Purpose - The study investigates the history, production methods, market scale, and distribution of the traditional liquors of three countries: South Korean sokokju, Chinese shaoxing-chiew, and Japanese sake. These have similar production methods, being made from rice or cereal, cores of their respective food industries. Research design, data, and methodology - The study investigated the history of the three liquors, liquor classification in the three countries, and production methods. It examined the scale of the traditional liquor market and these countries' distribution structure. Results - Brand cognition of traditional liquors is affected by a focus on wellbeing and LOHAS (lifestyle of health and sustainability). Promotion and marketing strategies along with a high quality image, shelf life of draft liquor, traditional liquor identification systems, and high taxes on traditional liquor, and the need for continuous R&D and training of professionals all impacted the industry. Conclusions - These countries play important roles in world trade, seeking economic integration. By forming a free trade agreement (FTA), their traditional liquors, with a proud history, can be jointly branded in the world market.

In hospitals and pharmacies, the distribution of medicines is an important part. Any mistakes, misses, fake medicines and expired medicines can cause medical accidents. With the widespread application of the Internet of Things technology (IoT), traditional drug distribution methods need to be upgraded. This article proposes a drug distribution management scheme based on the Internet of Things technology. In the production of drugs, a flexible RFID tag was printed on the packaging box, which stored a series of information such as drug name, dosage, raw materials, efficacy, production date, expiration date, and manufacturer. The use of a drug distribution management system combined with RFID readers can identify drug information and effectively prevent the occurrence of erroneous, missed, counterfeit, and expired drugs. It can also improve management efficiency, reduce management costs, and control management risks. Through the circuit design and software system development, the test results show that this solution is effective and feasible, the proposed method can achieve the expected results.

In this paper, we propose a stochastic LP model for determining an optimal input quantity in a single-product multi-stage production system with random yields. Due to the random yields in our model, each stage of the production system can result in defective items, which can be re-processed or scrapped at certain costs. We assume that the random yield at each stage follows an independent discrete empirical distribution. Compared to dynamic programming models that prevail in the literature, our model can easily handle problems of larger sizes.

Recently, it has become a matter of importance concerning a distribution system of the fisheries products in our day, Especially, this paper disregards the fact of changes in demand and distribution system for fisheries products under the period of the high economic growth in Japan. The commercial capital of fisheries products has been modernized by the development of the public market place. The distribution system of fisheries products will rather play an important role than now. In this state, this study is to introduce the development of fish market theroy and attempts to explan the market trends in the production in Japan.

In general, the distribution structure of marine products is very vulnerable to the uncertainties in the process from the production to the sale, and a lot of difficulty is thus inevitable in the supply control. Such a distribution structure is a very critical issue in securing the suability of marine products through systematic quality and hygiene control of marine products, and it is thus time to discuss the method to innovate and restructuring the distribution structure of marine products. From this point of view, this study approached the flow from production to consumption in view of SCM(supply chain management) beyond the partial discussion conducted so far for the distribution structure in the field of marine products. Further, this study suggested the establishment of electronic commerce systems with a traceability system built in RFID for marine products as an alternative of redesigning distribution infrastructure in the ubiquitous environment. From the results, we assured that such an electronic commerce system would be a new measure to improve the structure currently causing inefficiency and excessive distribution cost for the distribution structure of marine products.

국내농산물에 대한 원산지 확인 및 각 프로세스별 정보의 관리는 수입개방여파와 더불어 다양한 소비자계층의 다양한 기호를 충족시켜 줄 수 있는 안심하고 질 좋은 제품을 최종 소비자에게 전달하기 위한 시스템 구축에 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 이는 생산 농가에서 가공, 처리, 판매 단계에서 발생하는 많은 정보들이 원천데이터의 생성에서부터 판매단계까지의 정보가 잘 관리되고 있지 않다는 현실이 식품의 안전을 확인하는데 문제를 발생시키는바 생산이력정보시스템의 구축의 필요성을 야기하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 축산물의 생산에서 가공, 처리, 유통, 판매 과정에서 발생하는 각 프로세스별 관련 정보를 관리 처리할 수 있는 생산이력시스템(Traceability System)에 대한 국내외 사례와 일반 생산농가를 대상으로 한 시스템 구축과 도입방안에 대해 살펴보았다.

S plastic injection molding factory located at Namdong Industrial Complex in Incheon produces plastic parts for semiconductor, vacuum cleaners, office furniture, etc. It produces the parts to customers' order and delivers them directly to customers at due dates using the trucks of freight company. In recent years, it has been suffered from the excessive production cost, high lost sales rate, rigid response to customers' order, and high delivery cost, which affect negatively on its profit. This paper introduces a case study on the profit increase through a newly proposed production and distribution method which applies a make-to-stock and multi-visit delivery strategy at S plastic injection molding factory. The proposed method is evaluated by comparing with the current method with respect to sales profit using the historical data of customer demand. It is confirmed through the computational experiments that the proposed production and distribution method yields almost double increase in profit resulted from the increased production, reduced lost sales, reduced production cost, and reduced delivery cost.

다엽의 생산은 기후나 지리적인 특성을 가지고 있다. 이같은 생산의 특징은 북차가 전라 남북도, 제주도, 경상남도의 농민에게는 유리한 소득작목으로 기회가 주어지고 있다. 다엽 의 생산을 통하여 생산자는 소득개발작목으로 생산시스템을 개발하고, 소비자는 문화적인 삶의 질을 향상시키는 효율적인 소비시스템을 모색하는 과점을 통하여 유통시스템의 변화 와 발전을 고찰하고자 한다. 생산과 소비의 시스템 변화에 대응하여 유통시스템은 단순히 생산된 것을 유통시키거나 구색을 변환하여 유통시키는 방법에 더하며, 소비자의 요구를 생산자측에 전달하여 신제품 의 개발을 촉진하는 매개로서의 역할을 수행해야한다. 또한 유통시스템은 공급이 수요를 창조하는 새로운 매커니즘으로의 역할이 강조되고 있다.

The United States is Korea's important trading partner, ranking third (13.7%) in exports of fishery products in Korea. The impact on exports to the United States is expected to be significant if the seafood import provisions under the MMPA are implemented in 2024 accordingly. It is expected that documents proving production information will be required for all items when exporting to the U.S. Therefore, this study attempted to examine the current status of exports and exporters in order to understand the actual conditions of major fishery products exported to the United States. Besides, there are currently no official system and procedures in Korea to prove production information for all fishery items, so we tried to suggest implications by examining distribution channels for major export items to the U.S. In this study, five items including seaweed and halibut as domestic aquaculture items, tuna and squid as deep-sea fishing items, and fish cake using imported raw materials were selected as the target items for distribution channel investigation. In addition, this study is meaningful in that it investigated the routes from production to processing, distribution, and export of each item and identified detailed distribution channel for major items exported to the U.S.
