25.8kV급 GIS에 Matrix System을 적용한 전력설비 최적화 연구 (A Study on Optimization of Electric Power Facilities Applied Matrix System at 25.8kV GIS)

  • Recently, more electric power facilities have been miniaturized and it is noted that the facilities maintenance will be essential through operation optimization. In this paper we applied and examined the operation optimization of electric power facilities by applying Matrix system which can improve reliability to minimize outage and recover failure rapidly when blackouts happen at 25.8kV Gas Insulated Switchgear(GIS). The fundamental problem for facilities maintenance of GIS can happen due to indeterminable internal state in real time. Matrix optimization organizes action states in all containers which contain pressurized $SF_6$ Gas such as circuit breaker, disconnector switch, bus for utilizing them each area. Then, we connect it with power system to monitor and control internal state remotely in real time, and we can minimize blackout zone or outage. Considering above process, we improved stability of overall facilities.

지리정보체계를 이용한 일반폐기물 매립후보지의 입지선정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Selection of Proposed Waste Facilities Sites using Geographic Information System)

  • 본 연구는 일반폐기물 매립지의 입지인자들의 상대적 중요도에 입각하여 매립후보지를 선정함으로서 합리적인 폐기물 매립지의 입지선정의 이론적, 실천적 토대를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 일반폐기물의 입지인자 및 그 입지 기준의 선정은 기존문헌의 고찰을 통해 이루어졌으며, 입지인자들간의 상대적 중요도 평가는 비율적 층화추출방법으로 선정된 전문가집단을 대상으로 한 계층분석방법(Analytic Hierarchy Process : AHP)을 적용하였다. 사례지역은 심각한 매립지의 부족과 평탄한 지형적 특성으로 인하여 입지선정에 어려움을 겪고 있는 경상북도 경산시를 대상으로 하였다. IDRISI V2.002를 사용하여 하나의 지리정보체계를 구축하고 경사, 토양, 인구 등 17개의 주제도면을 생성하였으며, 토지적합성분석은 선형조합법과 요소조합법을 동시에 적용하여 두 방법이 가진 방법상의 문제점을 보완하여 합리적인 일반폐기물 매립후보지 선정의 이론적, 실천적 바탕을 제시하였다.

  • 도시재생 사업이 한창이다. 도시재생 사업이 순환형의 지속가능 개발이 되기 위해서는 빗물순환 복원이 필수적이다. 즉, 도시재생 사업에서의 LID 설계 프로세스가 필요하다. 먼저 기존 LID 설계 과정을 조사, 분석하였다. 기존 LID 설계는 현장의 특성과 빗물 흐름에 대한 고려가 부족하여 적절한 LID 시설 선정에 많은 제한이 있었다. 기존 설계 과정의 한계를 해결하기 위해 GIS를 이용한 수계분석이 필요하고, 빗물 흐름을 고려하는 LID 시설 설치가 중요하다. 또한, 본 연구는 토지주택연구원을 대상으로 LID 시범단지 사업을 수행하는 과정에서 발생한 사항들을 정리, 분석함으로써 도시재생 사업에 적용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

해상에서의 LNG 생산을 위한 공정 고찰 (Study of Process for Offshore LNG Production)

  • Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG) continues to attract modern gas industries as well as domestic markets as their main energy source in the recent years. This is mainly because LNG is inherently cleaner and more energy efficiency than other fuels. Offshore LNG production plant is of interest to many oil producing companies all over the world. This article discuss about the production process encountered while developing such a production facility. Typical offshore oil and gas processing required for oil stabilization and other optional units that can be added to the facilities. The production process can broadly be divided into five major units namely, (i) Oil Stabilization unit, (ii) Gas Treatment unit, (iii) Methane Recovery unit, (iv) Distillation unit and (v) LNG Liquefaction unit. The process simulation was carried out for each unit with a given wellhead composition. The topside facilities of offshore LNG production plant will be very similar to the process adopted in offshore processing platform along with the typical onshore LNG production plant. However, the process design problems associated with FPSO motion to be taken care of while developing floating LNG production plant.

The Effects of Product, Process, and Facilities Characteristics on the Conversion Processes and Outcomes for Cellular Manufacturing : An Empirical Study

  • The conversion processes from traditional job shops to cellular manufacturing systems can be viewed as an aggregation of cause-and-effect relationships among many strategic, managerial, and technical variables. Therefore, management needs to fully understand these interacting variables and possible relationships between the variables to successfully convert their plants to cellular manufacturing systems. The purpose of this study is to assist such management's needs in part. The objectives of this research are i) investigating contingency variables that may affect the conversion processes and outcomes to cellular manufacturing systems and ii) examining relationships between the variables and the conversion processes and outcomes. In this paper, particularly three categories of variables are examined: product, process routing, and process technology / facilities characteristics. Literature review and the mail survey method are used. The results are compared and synthesized with the findings of previous studies for useful discussions. Some previous arguments and propositions are empirically supported.

  • Agricultural water occupies the largest portion of total water use in Korea, and generally researches on the development of agricultural water have been stressed on the demand of agricultural water itself. But it is unavoidable to change a policy from the development of water resources to cope with the increase of water demand to the effective management of existing water resources. Evaluation of the decrepitude of irrigation facilities and their reasonable maintenance are important for the effective supply and use of agricultural water. Therefore it is necessary to develop evaluation technique that diagnoses the current condition of irrigation canals and suggest a countermeasure to improve the found problems. 25 items in 6 classes were selected for the evaluation of irrigation canal systems, and the weighted value between the items was calculated using AHP (Analysis Hierarchy Process) method. The current condition of the irrigation facilities was evaluated from the class evaluation marks, and ranking was decided from the total marks between the projects, and finally the priority of the project for the improvement was given.

  • The strip temperature history of finishing mill process is one of the most important factors to stabilize the facilities and to achieve the better product quality including a better prediction of roll force etc. The ultimate goal of this study is to improve scientific understanding of the finishing mill process in the view of heat transfer science. Finishing mill cooling facilities of KwangYang $\#3$ hot rolling are introduced and heat transfer analyses from FET to FDT are particularly focused in this study Three major tasks are successfully achieved as follows: 1) The temperature Prediction Models are developed. 2) The average absolute error is found to be less then 10 Celsius degree (about $8.5^{\circ}C$). 3) Prediction rate (less then $\bar{+}20$) are $10.2\%$ improved $(80.1\;\rightarrow\;90.3\%)$.

이동통신망 관리용 운용시스템 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the design of operations system for managing the mobile communication network)

  • In this paper, operations system was designed for the centralization of data processing of various state information from the facilities of mobile communication network. And the system performance experimental system module was measured and analyzed from the designed experimental system module. The configuration of system design was presented with the centralized type to monite and control the facilities of mobile communication network in the central office. The communication process design of the internal system was implemented with the resource of message queue having a excellent transmission ability for processing of a great quantity of information in the inter-process communication among communication resources of UNIX system. The process with a server function from the internal communication processes was constructed with a single server or a double server according to the quantity of operations and implemented with the policy of the presented server. And then, we have measured performance elements in accordance with the change of input parameters from the designed experimental module : response time, waiting time, buffer length, the maximum quantity existing in message queue. And from these results, we have compared and analyzed the system state each server algorithm according to performance variations.

  • This paper suggests an environmental improvement scheme for the enactment and revision process of the standard of construction estimation in communication field. The first subject is a simplification of process on the enactment and revision. It can be achieved by transfer the function to the professional board from the subordinate council. The second process is an adoption of tentative step on enactment and revision. And the last subject is creation of maintenance part. All the improvement shall be carried on in long term schedule and on the sufficient financial support from government.

  • 정된 예산으로 철도선로시설을 개선하고자 할 때 사용할 수 있는 효과적인 예산배분 방법 중 하나는 가장 노후도가 심각한 선로구간부터 우선적으로 예산을 투입하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 예산배분에 사용할 수 있는 선로구간 노후도 평가방법을 제시한다. 선로구간의 노후도는 궤도, 분기기, 노반, 교량, 터널 등 요소 시설물의 노후도로 결정되며 궤도의 선형 또한 선로구간 노후도에 영향을 준다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 노후도 평가 방법은 각 요소의 노후도 점수에 AHP로 구한 요소 가중치를 반영하여 선로구간 노후도 점수를 구하는 것이다.
