  • Frefab Construction known for durable construction skill prompting high productivity in developed country is not yet settled in Korea. This situation of prefab construction results from lack of skill, specialists and quality control. In introducing skill, all equipments are thoughtlessly imported without inside eudeavor for development. Regardless of production of goods, basic study for production of goods, construction and structure is not abailable. The object of this study is curing method in the production process of PC concrete product. From change of curing temperature and curing period which would be factors of product quality in PC concrete production, and research of optimized steam curing condition from relations between curing condition and strength development, basic data of concrete steam curing method will be presented.

  • Can examine cause that the construction industry is faced in crisis of skill exhaustion in two sides. One is the tribe of actuality production manpower by entry evasion and graying of young man class specially new manpower to the tribe of skill manpower. Another is qualitative decline of skill manpower. Generally, problem of the systematic knowledge tribe and the picking up tribe about new technology etc, exists because learn skill for shoulder beyond in spot. In cutting phenomenon of skill that is depended on personal relationships availability with skilled worker in hereafter, problem that worker who is old or enter through rain skilled worker does not learn all life skill is detected. These problems institute entry of young man class and necessity of systematic vocational education training specially new human strength strongly. This study does presentation of way to promote construction industry entry of young man class and improvement way of vocational education training system that can do to train these by function manpower by purpose.

기계 시스템 생산 작업관리자 직무 분석에 의한 안전직무교육 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of Safety Duty Education According to Production Manager Job Analysis in the Mechanical System)

  • As the demand for automation (or autonmation) or clean workplace has grown, the interest in the knowledge and skill regarding safety is rising in manager duty. Moreover, the importance of severity rate of injury has increased due to the enlargement of industry scale, even safety management area has developed. Thus, it is important that production managers, the core of the line process, realize the safety in their production line, even if a safety manager acts as a staff. However, in the duty oriented National Competency Standard (NCS), the education about the safety duty of production management part is insufficient. According to NCS, it is calculated production managers receive only 6.7% of whole safety education regarding the duty related the safety management for production manager in mechanical industry. However, the ability in safety is more demanded from production managers as the concept of "production and safety" turns into the concept of "production with safety". And then in this paper, we will compare and analyze the safety management duty in Korean NCS and the safety management duty in State Leaders Connecting Learning to Work in US manufacturing industry, in terms of the duty of the production manage in mechanical industry (05). And, we will develop the safety duty education system for production manager, by classifying the safety education in domestic mechanical industry into knowledge education, skill education, and attitude education with using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).

Consomme의 주재료와 생산량에 따른 아미노산 조성과 기호도 조사 (The free amino acid components and examinations on the preference of Consomme by main ingredient and yield)

  • This study compared the characteristics of consomme prepared by homeskill(Consomme A) and quantity food production skill(Consomme B) as well as by the main ingredients of Consomme. The highest portion of amino acids in Consomme was arginine, followed by glutamic acid and alanine. In sensory evaluation, Consomme A prepared with chicken meat and Consomme B with mixed beef & chicken were most preferred. This result showed that higher total amino acid content gave better sensory scores. There was a significant correlation between the turbidity of sensory evaluation and the color b value. Turbidity and viscosity of instrumental measurement were also significantly correlated.

  • To develope a domestic machinery industry, international competition through reducing cost by increasing productivity is as important as evolving technology and increasing quality. In this study, we have studied in application of GT technology. GT is a skill that acquires high productivity using part's resemblance for multi part and small size production like mass production. We have classified group, such as design, layout and the others, to be applied systematically. The design group includes retrieval for drawings and study for GT design. The layout group includes GT layout, analysis of production process and study for composition method. And others include scheduling, standardization and standard process.

A Study on Smart Factory Construction Method for Efficient Production Management in Sewing Industry

  • In the era of the fourth industrial revolution, many production plants are gradually evolving into smart factories that apply information and communication technology to manufacturing, distribution, production, and quality management. The conversion from conventional factories to smart factories has resulted in the automation of production sites using the internet and the internet of things (IoT) technology. Thus, labor-intensive production can easily collect necessary information. However, implementing a smart factory required a significant amount of time, effort, and money. In particular, labor-intensive production industries are not automated, and productivity is determined by human skill. A representative industry of such industries is sewing the industry. In the sewing industry, wherein productivity is determined by the operator's skills. This study suggests that production performance, inventory management and product delivery of the sewing industries can be managed efficiently with existing production method by using smart buttons incorporating IoT functions, without using automated machinery.

조선시대(朝鮮時代) 자고(煮?) 생산과정(生産過程) - 동해안(東海岸)(영해(寧海))을 중심(中心)으로 - (Salt Production on the Young-Hea of Eastern Coast in Yi-dynasty)

  • In order to survey the traditional salt production at the eastern coast, Young-Hae, in Yi-dynasty, data of salt production were collected through interviewing with whom had received the skill from ancestors and analyzed the data. The results obtained were as follows. Salt-producer take the salt water containing much salt and then he transported the salt-water by having water buckets an back in with using the water-toting device (Mul ji ge). Finally he carried out the irrigation (Mul dae gi) to a ditch (Dorang). It is noteworthy that the East-sea salt production method was not selecting a method of salt-pond style with a bank for salt production but using the salt water transportation fashion without a bank for that. Judging from these facts, we could conclude that traditional salt production method was handed down into the Yi-dynasty from ancient times.

Analysis of management status of chestnut cultivation in Chungcheongnam-do

  • In this study, we attempted to estimate the degree of management of chestnut forestry households in Chungcheongnam-do and to provide information for establishing chestnut cultivation-related policies. The chestnut management standard diagnostic table consists of three major categories, namely, management base, management and sales capacity, and production technology levels, along with 19 subcategories. A survey of 309 chestnut forestry households was conducted from 2014 to 2019 in Gongju, Cheongyang, and Buyeo in Chungcheongnam-do. The average score for the 19 subcategories was 65.7 points, indicating that these areas have excellent management conditions. When the total score was higher, the output per hectare and the rate of top-grade products in the total output were also higher, indicating a significant correlation. These findings will be useful for providing consulting services to chestnut growers as they highlight the correlation between the higher scores of the indicators in the chestnut management standard diagnostic table and the management performance of the farmers. We found that the scores of the indicators for management and sale skill, such as management record and analysis, material purchase, and direct transaction with consumers, were relatively lower than those of the indicators for management base and production skill. It is assumed that the chestnut growers aging has led to negligence in recording details on incomes, expenditures, and work and lowered the willingness to make substantial profits. Therefore, it is essential to overcome these problems for profitable chestnut farming.

멀티미디어 제작을 통한 초등 정보영재교육에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Elementary Information Gifted Children through Production of Multimedia)

  • 초등 정보영재교육에서 멀티미디어 제작을 통한 교육은 교육 대상인 초등학생의 발달 단계라는 점과 교육 목적이 창의적 문제해결력 신장이 되어야 한다는 점에서 유용성을 찾아 볼 수 있다. 그러므로 본 연구는 현재 초등 정보영재교육의 문제점에 대한 대안으로 멀티미디어 제작을 교육내용으로 제시하고 영재교육모형인 과정-산출모형을 적용하여 교육내용을 개발하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 특히, 초등 정보영재아동의 특성을 살린 기능 교육방법을 제시하여 그 특수성을 부각시켰으며 이를 적용하여 교육현장에 투입할 수 있는 실질적인 교육자료를 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 정보영재교육을 영재교육의 입장에서 풀어갈 필요가 있다는 것을 명확히 하고 초등 정보영재의 교육내용으로 멀티미디어 제작이라는 새로운 시각을 제시하였다.

산학연계(기업.공고) 맞춤형 인력양성 프로그램 수료근로자의 취업 후 초기 2년간 습숙경험 (Skill-up experiences of ex-participants of the customized training program in Technical High Schools for Small and Medium Business during first 2 years in Company)

  • 이 연구는 산학(기업 공고) 연계 맞춤형 인력양성 프로그램(이하 '맞춤과정')을 수료하고 입직하여 2년 정도 근무한 수료근로자 3명을 인터뷰하여 그들의 취업 후 습숙경험을 분석한 것이다. 연구자는 2008년 선행된 경력설계 연구를 기반으로 초기습숙의 과정을 의존적 근로자에서 독립적 근로자로 이행하는 단계로 보고, 맞춤과정 수료근로자가 현장에 배치된 이후 약 2년간 어떤 습숙경험을 하는지에 초점을 두고 면담하고, 그 내용을 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업이 신입자의 습숙을 돕기 위해 실시하는 안내 및 교육으로서는 회사의 역사 및 현황, 근무수칙, 안전 등을 담은 신입사원 교육, 여러 작업 실무현장의 '맛 보이기', 사수-조수관계 맺어주기, 매뉴얼 및 직무기준 제시 등이었다. 이는 '통과의례' 같은 것으로서 습숙의 기본적인 디딤돌이 된다. 둘째, 습숙을 이끌어가는 상호작용과 자기성찰로서 구조화되어 있는 질책, 구성원간 유대, 경험의 누적과 성찰을 통한 깊은 학습 등이 있었다. 공식적 조치에 의해 안면을 익힌 신입자는 선임자의 질책을 받으며 상당기간(1-2년) 험난한 인고의 과정을 거쳐 질책을 받지 않고 스스로 일을 할 수 있는 수준에 이른다. 수직적 위계질서보다 수평적 유대가 강조되는 조직에서는 쉽게 경험을 공유한다. 그리고 제보자는 자신의 경험을 돌아보아 적응하기, 조직에서 살아남기, 발견한 기술을 함께 공유하고 성장하기와 같은 것을 학습하였다. 셋째, 습숙에 장애가 되는 환경 여건으로는 신입자의 습숙에 대한 숙련자의 경계, 장시간 근로와 여유시간의 결핍, 저임금 등이 있었다. 일반적으로 숙련자들은 신입자에게 경계의식을 갖고 자신이 가지고 있는 암묵지를 노출시키려고 하지 않는다. 그러나 수평적 유대가 강조되는 조직에서는 서로 쉽게 기술을 공유한다. 단순 기술과 저임금의 기업특수기술도 습숙동기를 유발하지 못한다. 연구결과는 맞춤과정 개발시 협약기업이 제시하는 직무뿐 아니라 그 직무수행자들을 위한 습숙지원제도 및 과정 등에 대해서도 분석하여 반영해야 함을 시사한다.
