PURPOSE. This retrospective study aims at the evaluation of implant-supported overdentures (IODs) supported by ceramo-galvanic double crowns (CGDCs: zirconia primary crowns + galvano-formed secondary crown). MATERIALS AND METHODS. In a private practice, 14 patients were restored with 18 IODs (mandible: 11, maxilla: 7) retained by CGDCs on 4 - 8 implants and annually evaluated for technical and/or biological failures/complications. RESULTS. One of the 86 inserted implants failed during the healing period (cumulative survival rate (CSR) implants: 98.8%). During the prosthetic functional period (mean: $5.9{\pm}2.2years$), 1 implant demonstrated an abutment fracture (CSR-abutments: 98.2%), and one case of peri-implantitis was detected. All IODs remained in function (CSR-denture: 100%). A total of 15 technical complications required interventions to maintain function (technical complication rate: 0.178 treatments/patients/year). CONCLUSION. Considering the small sample size, the use of CGDCs for the attachment of IODs is possible without an increased risk of technical complications. However, for a final evaluation, results from a larger cohort are required.

Electrical construction business has public and professional characters. It may require appropriate interventions of the government because these business activities stand for not only profit-seeking competition, but also supplies of one of the key functions in our society. In other words, public benefit and private benefit are still in existence. The government therefore considers such an aspect of public importance of the business sector and needs to plan to adjust technical and engineering manpower of this market. This study focuses on the imbalance for labor supply and demand of technical engineer in electrical construction business. A system dynamics analysis is applied to understand and simulate the imbalance as a soft approach. It has the merit of causal loop diagram to alleviate the limitation of data lack problem. We find that excess demand is expected from 2010 to 2011, and excess supply is predicted from 2012 to 2021 about the manpower of technical engineer. It shows considerable disagreement between the supply and demand of human resource. So we suggest that it is strong necessity to construct statistics infrastructure for a manpower supply and demand plan.

Environmental professional education in Korea has been mostly concentrated on the scientific and technological approaches to environmental problems. Many undergraduate majors in environmental engineering or sciences are designed to produce more technical manpowers in environmental fields. Most graduate schools on the environment also place an emphasis on teaching the technical aspects of environmental problems. Some environmental administration related courses, such as environmental law, environmental administration, environmental policy, environmental economics, environmental impact assessments, etc. are partically reflected in some curricula of very limited graduate or undergraduate environment majors. However, teaching environmental administration related courses in science or engineering major institutions has not been successfully carried out so far because lack of interests in such courses by most students and the shortage of competent teachers as well. Furthermore, those courses are not widely accepted by the departments of law, political science, public administration, etc. because their major interests are not in the environment-oriented. Environmental problems cannot be solved by the technical approach along. They should be systematically dealt with through interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary approaches, including natural and social sciences covering all relevant disciplines. in this respect, undergraduate environmental education should preferably cover broader courses on the environment, and the education for environmental professionals, including environmental administration specialists, is preferably handled by graduate schools offering many specialty area courses. Education for environmental administration specialist at graduate level is urgently needed in order to supply the competent manpower at government, business, and private organization levels dealing with environmental administration related problem. This is a new challenging area and the education for such specialists will become more important in the near future than technical manpowers which we ate now concentrating on their education.

현재 아날로그 방식의 마을방송 시스템은 기술 적용의 문제 및 시설 노후화로 인한 성능 저하 등의 문제로 인하여 무선 디지털 시스템으로의 전환과 이에 따른 시스템 표준이 요구되고 있다. 그러나 주파수 부족으로 인해 효율적인 디지털 무선 마을 방송 시스템의 구축을 위해서는 이웃마을간의 간섭분석이 중요하므로 여기서는 대표적인 간이무선국 dPMR(digital private mobile radio) 및 DMR(digital mobile radio) 방식을 고려하여 동일채널 간섭과 인접채널 간섭에 대한 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 동일채널 간섭분석에서는 마을간 이격거리와 인접채널 간섭분석에서는 주파수 오프셋을 사용하여 주파수 재사용 및 채널분리에 대한 본 논문의 결과는 향후 마을방송 표준개발과 시범 사업화를 위한 자료로 활용될 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze on child counseling service of child welfare policy in Korea. Child counseling services are the most primary services in child welfare. The services have a function of supporting and reinforcing children, so they can grow positively through a desirable relationship with their parents in their family. As child welfare facilities operated politically in Korea, we discussed in this study about the current status of public/private child counseling centers. Through such discussion, we analyzed the current child counseling works in Korea and suggested a future direction of such works. The main results obtained were as follows. First, There were 41 guidance centers for children in Korea, and public guidance centers were 6, and private 35. Second, There were much more guidance centers in Holt Children's Services than in any other centers. Third, In terms of the occurrence of the cases, common children were about 56%, and nonintervention of abuse children were about 13.7% of the total cases. In conclusion, political and systematic support on the establishment of professional public child counseling centers with specialized experts and facilities must be provided in order to activate universal child counseling services for both protection-needed and ordinary children. Furthermore, such political and systematic support must be provided to the establishment and fluent operation of private child counseling centers.

The article presents the idea that in the conditions of modernization of higher professional education, there is an obvious contradiction between the practical need of higher education for a scientifically grounded theory and methodology of distance learning for students and the lack of the necessary didactic and content-methodological guidelines for its implementation. In theoretical research and applied development, as a rule, the technocratic approach prevails. The emphasis is on the technical capabilities of modern computers and telecommunications. Productively, from a pedagogical point of view, this contradiction can be resolved on the basis of modeling distance learning management for students, developing and implementing a corporate information educational environment in universities, increasing the effectiveness of the methodology of pedagogical interaction between students and teachers during the implementation of distance learning.

Scientific and technical development, as well as the emergence of new types of contracts, which do not have their expression in current legislation, force us to explore the issues of contract law to adapt to change. In this context, the principle of freedom of contract is fundamental, which states that each person has the right to enter into a contractual relationship at his discretion. However, such freedom is not absolute, because the freedom of one person should not violate the freedom of another. Together with the conflict of private and public interests, these phenomena are a field for the study of topical issues of theory and application of the principle of freedom of contract in practice. Research methods are philosophical, general scientific, and special scientific methods, in particular, system-structural, formal-legal, hermeneutic; methods of analysis, synthesis, etc. As a result of the research, the main characteristics of the principle of freedom of contract, its role for private law regulation of contract law are given; approaches to understanding the restriction of contract freedom are analyzed; typical examples and means of such restrictions are identified; demonstrated how contract freedom is embodied in the use of IT tools, which types of contracts are most common in the digital environment.

The article discusses the use of modern technologies in the learning process. It has been determined that the modern period of the development of society is characterized by a strong influence of computer technologies on it, a new education system is being formed, focused on entering the world information and educational space. This process is accompanied by significant changes in the pedagogical theory and practice of the educational process associated with making adjustments to the content of learning technologies, which should be adequate to modern technical capabilities, and contribute to the harmonious entry of a teenager into the information society. Computer technologies are designed to become not an additional "makeweight" in training, but an integral part of a holistic educational process, significantly increasing its effectiveness

5G goes beyond people to serve indoor and outdoor companies and industries, as well as campuses such as halls, industrial complexes, educational institutions, stadiums, dense urban areas, rural areas, and government institutions. Therefore, a new approach to small cells is needed. Accordingly, 3GPP and Small Cell Forum are researching 5G small cell architecture; 3GPP, Small Cell Forum, and 5G Alliance for Connected Industries and Automation are also researching private networks tailored to meet the specific requirements of various companies and local governments. In particular, in the UK, a small cell-based technology is required for realizing the Joint Operator Technical Specifications-Neutral Host In-Building specification to cost-effectively secure indoor coverage. Further, the research on the SON(Self-Organizing Network) technology for small cells in 5G, where commercialization has begun, is required. The 5G-based small cell structure, private network, and Neutral Host In-Building and SON reviewed in this study are at the initial research stages; therefore, additional research is needed to secure the competitiveness of the small cell technology in 5G and Beyond 5G.
