디자인된 결과가 얼마나 만족스럽게 디자인되었는지에 대한 평가는 디자인과정에 있어 필수적인 단계이다. 하지만 디자인 평가는 다른 부분에 비해 무시되어 온 측면이 있고, 또한 보통 디자이너의 주관적인 판단에 의하여 이루어졌기 때문에, 체계적인 방법론의 개발에 있어서는 별다른 관심을 얻지 못하였다. 본 연구에서는 퍼지이론과 다기준의사결정모델을 적용한 디자인 평가방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법은 두 개의 단계로 구성되어지는데, 첫 번째 단계는 디자인 평가기준의 상대적 중요도를 구하는 단계이고, 두 번째 단계는 각 기준에 대한 디자인 점수를 부여하고 그 점수를 통합하는 단계이다. 디자인 평가기준들의 상대적 중요도를 나타내는 가중치를 구하기 위하여 분석계층과정이 적용되었고, 각 기준들에 대한 제품의 디자인 점수를 구하기 위해서는 퍼지이론이 적용되었다. 본 연구에서 제안된 방법을 제품의 디자인 평가에 효과적으로 활용될 수 있음을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of relationship commitment on the female customer's future behavioral intention in relation to the criteria of evaluating cyber stores in internet shopping malls. This study used questionnaire and judgment sampling to survey consumers who have bought product in internet shopping malls. The respondents were 329 women from their twenties to fifties. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA, regression and Duncan test. The results were as follows: 1. The evaluative criteria of cyber stores were product characteristics of the store, convenience and trust, and promotion and information provision. 2. There were significant differences in relationship commitment among groups according to differences of cyber store evaluation criteria. 3. The dimensions of relationship commitment were affective commitment, calculus commitment and normative commitment. 4. Relationship commitment was found to have a significant effect on the customer's future behavioral intention. Especially, affective commitment was shown to have a significant effect on the future behavioral intention.

본 연구는 명화 활용 방식(변형 vs. 재해석)과 상호작용성 수준(고 vs. 저)을 독립변인으로, '제품 속성 기억정보(PRM: Product-Related Memory)'와 '광고 이미지 관련 기억정보(IRM: Image Related Memory)', 광고태도(Aad)를 종속 변인으로 하는 Two-Way MANOVA 분석을 통해 실험연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구는 명화를 활용한 마케팅이 증가하고 있으나 기억과 태도 간의 구조적 관계를 실증적으로 규명하고자 한다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 변형 광고의 경우 상호작용성이 낮으면 광고 이미지 관련 기억정보(IRM)가 더 많이 기억되어 판단에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 재해석 광고의 경우 상호작용성 수준과 상관없이 제품 속성 관련 기억정보들이 낮은 수준으로 기억되는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 명화 활용 광고에 대한 광고 태도는 변형 광고는 상호작용성 수준이 낮은 경우 긍정적인 태도가 형성되었으나 상호작용성 수준이 높으면 재해석 광고의 태도가 긍정적이었다.

일반적인 제품의 사용에 있어서 사용자에게 촉각 단서를 주요 판단 근거로 제공했을 경우 보다 안전하고 편리한 조작을 행하는 경우가 적지 않다. 이러한 인식을 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 제품디자인 및 제품의 물리적 인터페이스의 구성에 있어서 중요한 요소로서 작용을 할 전자제품 조작 버튼의 촉각적 변별 요소 파악을 위한 기초 연구 방법의 구현을 목표로 수행되었다.이를 위하여 문헌연구를 통하여 기초 자료를 분석 하였고 이를 바탕으로 실험을 설계 하였다. 그 후 설계된 실험을 수행하였고, 그 실험 결과를 분석 종합 하였다. 이러한 연구는 제품디자인의 주요 구성 요소인 형태전개에 있어서 객관적인 준거기준확보의 의미가 있으며 촉각지향적인 객관적 정보 추출 방법 개발이라는 또 다른 의미를 포함한다고 볼 수 있다.

According to the review and analysis of medical cases that are assigned to the Supreme Court and all local High Court in 2011 and that are presented in the media, it was found that the following categories were taken seriously, medical and pharmaceutical product liability, the third principle of trust between medical institutions, negligence and causation estimation, responsibility limit, the meaning of medical records and related judgment of disturbed substantiation, Oriental doctors' duties to explain the procedures, IMS events, whether one can claim for each medical care operated by non-physician health care institutions to the nonmedical domain in the National Health Insurance Corporation, and the basis of norms for each claim. In the cases related to medical pharmaceutical product liability, Supreme Court alleviated burden of proof for accidents with medical and pharmaceutical products prior to the practice of Product Liability Law and onset the point of negative prescription as the time of damage strikes to condition feasibility of the specific situation. In the cases related to the 3rd principle of trust between medical institutions, the Supreme Court refused to sentence the doctor who has trusted the judgment of the same third-party doctors the violations of the care duty. With respect to proof of a causal relationship and damages in a medical negligence case, the Supreme Court decided that it is unjust to deny negligence by the materials of causal relationship rejecting the original verdict and clarified that the causal relationship shall not deny the reasons to limit doctors' responsibilities. In order not put burden on patients with disadvantages in which medical records and the description of the practice or the most fundamental and important evidence to prove negligence and causation are being neglected, the Supreme Court admitted in the hospital's responsibility for the case of the neonate death of suffocation without properly listed fetal heart rate and uterine contraction monitor. On the other hand, the Seoul Western District Court has admitted alimony for altering and forging medical records. With respect to doctors' obligations to description, the Supreme Court decided that it is necessary to explain the foreseen risks by the combination of oriental and western medicines emphasizing the right of patient's self-determination. However, questions have arisen whether it is realistically feasible or not. In a case of an unlicensed doctor performing intramuscular stimulation treatment (IMS), the Supreme Court put off its decision if it was an unlicensed medical practice as to put limitation of eastern and western medical practices, but it declared that IMS practice was an acupuncture treatment therefore the plaintiff's conduct being an illegal act. In the future, clear judgment on this matter should be made. With respect to the claim of bills from non-physical health care institutions, the Supreme Court decided to void it for the implementation of the arrangement is contrary to the commitments made in the medical law and therefore, it is invalid to claim. In addition, contrast to the private healthcare professionals, who are subject to redemption according to the National Healthcare Insurance Law, the Seoul High Court explicitly confirmed that the non-professionals who receive the tort operating profit must return the unjust enrichment and have the liability for damages. As mentioned above, a relatively wide range of topics were discussed in medical field of 2011. In Korea's health care environment undergoing complex changes day by day, it is expected to see more diverse and in-depth discussions striding out to the development in the field of health care.

When most manufacturing company produce grinding product operators decide grinding condition by experience and subjective judgment. The study on grinding manufacture have been developed to get the grinding condition with the same result when non-experienced or experienced worker work. The objective of this study is to develope the grinding condition and predict the result of grinding by neural network. Several discussions were made in following areas as; getting MRR with image processing, the architecture optimization of neural network with experiment design, analysis of the input neurons using sensitivity approach. The results showed that the developed approach was the best method in predicting grinding condition with respect to surface finish quality.

In the consumer products industry, it has been highly desirable to develop objective test methods to replace subjective evaluation methods. In developing an objective test method, subjective evaluation data should be on a linear scale. According to Thurstone's theory of comparative judgment, a%-preference from a paired-comparison test can be converted to a linear-scale value. The required number (N) of paired-comparison tests increases dramatically as the number of products increases. This problem should be solved by classifying the total products into several subgroups consisting of 3-4 products in each group. By doing so, it can not only significantly reduce the number of required paired-comparison tests, but it can also obtain more reliable, reproducible data.

소방호스의 밀착강도 시험방법을 개선하기 위하여 5개국(한국, 미국, 영국, 중국, 일본), 7개의 기술기준(KOFEIS, UL, FM, NFPA, BS, 중국기술기준, JIS, 일본검정기술기준)을 비교 고찰하고, 국내에서 생산되는 소방호스를 무작위로 발췌하여 밀착강도시험을 실시하였다. 밀착강도시험 및 기술기준 비교 고찰을 통하여 밀착강도시험은 소방호스의 호칭별로 시험시료의 크기와 박리시험속도 및 판정기준을 세분화함으로서 소방호스의 밀착강도를 개선시킬 수 있다는 결론을 얻었다.

In the forging operation of large ingot two break-down process are upsetting and cogging. The first purpose of upsetting is to ensure sufficient forging ratio for subsequent cogging operations and consolidate the voids along the centerline. The second purpose is related to improve the physical properties for a final product. Voids which are generated during the casting process can be one of the decisive defects of materials. So it is necessary to know the standard of Judgment for void-closure in upsetting operation. In practical conditions, FEM analysis(DEFORM 2D 8.1) was carried out to decide how much effective strain has influence on void-closure. It is finally suggested that the function consists of the effective strain of analysis data and the area rate of void.

In this study, a optimal design on the hood automotive using eco-friendly natural fiber composites is performed. The hood of an automobile is determined by dividing the Inner panel shape through optimization phase to outer panel and inner panel. It was performed to optimize the size of the thickness of the inner panel and the outer panel by applying a flax/epoxy composite materials. The optimized shape was evaluated for weight-lightening, stability and the pedestrian collision safety. Through the resin flow analysis are confirmed to molding possibility judgment of product.
