mathod of Holsti. The statisic method of frequency, percentage was used SPSS Program in data processing The results were as follows. 1. Relative importance of 86.2% nurses in drama was depicted as extra characters 2. The affair attitude of nurses shown on drama was revealed as mechanical(84.7%), passive(45.5%), dependent(54.4%) unkind(68.2%). 3. The activity of nurses was classified with professional! simple affair. The professional affairs such as I.V., Blood Pressure Check, Rounding, Nursing Recording, Patient Education, Assist of Operation, Assistant meal of Patient, etc is mainly depicted and the screen of simple affair such as Receiving telephone, Carrying Tray or Dragging, Stretcher Car, Dressing Car and or Wheel Chair than professional affair. 4. The appearance feature of nurses was shown on thin physique(68.2%), common stature(68.2), dirty costume(45.4%), common appearance(81.9%), unnoble action(63.6%). The image of nurses is illuminated as the exterial scene of technical affair such as assisting the doctors and affair focused on accident and educational activity of nureses or extended role is nor depicted on Television drama. Therefore, the people regard the nurse as sexual object with good appearance than professional worker working professional nursing We want the following, epigraph based on above conclusion. 1. The continuous research is required on the image of nurse shown on various mass media. 2. The later research is required on appliction strategy of mass media for advancing the image of nurse. 3. The research to strengthen the objectivity by comparing analyzed data on drama & analyzing it is required 4. Through the deep study, the standard to show a concrete and professional work of nurses to scenario writers of TV drama is suggested by the association. 5. The monitoring about the mass media must be activated, not by some nurses, on a national scale and much study on the basis of this is needed.
PMO(Project Management Office) has been considered as a general approach for the successful operation of IT project. The previous studies tended to emphasize on the roles and functions of PMO in a normative way. However, in practice, since PMO is operated as a joint structure in which client firms and professional PMOs work together, it seems to be important that the implementation system of PMO should be properly formed. In this paper, it is examined whether the competence of client firms and professional PMO influence on the setup of implementation system of PMO, and also whether implementation system of PMO influence of the performance of IT project. In addition, it is also analyzed if the competence of client firms and professional PMO influence differently on the setup of implementation system of PMO, according to the degree of knowledge complementarity. As a result of this study, it is found that the competence of client firms and professional PMO influence positively on the setup of implementation system of PMO, and governance factors such as clear definition of organizational roles, responsibility, and setup of standardized processes are also important in performance of IT project. It is also shown that, if knowledge complementarity is formed with a common knowledge base between client firms and professional PMOs, Project Management Office functions effectively. In summary, for the successful performance of IT project, it seems that it is required to approach from the view point of governance in forming the implementation system of PMO and it is also important to form knowledge complementarity between client firms and professional PMOs.

Objective : The aim of this study was to determine the priority competency by analyzing the importance, performance, and educational requirements of occupational therapists to develop a competency in performing sensory integration intervention. Methods : Occupational therapists were surveyed by gender, age, educational background, work location, occupational therapy experience, and sensory integration therapy experience. The difference was investigated through the importance-performance analysis of competency, and the priority of the competency was investigated using the Borich demand analysis method. Results : The therapists recognized professional competency as the most important, whereas performance was the least important. In all sub-competencies, the importance was high, but the performance was low. As a result, the education requirement was highest for professional competency. The importance-performance analysis revealed that professional competency was the area requiring the most urgent improvement. As a result of the Borich demand analysis, statistically significant differences between the importance of all competencies and the actual performance. The most significant difference was found in the professional competency group. Conclusion : The occupational therapists in this study who performed sensory integration interventions recognized professional competency as the most important but most lacking in actual clinical practice. The results of this study will be used as guidelines for developing competency-based sensory integrated intervention curricula.
Background: Job satisfaction of dental hygienists has been discussed continuously in dental hygiene research. It has been the most representative performance variable in dental and human resource management. However, in quantitative research, most of the studies have analyzed the causal relationship with variables related to dental hygienists' job satisfaction. The existing qualitative research contains only the studies that targeted dental hygienists with an experience of more than 10 years. The present study aimed to understand and to characterize the job satisfaction of dental hygienists with an experience of 2 to 10 years and to compare it with the qualitative research on dental hygienists with an experience of 10 or more years. Methods: An in-depth interview of dental hygienists with 2 to 10 years of experience working in 10 dental clinics was conducted. For data analysis, Giorgi's analysis method was used. Results: After analyzing the meaning of job satisfaction of dental hygienists, 180 semantic words and 19 subcategories were derived. The results of the interview were categorized into for central meanings: recognition and rewards, work experience and ability improvement, occupational characteristics, and work characteristics. Recognition and rewards included workplace recognition, patient recognition, self-effort and recognition, and the feeling of being rewarded. Work experience and ability improvement included various work experiences and factors relates to improving the work ability. Occupational characteristics included professional job, interest and persistence, job extensibility, and no burden of employment. Work characteristics included working conditions and separation of work and private life. Conclusion: The development of tools to measure the level of dental hygienists' job satisfaction after long-term service and to conduct follow-up research regarding ways and effects to improve job satisfaction is needed.
The purpose of this study was to examine present condition of social work field education, students' stress/stress coping strategies in their field practicum, and to find out the difference according to the factors related field education. This study carried out a survey targeting 202 students who finished their social work field practicum and took their course work in 2012, from 4 different universities in the northern Gyeonggi province & Seoul. As the result, in the area of stress, the highest rank was the lack of professional knowledge/skills, the second was the environment of field practicum, and the third was the burden of tasks that they had to perform. About the coping strategies, it was found that students utilized 'problem-solving focused' the most, pursuing 'social support' as the second, and 'avoidance' strategies as the least. Factors influencing on differences of stress level depending on field work experiences were whether they had previous field experience, how much time they participated in previous volunteer activities, whether they attended orientation for their field practicum, regularity/frequency of supervision, the satisfaction on their social work/welfare major, and the satisfaction on their field practicum or supervision. Based on the results, suggestions for development in field education system were presented.

This study examined the work-family compatibility experience of married nurses. The participants of this research were 7 registered nurses who are on the expanding stage of their family life cycle. Data were collected by individual in-depth interviews from June 10 to November 30, 2015 and analyzed using phenomenological methodology by Colaizzi (1978). The results showed that the work-family compatibility experience of married nurses may be categorized into 4 categories, 'the reality of work and parenting', 'external and internal conflicts about the compatibility of work and parenting', 'compromise with reality for solving the difficulty of compatibility', 'growing desire and efforts for compatibility', and may be identified with 12 theme clusters and 29 themes. The worthiness as a professional woman and happiness in child rearing are the driving force of the compatibility of work and family in married nurses. Therefore, the continued support of government policies and family is important for married nurses to maintain work and family balance.

While the Design for Safety (DFS) system has been introduced to Korea, the ordering parties and designers who are implementing this system still have a very low awareness of it. Most ordering parties and designers have a negative view of this system due to a variety of reasons, including the additional workload and their lack of professional manpower. The purpose of this study is to suggest measures to improve the DFS work performance by standardizing the DFS work process and analyzing the level of work performance in each business carried out by ordering parties and designers in order to ensure the efficient execution of DFS business. In conclusion, to improve the DFS work performance of ordering parties and designers, the development of a business support system is suggested, which supports key works such as the identification of risk factors, the provision of measures to reduce such factors, and risk assessment, and provides relevant information to allow ordering parties and designers to prepare the DFS report smoothly.
The present study aimed to identify predictors of Youtube creator's Willingness to work as a profession. This work is notable, given its prevalence in preference as an occupation due to the development of information and communication technology. In the present work, a survey study was utilized and respondents' perception of job values, interest, self-esteem as well as willingness to work were measured. The results from a multiple regression analysis indicate that, realistic type (-), artistic type (+), corporate type (+) job value and job interest were significantly predictive of willingness to work. This study discussed implications including the need to establish career support services for YouTube creators as a profession and further for differentiated approaches based on job values or individual tendencies. The result from the current work is important, in that this study identified the willingness and influential factors of YouTube creators from a professional perspective, reflecting the recent growing interest in YouTube creators.

Purpose : This study was conducted to examine the Experience of Adaption to Work in Comprehensive Nursing Service Units of Nurses. Methods : Empirical data were collected from 8 nurses through in-depth interviews. Eight participants who had more than 6 months of clinical experience in the general ward and had more than 6 months of work experience in Comprehensive Nursing Service Units were selected as participants. The main question was what does it mean to work in Comprehensive Nursing Service Units? All interviews were recorded and transcribed, and then analyzed using Giorgi's interview. Results: As a result of the analysis, five topics were derived. 'Facing a changed work environment', 'A sense of unexpected heterogeneity in work', 'Evaluation of immediate reality.', 'Finding strategies and promoting balance', 'Growing up as a professional nurse.' Conclusion: Based on these findings, There is a need to build a system that can adapt to work and continue to develop programs for capacity building in Comprehensive Nursing Service Units of Nurses.

There haw been some courses related to science education for the graduate students, but almost the study for no instructional model and reading material development haw been pursunded in Korea. This study intended to discuss the discipline character of science education research for the systematic survey of concepts, principles and theories related to science education as the first put task, and designed an instructional model of the introductory survey course of science education at graduate level, and then proposed a developmental plan of a reading material for the course teaching aid. The main work of the study was to survey the foreign literature, but the subjective analysis of researcher's courses work during graduate study in abroard and some courses offered to undergraduate and graduate students in Korea by this researcher was quite helpful, even though which was not a strictly designed experimental research. Later it was found that this kind of study was not fitted to the traditional research style but worth while to try for the research in and teaching of "science education" as an area of discipline and professional activity.
