경영시스템 도입 중소기업의 품질이행율 향상을 위한 품질기록 관리운영의 표준화 사례연구 (Introduction of Management System Case Study on Standardization of Quality Record Management to Improve Quality Performance Rate of SMEs)

  • Purpose: In an infinite market competition, companies are adopting management systems to gain a competitive advantage. The expectancy effect of the management system is management performance improvement and accurate measurements. These can be made through quality records with integrity and maintainability. This paper examines the operation of records management standards, which are records, storage and management standards for quality records to understand the needs of records management standards and empathize with their needs. Methods: This paper examines PEC's (Pields Engineering Co., Ltd.) specific processes and standards for integrating individual management systems and establishing records management standards. We also look at the specific features of the Search Tool and Document Storage Management Standards that support records management standards. Results: The integration process of PEC's individual management system consists of five steps. A PDCA-based process was established to erode the confusion and inefficiencies caused by overlap between individual management systems. Also, by accurately grasping corporate competence, PEC established a record management standard suitable for the characteristics of the company. PEC's records management standards are used as a useful standard for organizing quality records, and have an impact on management performance improvement. Conclusion: PEC's records management standards enable the verification of quality performance rates and performance measures. Companies can implement appropriate quality improvement strategies based on the numbers identified by introducing records management standards. Companies can succeed in improving management performance when operating quality management that combines performance measurement techniques and records management standards.

기본의학교육 평가인증기준의 사회적 책무성 반영 수준 분석 (Analysis of the degree of social accountability in accreditation standards for basic medical education)

  • According to the World Health Organization, for medical schools to fulfill their obligation of social accountability, it is necessary for medical education, research, and service areas to ref lect the healthcare system's relevance, quality, cost-effectiveness, and equity. This study utilized Boelen and Heck's (1995) social accountability grid model to analyze the degree to which the Accreditation Standards of Korean Institute of Medical Education and Evaluation 2019 (ASK2019) standards apply the World Federation for Medical Education's (WFME) standards. The social accountability characteristics of the former were compared to those of the WFME, the Liaison Committee on Medical Education, and the Australian Medical Council. Experts with experience and certification in medical education and evaluation classified the ASK2019 standards according to the grid model, evaluated social accountability perspectives, and categorized them according to the process, content, and outcome. Of the 92 standards, 61 (66.30%) were selected as social accountability standards; these encompassed all areas. There was a particular focus on outcome-related areas, such as "mission and outcomes," "student assessment," "educational evaluation," and "continuous improvement." Education and quality were the most common (33, 54.11%), followed by 18 standards related to education and relevance. However, the standards on cost effectiveness and equity corresponding to education, research, and service were significantly insufficient. As a result of classification using a logic model, many criteria were incorporated into the process, producing results similar to those of international accreditation institutions. Therefore, to fulfill medical schools' social accountability, it is necessary to develop cost effectiveness and equity standards with reference to grid models and expand them beyond education to include research and service areas. Developing content and outcome standards is also required.

신경외과 중환자 간호의 질평가 도구개발 (Development of an evaluation tool for the quality of nursing care in neurosurgical intensive care unit patients)

  • To meet standards for high quality of care and satisfied customers, an evaluation tool about nursing care is necessary. And, We need to evaluate our practice continuously for the improvement in quality and outcomes. This study was intended to develop an evaluation tool about nursing care in NSICU, and was progressed of 3 steps; development, content validity verification and reliability verification. Data were obtained and analysed from Feb. To April, 2000. Development process of the study was as follows A preliminary list was made item by item on the basis of clinical Experience, literature review and patients' record review. Then the standards, criteria and indicators of preliminary evaluation tool were set by 5 clinical nursing panel, and their content validity was reviewed by 27 ICU nurses. Finally, an evaluation tool was developed and verified the reliability at c-university hospital located in Kwang-Ju. The results of this was as follows 1) The evaluation tool of this study developed 8 standards, 39 criterias and 106 indicators. The standards were divided into two dimensions. One was process dimension which contained 4 standards(26 criteria), The other was outcome dimension which contained 4 standards(13 criteria). 2) the Average content validity of the tool was 3.39 at standards, 3.55 at criteria and 3.51 at indicators. 3) Interrater reliability of the tool is r=.7993(p<.001) & internal consistency reliability ${\alpha}$ is .6031 4) Scores of NSICU Patients who participated in this study were 57 at total mean score, 58 at process mean score and 56 at outcome mean score The evaluation tool developed in this study seems to be useful in evaluation nursing practice appropriately for the improvement of nursing care in NSICU. I hope that this evaluation tool can be used effectively in NSICU as an intervention for the improvement of quality control.

우리나라 기업의 산업표준 획득과 기술개발과의 관계 (The Relationship between Industrial Standards Acquisition and the Technological Development of Korean Enterprises)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify in two aspects the relationship between standardization activities and technological development at the firm level. The first aspect is to analyze the relationship between the current Korean industrial standards system and the firm's technological development vis-a-vis quality standards. The analysis reveals that even if Korean firms recognize the importance of standards, the level of product quality of the KS mark is still lower compared to the average world level. The survey also reveals that the reasons for acquiring ISO and KS marks are mainly aimed at enforcing company image and increasing quality management mind, rather than to foster technological innovation. The second aspect explores how much Korean industrial standards (KS marks) affect the firm's technological development in the Process of standards acquisition activities. The survey results show that standardization activities have a less positive impact on technological innovation than on the maintenance of consistent production works.

Bloom의 신교육목표분류체계에 기초한 2007 및 2009 개정 초등학교 과학과 교육과정과 미국의 차세대 과학 표준(Next Generation Science Standards)의 성취기준 비교 분석 (A Comparative Analysis of Achievement Standards of the 2007 & 2009 Revised Elementary Science Curriculum with Next Generation Science Standards in US based on Bloom's Revised Taxonomy)

  • 과학 교육과정의 성취기준은 교육목표를 안내하고, 교육의 내용을 구성하며, 평가의 방향을 지시하는 중요한 기능을 한다. 2009 개정 과학과 교육과정은 자연현상과 사물에 대하여 흥미와 호기심을 가지고 탐구하여 과학의 기본 개념을 이해하고, 과학적 사고력과 창의적 문제해결력을 길러 일상생활의 문제를 해결할 줄 아는 과학적 소양을 기르는데 목표를 두고 있다. 새롭게 개정된 교육과정인 만큼 이전의 교육과정과 비교하여 과학교육이 추구하는 목표를 지향하는 성취기준이 되어야 바람직 할 것이다. Bloom의 신교육목표분류체계를 사용하여 우리 교육과정의 성취기준을 지식 차원과 인지과정 차원으로 분석함으로써 다양한 지식차원과 인지과정 차원을 담아내고 있는지 알아보았다. 2009 개정 교육과정은 이전의 2007 개정 교육과정과 비교하여 인지과정 및 지식 차원에서 고등사고를 촉진하는 인지과정 및 지식차원의 유형이 확장되었음을 확인하였다. 그러나 미국의 NGSS와 비교하여 인지과정 차원과 지식 차원에서 특정 범주의 인지과정이나 지식 유형에 편중되어 있었다. '분석하다', '평가하다', '창안하다'와 같은 인지과정이나 '메타인지 지식'과 같은 지식의 유형은 소홀히 다루어지고 있었다. 성취기준에서 소홀히 다루어진 인지과정과 지식의 유형은 교사용 지도서의 학습목표에서도 다루어지지 않음을 비교분석을 통해 확인하였다. 교육과정에서 천명하고 있는 과학교육의 목표를 고려하였을 때 교육과정의 성취기준 및 교사용 지도서의 학습목표 진술이 일부 지식 차원과 인지과정 차원에 편중되어 있는 것은 분명 개선이 필요하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 과학과 교육과정 성취기준의 진술방식에 대한 제고를 통하여 다양한 인지과정과 지식의 유형을 지향하는 성취기준을 작성하여야 할 것이다.

AHP기법을 활용한 공공청사 신축 부지의 합리적인 선정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Reasonable Selection of New Ward Office Building Site Using Analytic Hierarchy Process)

  • The purpose of this study is to present the rational decision process for new ward office building site. AHP Technique used in this study considers both quantitative and qualitative factors on the basis of decision maker's intuitive, reasonable or unreasonable judgement by giving weight through mutual comparision of publicity factors. The evaluaion factors were refer to another five ward office there were executed these kinds of new site selection before. These standards are composed of 6 middle groups and classified into 9 detailed standards. Alternative building sites are five places in this district. The final evauation standards are Accessibility, Urban Expansion Possibility. Distrct balance, Environment, Financing. Development easiness. And It became clear that the priority of evaluation is Financing > Urban expansion > Accessibility > Development easiness > District balance > Environment. In conclusion, it was determined that alternative " E " is the most adequate place for new ward office building.

멀티미디어 교육자료 개발 산출물의 단계별 심사 기준 (Systematic Assessment Standards of Multimedia Educational Data)

  • 최근 초ㆍ중등학교 현장에서는 ICT 활용 교수ㆍ학습에 사용할 수 있는 양질의 멀티미디어 교육자료를 매우 필요로 하고 있다. 이러한 양질의 멀티미디어 교육자료를 개발하기 위해서는 일련의 개발 공정을 설정하고 적절한 시점마다 체계적인 심사를 수행하는 것이 바람직하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 교육자료를 개발하기 위한 추진 절차를 수립하고 심사가 요구되는 단계를 추출한 후, 각 단계별로 고려해야할 심사 기준을 제시하고자 한다. 이와 같은 각 단계별 심사 기준은 멀티미디어 교육자료의 개발 공정 전체를 체계적으로 관리ㆍ감독할 수 있게 하는 기준 역할을 할 수 있으므로, 보다 양질의 자료를 개발하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 본다.

  • 본 연구는 cMUT 제작을 위한 미세공정기술을 개발하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 외국의 관련 제조공정 연구결과들을 분석하였다. cMUT 제작의 주요 공정인 미소 진동 박막 형성, 희생층 형성, 식각 공정에 대한 실험을 수행하여 적절한 공정조건을 찾고자 하였다. 각 제작 공정조건들을 변화시켜 가면서 증착된 실리콘 질화막의 두께, 균일도, 잔류응력을 측정하였다. 희생층으로서 실리콘 산화막의 공정조건을 변화시켜 가면서 산화막의 성장률을 분석하였다. 마지막으로 희생층 식각을 위한 최적 식각공정을 얻기 위한 실험을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 주요 미세공정 조건은 추후 cMUT 제작에 적용될 예정이다.
