The nutritional value of feed proteins and their utilization by livestock are related not only to the chemical composition but also to the structure of feed proteins, but few studies thus far have investigated the relationship between the structure of feed proteins and their solubility as well as digestibility in monogastric animals. To address this question we analyzed soybean meal, fish meal, corn distiller's dried grains with solubles, corn gluten meal, and feather meal by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy to determine the protein molecular spectral band characteristics for amides I and II as well as ${\alpha}$-helices and ${\beta}$-sheets and their ratios. Protein solubility and in vitro digestibility were measured with the Kjeldahl method using 0.2% KOH solution and the pepsin-pancreatin two-step enzymatic method, respectively. We found that all measured spectral band intensities (height and area) of feed proteins were correlated with their the in vitro digestibility and solubility ($p{\leq}0.003$); moreover, the relatively quantitative amounts of ${\alpha}$-helices, random coils, and ${\alpha}$-helix to ${\beta}$-sheet ratio in protein secondary structures were positively correlated with protein in vitro digestibility and solubility ($p{\leq}0.004$). On the other hand, the percentage of ${\beta}$-sheet structures was negatively correlated with protein in vitro digestibility (p<0.001) and solubility (p = 0.002). These results demonstrate that the molecular structure characteristics of feed proteins are closely related to their in vitro digestibility at 28 h and solubility. Furthermore, the ${\alpha}$-helix-to-${\beta}$-sheet ratio can be used to predict the nutritional value of feed proteins.

Changes of a port's market share in the exports of domestic ports result from many interrelated factors. Therefore, the analysis of the export performance of a port should be put in perspective by analysing long periods to identify trends. This paper aims to show the development of competitiveness, product and geographical structure of the Busan Port's merchandise exports from 1995 to 2012 using constant-market shares (CMS) analysis. This article is relevant for Busan port because its export market shares have been showing disappointing path. The dynamic consideration of the CMS analysis, which the static indicators have been replaced by time series, helps to track all changes in the export structure and competitiveness of the Busan port over time. The long-term trend of the indicators suggests that it may be very hard for the Busan port to maintain its market share in the global environment. The advantage in competitiveness of the Busan port has vanished and the product and geographical structure effects show negative trends after 1995, pointing to vulnerability in the Busan port's exports.

In order to have market competitiveness in local and global areas, Domestic Marine Leisure Industry business, which is a latecomer in the Marine Leisure industry, should retain a strong market adaptability by reducing time and cost that are required for work of planning, designing, and preparation for product development. To meet above requirements, it is essential that integrated system control extensive marine leisure industry. After ensuring integrated information by figuring out the systematic link between related-industries, the core of this research is to secure information classifications that are not just in the flow of simple serial order, but in that of integration and object-oriented information classifications. For this end, we examine other similar cases in industries using real information system applied to industrial production and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM), Digital Manufacturing (DM) and applying the same methodology to review practical application in order to construct the information system, and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), compared with the case studies. Through this basic task for the marine leisure industry classification system configuration (Work Breakdown Structure, WBS) and utilizing information of driving real companies of marine leisure industry, a unique area of MLWBS (Marine Leisure Work Breakdown Structure, MLWBS) is configured. This Marine Leisure Work Breakdown Structure can be used in various areas of applications like products, design information, engineering, production, purchasing, sales, marketing, AS, utilizing various forms of customer support.

In this paper, we studied the modeling methods of initial ship structure design results using ship structure product model for concurrent engineering in shipbuilding industry. We suggested two modeling methods which are programming method using CAD commands and Macros for primary structure members. Also, we investigated three modeling procedures which are modeling procedure in unit concept, modeling procedure using version control, and modeling procedure for computer aided process planning. We demonstrated how to use the structure product modeling results in some application fields. Finally, we proposed some ideas for future research.

Grating is an installed structure on the road for drain. This paper proposes a new product which can prevent the accumulation of earth and sand through the improvement of Grating structure. There were usually harmful insects and bad smell because of accumulated garbage in the frame of previous product. The whole thing of the existing. This study is to separate grating from body. Also body structure consists of frame and box for collecting sewage. Thus, earth and sewage are prevented from accumulating in the drain main hole. The contents of this study is designed safely after structure analysis and vibration shape analysis about new products.

This study was to examine the service and the product evaluation factors of Korean internet fashion shopping malls and to suggest marketing implications for Korean internet fashion shopping malls wanting to expand into the Chinese market. This study conducted a questionnaire survey for college female students in Qingdao, China, who have shopped at Korean internet shopping malls, and 310 surveys were used in the final analysis, frequency analysis, factorial analysis, and regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows. First, Most of the respondents answered that they found the Korean internet fashion shopping malls through the internet, and the most purchased item was outer clothing. Second, the system stability and web site structure excellence factors had a positive influence on the service satisfaction for the shopping mall 'S', while the system satisfaction, service efficiency, interactivity and web site structure excellence factors had positive influences on service satisfaction for the shopping mall 'P', and the system satisfaction, service efficiency, interactivity factors had positive influences on service satisfaction for the shopping mall 'N'. Third, examining the correlation between product satisfaction for the shopping mall 'S', 'P', and 'N' with fashion product evaluation factors showed that, design factors and quality excellence factors of the three shopping malls had positive influences on product satisfaction. The results of this research provide useful information in forming an efficient operating system and improving marketing strategies for internet fashion shopping malls planning to enter or having already entered the Chinese market.

Product Life cycle Management (PLM) is an indispensable tool for manufactures to develop competitive products in an efficient way. This enlarges the number of participants for product development who should understand PLM for their supporting activities. However, burdens for developing example products, maintaining complex PLM systems and training prerequisite skills for engineering tools such as CAD systems prohibit an efficient introductory course to PLM. This paper proposes a comprehensive introductory course to PLM that bases on general product development process. In addition, it enables participants to build their example products with familiar Lego blocks and to construct 3D CAD assembly models by using predefined 3D elements. The PLM system for the course provides an intuitive and simple user environment for participants to specify their parts lists, associated 3D CAD models, and product structure of example products. Experiences on a class of the course show it is a valid and efficient education and training method for the PLM introduction.

The objectives of this study were to analysis satisfaction and additional cost scale about environmental-friendly agri-product school meal program. To analysis satisfaction about environmental-friendly agri-product (EFAP), parent' survey were conducted residing in Cheonan city. The sample size of the survey is 304 respectively. As a result, parents of students recognized that EFAP is good for their children as well as they really want to change food material from general agri-product to EFAP. Therefore, environmental-friendly agri-policy to be more focused on consumption behavior and food security needs. In order to perfectly change food material to EFAP, about l trillion won will be additionally needed. It means that the market demand of EFAP will be dramatically increased. On the other hand, safe school meal program is one of the most important in a child's life, vital for proper growth and development.

In this paper we consider the element-wise (Hadamard) product (or sum) of elliptic divisibility sequences and study the periodic structure of these sequences. We obtain that the element-wise product (or sum) of elliptic divisibility sequences are periodic modulo a prime p like linear recurrence sequences. Then we study periodicity properties of product sequences. We generalize our results to the case of modulo $p^l$ for some prime p > 3 and positive integer l. Finally we consider the p-adic behavior of product sequences and give a generalization of [9, Theorem 4].

With the recent trends of electronic commerce moving from B2C to B2B, Collaborative Product Commerce (CPC) is widely adopted as a part of B2B in the virtual collaborative environment. This paper proposes an integrated CPC framework supporting collaborative works between businesses by sharing product data and collaborative process between global enterprises and their customers, who are related to product life cycle, and integrating application systems in order to realize a true B2B electronic commerce. To integrate into a loosely coupled structure, various web service technologies such as XML, SOAP, WSDL and UDDI are utilized as its fundamentals and on that basis, a CPC integration framework is implemented through the Internet to support real-time operation providing interoperability among all the different applications operated on various platforms which have been developed using different languages and adopted by different companies.
