본 연구의 목적은 교사의 전문적 시각에 대한 기존 연구 분석을 통해 다양한 연구자들의 이론적 관점, 연구 방법, 연구 결과를 비교, 종합하고 이로부터 과학교사의 전문적 시각과 관련된 후속 연구에 대해 시사점을 얻고자 하는 것이다. 1997년부터 2017년에 발표된 논문 중 초록에 'professional vision'과 'teacher'를 포함한 논문을 ERIC, Educational Source, Web of Science 데이터 베이스를 활용하여 검색하였다. 최종 분석 대상은 21개 논문이며 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구자들은 전문적 시각을 교사의 지식과 구분되는 새로운 교사 전문성 구인이라고 보고 있었다. 교사의 전문적 시각을 특정한 순간이나 특정한 상황에서 활성화 되는 지식 또는 능력으로 보고 있으며, 여러 지식이 구조화되고 통합되어 나타나는 것이라고 보고 있다. 둘째, 전문적 시각의 분석틀은 대개 선택적 주목과 추론의 두 과정을 포함하고 있었다. 선택적 주목의 경우에는 수업의 여러 측면이나 바람직한 교수 학습 요소들을 하위 범주로 하고 있었으며, 추론의 경우에는 위계가 있는 수준이나 독립적 추론 능력 요소들을 하위 범주로 하는 연구들이 있었다. 셋째, 연구 방법 측면에서는 초등교사보다는 중등교사를 대상으로 하는 연구가 더 많았고, 수학과 과학을 비롯하여 다양한 교과 영역으로 확장되고 있었다. 대부분의 연구가 수업 비디오를 활용하고 있으며, 연구 참여자의 수업을 활용한 연구보다 연구 비참여자의 수업 비디오를 활용하고 있는 경우가 많았다. 전문적 시각의 측정 혹은 분석은 전문가와의 응답 일치 여부로 정량적으로 점수화하는 경우와 토론과 면담의 정성적 자료를 활용하여 특징이나 수준을 범주화하는 경우로 대별되었다. 넷째, 연구의 목적과 결과를 살펴본 결과, 대부분은 전문적 시각에 대한 실태조사 연구였으며, 전문적 시각을 조사하는 도구를 개발하거나 전문적 시각 향상 방안을 제안하고 그 효과성을 보는 연구도 있었다. 여러 연구에서 예비 교사 보다는 현직 교사의 전문적 시각이 높다고 보고하고 있으며, 전문적 시각을 증진시키기 위해서는 수업 비디오를 활용한 교사교육 프로그램이 효과적이라고 보고하고 있다.

본 연구는 보육활동을 수행하는 보육교사들이 자신이 교실 내에서 영유아와 수행한 상호작용에 관한 영상을 동료 교사들과 함께 살펴보는 비디오 활용 학습공동체에 참여함으로써 Sherin(2007)이 제시한 교사의 전문적 시각의 두 가지 구성요소와 관련한 보육교사들의 경험을 탐구하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울 지역에 위치한 직장어린이집의 보육교사 3명을 연구참여자로 선정하여 질적 연구를 진행하였다. 교사들은 4회기의 비디오 활용 학습공동체 참여를 통해 자신의 상호작용 장면을 살펴보고 동료들과 함께 분석하고 협력적으로 토론해봄으로써 교사는 영유아의 의도 및 교사의 의도에 주목할 수 있었다. 또한, 비디오 활용 학습공동체 참여를 통하여 교사는 영유아의 사고, 관심을 기반으로 하는 추론, 교사의 사고, 의도를 기반으로 하는 추론을 경험하였다. 이러한 전문적 시각의 변화는 참여 교사 간의 협력적인 성찰을 통하여 가능할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 보육교사의 전문적 시각 발달의 중요성 및 전문적 시각 발달 지원을 위한 비디오 활용 학습공동체 참여의 효과성을 논하였다.

The construction of the Great Korea Canal(GKC) In the Korean peninsular requires consideration from a aspect of vision of the national land development. The number of Construction Management Professional(CMP) is 2700 among 4600 of the total CMPs in Korea. Their characters and abilities are quite different from others. Because they must have 10 year field experiences, complete 180 hours CM oriented lectures and pass the certification test including written and interview in depth. And then, their level of standard is maintained by the Continuous Professional Development(CPD) program, periodic forum, case study seminar and CMP vision execution strategy sponsored by the CMP Association.

The important role of canal is moving goods and the canals from all over the world has contributed much to method of transporting goods. But, the canal system accounts rfor 25% of the total moving goods. One of its main goals is to reduce overland transportation costs were 30% more expensive than moving goods over water. We plan to build a Korea inland canal system and need to from a scheme of building a multi canal. We should consider positive aspect of this plan, on the other hand a study of the conal's environmental impact is required prior to beginning any construction. Finally, offer our opinion on the vision of Korea inland canal that aspect5 of national land development.
