노인케어 직무에 대한 수행도 및 실습교육요구도 비교에 관한 융합연구 -요양보호사, 사회복지사, 간호조무사 중심으로- (Comparative Analysis of Performance and Practical Training Needs for Elderly Care Service on Convergence Study -Focusing on Senior Caregivers, Social Workers and Nursing Assistants-)

  • 이 연구는 노인케어종사자를 대상으로 한 노인케어 전문 온라인 교육프로그램을 개발하기 위해 실시하였다. 연구자료는 2019년 11월28일부터 12월 15일까지 K사이버대학교에 재학 중인 노인케어종사자를 대상으로 실시하였다. 자료분석은 카이제곱검정, ANOVA를 사용하였고 사후분석으로는 scheffe method를 사용하였다. 연구결과 노인케어 전문교육 요구도는 요양보호사가 간호조무사보다 유의하게 높았다. 노인케어 온라인 교육요구도 사회복지사가 간호조무사보다 유의하게 높았다. 수행도에서 '노인에 대한 이해와 상담'과 '노인 놀이프로그램 실제'는 사회복지사, 요양보호사, 간호조무사순 이었고, 실습 교육 요구도에서 '치매와 호스피스 및 웰다잉교육'는 사회복지사가 높은 요구도를 보였다. 결론적으로 노인전문케어 필요성 및 노인케어 온라인 교육의 요구도에 따른 각 군별 맞춤형 전문화된 온라인 교육을 위한 콘텐츠 개발이 필요하며 추후 효과를 검증하는 중재 연구가 필요하다고 생각된다.

  • New epidemics of infectious diseases often involve health care workers. In this short communication we present a case report of a health care professional who became the first case of influenza H1N1 virus to be notified in the United Arab Emirates. There are several issues related to workplace considerations and general public health, including preventive measures, the need for isolation of the patient, dealing with contacts, return to work, and communication with the workforce.

보건 간호사와 임상간호사의 주된 역할, 전문직 자아개념과 직무만족정도 비교 (A Comparative Study on Main Role, Professional Self Concept and Job Satisfaction of Public Health Nurses and Clinical Nurses)

  • This study was aimed at comparing and evaluating one main role, the professional self concept and job satisfaction of public health nurses and clinical nurses. Method: The data was collected from 72 nurses in 8 health centers and 86 nurses in 5 hospitals in Daegu city and Kyungpook province from May 5th to June 5th, 2001. This study was interviewed by trained social workers. The origin of questionnaires used in this study were PSCNI(Professional Self-Concept of Nurses Instrument) to measure the professional self concept of nurses and JDI(Job Descriptive Index) to measure the job satisfaction of nurses. The data was analyzed by SAS(version 6.12) and statistical methods used were Chi-square test, t-test, ANOVA(analysis of variables) and ANCOVA(analysis of covariate). Result: The findings of this study were as follows: 1. The most important domain in the main role of public health nurses were as counsellors, managers, mediators and evaluators. In clinical nurses, their main roles were, directors of nursing, researchers, spokesmans, and informers. 2. Public health nurses showed lower scores in the professional self concept of nurses than clinical nurses, what statistically significant tool was used to suggest this finding. 3. Public health nurses showed higher scores in job satisfaction than clinical nurses, but again, explain the tool used in these findings for give a rationals. 4. For public health nurses, general characteristics which affected professional self concept were age, educational level, and duration of job. In clinical nurses, the general characteristics which affected professional self concept were age, religion, marital status, and duration of job. 5. For public health nurses, there was no general characteristic which affected job satisfaction. In clinical nurses, the general characteristics which affected job satisfaction were age, religion, and duration of job. Conclusion: Nursing profession should give a training to competent nurses who can deliver high quality care to meet the needs of health consumers. The role of nurses has been expended and specialized as health conception has been changed in Korea.

한국 표준직업분류에 따른 근로자의 구강기능문제 (A Study on Workers' Oral Function Problem According to Korean Standard Classification of Occupations)

  • 본 연구는 한국 표준직업분류에 따른 근로자의 구강기능문제를 파악하고 근로자들이 집단구강건강관리사업의 혜택을 받을 수 있도록 산업안전보건법의 개정을 촉구하기 위한 근거자료로 제공하고자 시행하였다. 국민건강영양조사 제7기 원시자료(1차,2차)를 이용하여 만 19세 이상 한국 표준직업분류에 따른 근로자를 대상으로 씹기문제와 말하기문제를 조사한 결과 한국 표준직업분류에 따른 근로자의 유형과 씹기문제, 말하기문제의 연관성이 확인되었다(p<0.05). 이에 근로자의 구강건강을 향상시키기 위해서는 집단구강건강관리사업이 실행되어야 하며 집단구강건강관리사업의 주최가 될 전문성을 갖춘 전문보건의료관리자를 채용할 수 있도록 산업안전보건법이 개정되어야 할 것이다.

  • Awareness about health is still in short supply, sufficient research and investment is falling mothayeo made, the development of image and health technology for health compared to productivity enhancement technology behind the relative reality. Through the analysis and study of special measures and health education in the country catering to propose measures and methods for this. Current analyzed and summarized to find a special health and safety training relevant provisions appear in the national legislation. By analyzing the characteristics and to leverage to workers unearthed an in-depth awareness and issues for the institutions and laws. Survey research methods to analyze the documents and government publications and research through an Internet search. Survey Research conducted a self - survey on new knowledge and attitude toward the concessionaires to sanitation target, the attitude of the sanitary administration, attitudes to hygiene education and hygiene practice Conditions received health education carried out by catering Federation regularly. Health education is a systematic settlement system for the external reality of professional education. Health and health administrators to establish an organizational structure strengthening phase. Employers and health care workers are raising awareness. Employers have a responsibility to prevent industrial accidents. Consequently, special health education targeted construction workers changed to fit the content-driven information on the species and the proper arrangement of time "based health education" currently being conducted.

지역아동센터 운영자의 인식을 통해 본 지역아동센터의 기능과 역할 (Functions and Roles of Community Child Center Recognized by Practitioners)

  • 본 논문은 우리나라 방과후 돌봄 체계의 중추적 역할을 하고 있는 지역아동센터의 고유한 기능과 역할에 대해 실무자들의 다양한 인식유형을 검증하기 위한 목적을 가진다. 이를 위하여 지역아동센터 실무자를 대상으로 시설 환경, 서비스 내용, 인력, 대상, 전달체계 측면으로 나누어 관련된 인식을 조사하였다. 분석결과 지역아동센터의 기능과 역할에 대한 인식유형은 '전문인력 중심의 통합서비스 지향형', '시설환경 기반의 보호서비스 지향형', '학교연계 방과후서비스 지향형', '개별맞춤형 기초사례서비스 지향형'으로 나눌 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 또한 지역아동센터 실무자들이 지역아동센터의 발전을 위해 인력의 중요성과 서비스 환경에 대한 지원, 서비스 내용의 차별성과 연속성, 전체 돌봄체계와의 공통성과 독자성을 찾아갈 수 있는 기능 모색으로 다시 나눠지고 있었다. 본 연구는 지역아동센터의 기능과 역할에 대해 그동안 실증적으로 검증되지 못했던 다양한 인식내용의 실체를 파악해 보았다는데 의의가 있다. 이러한 결과를 통해 향후 지역아동센터의 기능과 역할에 대한 당사자들의 관점을 반영하고, 운영의 방향성에 대한 실천적 논의를 이끌어 낼 수 있을 것이며, 지역아동센터 모델과 운영에 대한 정책결정과 집행과정에 있어서 지원에 대한 구체적 방향성과 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

임상간호 가치관에 관한 일 조사연구 (Study on Value Conceptions in fundamentals of Nursing)

  • This study was designed to investigate differences in some aspects of value conceptions in fundamentals of nursing functions between nursing service personnel and nurse-educators. The purpose of the study was to identify the difference of value conceptions between the hospital nurses and school instructors, to contribute as a reference in strengthening the educational program in establishing nay hinder professional growth. The questionaries of this study were focused in the following aspects: 1) establishment of nursing service management system, 2) strengthening of the professionalization of nursing service, 3) hindrance in accomplishment of independent nursing functions, 4) communication skills in nurse-patient relationship, 5) activities directly related to nursing care planning, 6) communication skills in nurse-doctor relationship, 7) attitude towards taking responsibilities for patient- centered nursing approach, and 8) nursing educational approach towards preparation of professional competence in practicing independent nursing functions. 265 graduate nurses from 14 general hospitals and 88 nursing instructors from 18 schools, collegiate and diploma, were sampled. The main findings of the study were as follows; 1. Both groups responded highly in the lack of public recognition of nursing profession and hospital administrators support in establishment of nursing service management system. Further investigation is needed to define some relationship between the intrinsic and extrinsic factors which might give influence to the professional development. 2. while hospital nursing personnel responded on environmental pressure such as a heavy nursing load as the factor giving hindrance to independent nursing functions, the nurse educators responded highly on lack of nursing competence of individual nurses. An emphasis should be placed on the development of nursing interaction through professional education. If the professional model is not well established, nursing function will be limited to medical assistance. 3. 3. The patient-centered approach for nurse-patient communication had given positive respond for both group, tut lacks in team concept in problem solving process. There exist a social distance between nurses and other professional co-workers in the hospital hierarchy. 4. It was indicated that, as an intrinsic factor in the development of nursing service and nursing education, building up a philosophical basis is an utmost importance. This question is opened for further and extensive study to clarify whether existence of philosophical absence or philosophical stasis in nursing profession hinders the development.

호스피스.완화의료 전문인력 자격인증방안과 교육과정개발을 위한 설문조사 (A Survey on the Certification and Curriculum Development for Hospice and Palliative Care Professionals)

  • 목적: 호스피스 완화의료 전문인력의 질 관리를 위해 요구되는 자격인증체계 마련을 위해 전문인력들을 대상으로 자격인증체제의 필요성 및 구체적 방안에 대한 설문조사결과를 분석 제시하여 제도 마련의 기초자료로 삼고자 하였다. 방법: 국립암센터와 한국 호스피스 완화의료학회에서는 2009년 6월 17일부터 23일까지, 보건복지가족부지정 34개 암환자 완화의료기관에 등록된 전문인력인 의사, 간호사, 사회복지사, 성직자와 한국 호스피스 완화의료학회 회원들을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 그 중 총 220명이 설문에 참여하였다. 결과: 의사는 90% (46/51)가 자격인증이 필요하다고 하였고, 간호사는 84% (113/134), 사회복지사의 경우 89% (31/35)가 자격인증이 필요하다고 하였다. 자격인증 방안에 관해서는 의사의 경우 일정한 교육만 받으면 인정의 자격을 부여해 주는 방법을 가장 선호하였고(46%), 사회복지사의 경우도 일정교육을 받은 의료사회복지사에게 자격을 부여하는 것을 가장 선호하였다. 자격인증 주체에 있어서는 의사의 경우 한국 호스피스 완화의료학회 또는 보건복지가족부가 주체가 되어야 한다는 의견이 각각 45%로 가장 많았고, 간호사와 사회복지사의 경우 보건복지가족부가 주체가 되어야 한다는 응답이 각각 50%, 66%로 가장 높았다. 교육프로그램개발 및 인정주체에 관한 의견으로는 의사의 경우 한국 호스피스 완화의료학회가 51%로 가장 높았고, 간호사의 경우 보건복지가족부(또는 국립암센터)와 한국 호스피스 완화의료학회가 함께 주체가 되어야 한다는 의견이 23%로 가장 높았다. 사회복지사의 경우 보건복지가족부(또는 국립암센터)와 대한의료사회복지사협회가 주체가 되어야 한다는 의견이 37%로 가장 많았다. 마지막으로 교육운영방식은 세 직종 모두 주말을 이용한 강의와 일부 실습이 결합된 형태를 가장 선호하였다. 결론: 국내 호스피스 완화의료 전문인력은 자격인증체제에 대한 높은 요구도를 가지고 있으며, 각 직종별요구를 반영하는 적절한 자격인증체제 및 교육프로그램개발이 시급하다.

호스피스의료와 간호윤리 (Hospice Medicine and Nursing Ethics)

  • The goal of medicine is to contribute to promoting national health by preventing diseases and providing treatment. The scope of modern medicine isn't merely confined to disease testing, treatment and prevention in accordance to that, and making experiments by using the human body is widespread. The advance in modern medicine has made a great contribution to valuing human dignity and actualizing a manly life, but there is a problem that has still nagged modern medicine: treatment and healing for terminal patients including cancer patients. In advanced countries, pain care and hospice medicine are already universal. Offering a helping hand for terminal patients to lead a less painful and more manly life from diverse angles instead of merely focusing on treatment is called the very hospice medicine. That is a comprehensive package of medical services to take care of death-facing terminal patients and their families with affection. That is providing physical, mental and social support for the patients to pass away in peace after living a dignified and decent life, and that is comforting their bereaved families. The National Hospice Organization of the United States provides terminal patients and their families with sustained hospital care and home care in a move to lend assistance to them. In our country, however, tertiary medical institutions simply provide medical care for terminal patients to extend their lives, and there are few institutional efforts to help them. Hospice medicine is offered mostly in our country by non- professionals including doctors, nurses, social workers, pastors or physical therapists. Terminal patients' needs cannot be satisfied in the same manner as those of other patients, and it's needed to take a different approach to their treatment as well. Nevertheless, the focus of medical care is still placed on treatment only, which should be taken seriously. Ministry for Health, Welfare & Family Affairs and Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service held a public hearing on May 21, 2008, on the cost of hospice care, quality control and demonstration project to gather extensive opinions from the academic community, experts and consumer groups to draw up plans about manpower supply, facilities and demonstration project, but the institutions are not going to work on hospice education, securement of facilities and relevant legislation. In 2002, Ministry for Health, Welfare & Family Affairs made an official announcement to introduce a hospice nurse system to nurture nurse specialists in this area. That ministry legislated for the qualifications of advanced nurse practitioner and a hospice nurse system(Article 24 and 2 in Enforcement Regulations for the Medical Law), but few specific plans are under way to carry out the regulations. It's well known that the medical law defines a nurse as a professional health care worker, and there is a move to draw a line between the responsibilities of doctors and those of nurses in association with medical errors. Specifically, the roles of professional hospice are increasingly expected to be accentuated in conjunction with treatment for terminal patients, and it seems that delving into possible problems with the job performance of nurses and coming up with workable countermeasures are what scholars of conscience should do in an effort to contribute to the development of medicine and the realization of a dignified and manly life.

노인시설 종사자의 업무스트레스, 업무만족, 치매 및 인간중심보호 인식 연구: 사회복지사, 간호사, 생활지도원의 비교 (A Study on Work Stress, Satisfaction, and Dementia Attitudes of Social Care Work Force of Dependent Elders)

  • 이 연구에서는 부산과 대구 지역의 노인시설에 근무하는 사회복지사, 간호사, 생활지도원 502명을 대상으로, 노인보호 관련 종사자들의 업무특성을 반영하여 고안된 측정도구들을 활용하여 이들의 일반적인 특성과 업무 스트레스, 업무 만족, 치매 및 인간중심 보호와 관련된 인식과 태도를 조사하여 그 결과를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 노인시설 종사자들의 급여수준이 낮고 근무시간이 길며 업무 부담이 과중한 상태인 것으로 나타났다. 치매 및 인간중심 보호와 관련된 종사자들의 인식수준은 높은 편이었으나, 업무 만족 수준이 낮았고 노인에 대한 보호 제공 및 업무환경과 관련된 스트레스가 높게 나타났다. 노인장기요양보험제도 시행을 앞두고 노인에게 사회적 보호를 제공할 전문 인력의 원활한 수급과 전문성 향상, 보호의 질 제고를 위하여 노인시설 종사인력에 대한 처우 개선과 인력 확충, 중장년기 인력 활용, 노인시설 종사인력에 대한 전문적 훈련과 교육 강화, 노인시설에서의 인간중심 보호 방식의 도입과 실천이 필요함을 제시하였다.
