근린공원 CPTED 적용을 위한 평가지표 개발 및 유형별 평가에 관한 연구 - 부산광역시 근린공원을 대상으로 - (A Study on Development of CPTED Evaluation Indicators and Assessment of Types in Neighboring Park - Focused on Neighborhood Parks in Busan -)

  • 공원은 도시에 활력을 주는 중요한 시설이나 관리의 부재시 우범지대로 전락할 수 있다. 최근 범죄예방 환경설계(CPTED: Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design)에 의한 다양한 효과가 입증됨에 따라 국토교통부는 공원 설계시 CPTED를 도입하는 '도시공원 및 녹지 등에 관한 법률 시행규칙'을 시행했다. 그러나 이를 공원에 적용하고 지속적인 유지관리를 하기 위한 체계가 정립되어 있지 않다. 이에 본 연구는 근린공원의 CPTED 평가를 위한 지표를 도출하고 전문가 검증을 통해 지표별로 가중치를 부여한다. 이후 이를 기준으로 부산시에 위치한 근린공원을 CPTED 도입정도에 따라 유형별로 나눠 각각의 안전성을 평가하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 물리적 요소는 설계단계부터 CPTED가 도입된 공원의 점수가 현저히 높았고, 사회적 요소의 경우 각 공원별 특성에 따라 다른 결과들이 도출되었다.

  • Relatively high rotating speed propulsion shafting system of the large Ro-Ro Ferry has a greate risk of the resonance of the many wide local panels as well as the high frequency global vibratory modes. Therefore, from the initial design stage, it is necessary to control the vibration characteristics of the wide panels with detail so as not to be resonant with the blade number order excitation due to the propellers in the normal operating speed range. The procedure of the vibration analysis and the structural redesign for prevention of vibration is introduced.

암 예방과 조기발견 교육이 중년기 여성의 암에 대한 지식, 태도 및 예방적 건강행위에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Cancer Prevention and Early Detection Education on Cancer-related Knowledge, Attitudes, and Preventive Health Behavior of Middle-aged Women in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of cancer prevention and early detection education on cancer-related knowledge, attitudes, and preventive health behavior of middle-aged women in Korea. The research design was a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were 38 middle-aged women from a church in Taegu. An Experimental group of 19 and a control group of 19 women were studied. The study was conducted from September 21, 2000 to October 27, 2000. The cancer prevention and early detection education had been provided to the experimental group for 2 weeks. The contents of the education program for the third most prevalent cancer of Korean women were : 'the risk factors of cancer', 'the early symptoms of cancer', 'the diagnostic test for cancer detection', and 'the cancer prevention methods'. The instruments used for this study were modified, cancer-related knowledge, and attitude, preventive health behavior tools of Suh et al.(1998). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, $\chi^2$-test, t-test, ANCOVA with SPSS WIN 9.0/PC. The results were as follows : 1) Hypothesis 1 that the women who get cancer prevention and early detection education will have higher scores of the cancer-related knowledge than the women do not get cancer prevention and early detection education was accepted(F=4.732, p=.037). 2) Hypothesis 2 that the women who get cancer prevention and early detection education will have higher scores of cancer-related attitudes than the women do not get cancer prevention and early detection education was rejected(F=.118, p=.733). 3) Hypothesis 3 that the women who get cancer prevention and early detection education will have higher scores of cancer-related preventive health behavior than the women who do not get cancer prevention and early detection education was rejected(F=2.250, p=.143). On the basis of the above findings, the following recommendations are suggested : 1) It is necessary to identify the variables affected on cancer-related knowledge, attitudes and preventive health behavior. 2) It is necessary to develop a well organized cancer prevention and early detection education program to change cancer-related attitude and preventive health behavior.

  • 고령화사회에 접어들며 고령운전자의 교통사고 비율이 높아지고 있다. 현재 사회적 문제로 자리 잡은 고령운전자의 교통사고 문제는 고령화사회가 진행될수록 더 많은 문제를 야기하게 될 것이다. 본 논문은 고령화 사회로의 변화와 고령운전자의 특성과 대책에 대한 현황과 문제점을 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 기반으로 안전 약자에 대한 사고 비율을 감소시킬 수 있는 교통신호등 디자인을 위한 지속적인 후속연구가 진행될 것이다.

국내 12개 시·도 자료를 이용한 소하천 계획하폭 산정식 개발 (The development of design-width prediction equation by using 12 local governments data collected from small stream of Korea)

  • 국내에는 22,300개 이상의 소하천이 전국에 분포하고 있으며, 이들은 위치한 지역, 지형 및 토지 이용 상태에 따라 다양한 유출 특성을 갖는다. 소하천의 재난관리를 위해서는 소하천 특성에 적합한 세부 설계기준을 수립하는 것이 중요하다. 현재 국내 소하천설계기준에서 제시하는 개별 산정식들은 국내 중·대규모 하천이나, 외국 하천의 설계기준을 준용하고 있어 국내 소하천에 적합한 산정식 개발이 필요하다. 그 중 계획하폭은 하천의 규모를 결정하는 기준 중 하나로 현재 계획홍수량과 유역면적 등에 기반하여 결정하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 소하천의 특성정보를 바탕으로 적정 계획하폭을 산정하기 위해, 국내 12개 시·도 4,073개 소하천의 다양한 특성정보와 계획하폭 정보를 수집하고 이들을 이용하여 회귀분석을 수행하였다. 이를 바탕으로 계획홍수량에 대한 1변수 계획하폭 산정식과 소하천의 계획홍수량, 유역면적, 하천연장, 하상경사에 따른 다변수 계획하폭 산정식을 도출하였다. 이렇게 산정된 소하천 계획하폭 산정식들은 소하천 설계기준 개선이나 소하천정비 종합계획 수립 등 소하천 재난관리에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

SW-FMEA 기반의 결함 예방 모델 (A Defect Prevention Model based on SW-FMEA)

  • 성공적인 소프트웨어 개발은 QCD에 의해 결정되며, 그 중 Quality는 Cost와 Delivery를 결정하는 핵심요소이기도 하다. 그리고 소프트웨어의 규모와 복잡도가 증가함에 따라 quality의 조기 확보의 중요성이 점차 커지고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 개발 후 결함을 찾아내고 수정하는 것보다 결함예방을 위해 더 많은 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다. 결함 예방을 위해서는 peer review, testing과 같은 결함 식별활동과 함께 기존에 발생된 defect 에 대한 분석을 통해 발생 가능한 결함의 주업을 차단하는 활동이 필요하며, 이를 위해 기존의 품질 데이타의 조직화 및 활용이 필요하다. 소프트웨어의 품질 예방을 위한 방법으로 system safety 확보를 위해 사용되고 있는 FMEA를 활용할 수 있다. SW-FMEA(Software Fault Mode Effect Analysis)는 예측을 통해 결함을 예방하는 방법으로, 기존에는 요구사항 분석 및 설계 시 많이 활용되어 왔다 이러한 SW-FMEA는 개발 활동을 통해 측정되는 정보를 활용하여, 분석, 설계, 나아가 peer review나 testing 둥 개발 및 관리 활동에 적용하여 결함예방 (defect prevention) 의 수단으로 활용 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존에 시스템 분석, 설계에 focusing된 SW-FMEA를 변형하여 product 결합뿐 아니라, 개발과정 중 발생할 수 있는 fault를 줄일 수 있는 결함 예방 model을 제안한다.

의복을 활용한 열중증 예방 대책에 관한 연구 동향 조사: 일본의 실용 지향적 연구를 중심으로 (Research trends on prevention of heat stroke using clothing: Focusing on practical research in Japan)

  • This study identifies Japanese study content on heat stroke prevention measures using clothes, provides basic data for quantitative wearing assessment studies, presents a developmental direction for those, and helps invigorate further research. Studies were collected concerning clothing-based heat stroke measures in order to analyze the following factors: current status of heat stroke by industry and working environment, heat stroke and body cooling method, clothing microclimate and air circulation in a hot environment, hot environments and wearable sensors, and heat stress reduction and skin exposure. The current WBGT standard does not consider the diversity of wearing clothes according to the working environment. Therefore, it is preferable to add a correction value in consideration of design, materials, and ventilation to prevent heat strokes. For the heat stroke and body cooling method, wearing water-perfused clothing is effective to reduce heat stress and maintain exercise ability. Changing the material and design of clothing or wearing air-conditioned clothing can improve ventilation and the clothing microclimate. However, further evaluation is needed on the effectiveness of air-conditioned clothing as a heat stroke prevention product. The measurement method using a wearable sensor can provide real-time data on the body response due to working in a hot environment. Therefore, it is an effective alarm for heat stroke. Skin exposure area and heat dissipation efficiency should be considered to prevent heat stroke. Reducing the covering area by exposing the head, neck, and limbs, and wearing breathable material can prevent heat stroke from increased body temperature.

낙상예방 프로그램이 노인의 체력, 낙상효능감 및 낙상예방행위에 미치는 효과 (Effects of a Fall Prevention Program on Physical Fitness, Fall Efficacy and Fall Prevention Behavior among Community-dwelling Older Adults)

  • Purpose: This research was conducted to determine the effects of fall prevention exercise and education on physical fitness, fall efficacy, and fall prevention behavior among community-dwelling older adults. Methods: This study applied nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. Data were collected from January 8th to March 4th, 2015. There were 24 subjects in the experimental group and 21 in the control group from two different senior citizen center in B city. The fall prevention program consisted of exercise, education, and telephone coaching was developed using self-efficacy theory: 'Performance accomplishment', 'Vicarious experience', 'Verbal persuasion', 'Emotional arousal'. Then, it was conducted once a week for 8 weeks. Data were analyzed with $x^2$ test and t-test using the SPSS program. Results: The findings indicated that fall prevention program conducted on older adults is good for improving their muscular strength in lower extremities (t=6.25, p<.001), physical balance (t=2.66, p=.014), physical flexibility (t=2.88, p<.001) and fall prevention behavior (t=6.19, p<.001). Conclusion: The fall prevention program can be used for community-dwelling older adults as a nursing intervention that enables older adults to enhance their self-care continuously. It is necessary to conduct a follow-up study to see if a self-help meeting could improve self-efficacy.

건축물 범죄예방 기준 확대적용에 따른 경제성 분석 (An Economic Analysis by Applying Extended Crime Prevention Standards for Buildings)

  • Multi-unit house, multi-household house, row house and apartments with less than 500 households were included in the list of anti-crime for buildings following the revision of the "notice of crime prevention building standards" on July 31, 2019. Strengthening the performance of crime prevention buildings is inevitable to increase the cost of building construction, including installation of preventive facilities and use of facilities that have secured performance. Thus an economic analysis on the costs and expected benefits of implementing the standards is required for social consensus. Economic analysis is divided into cost analysis and benefit analysis. This study aims to perform an economic analysis on the installation of crime prevention facilities in the buildings subject to expanded crime prevention obligations. Cost analysis is calculated as the sum of the cost of installation and the price of the crime prevention facilities installed for each target residential building. Benefit analysis is calculated as the social cost of targeted crimes that are expected to decrease due to the installation of crime prevention facilities. Economic analysis shows that the total cost of installing crime prevention facilities in residential buildings is estimated at 107.31 billion won per year, while the total benefit from enhanced crime prevention performance is estimated at 9.38 billion won per year. Considering inflation, benefits are expected to outpace costs in the 28th year since the system was implemented.

  • In this paper, the ergonomic principle and concept will be established and the conceptual bridge design based on the ergonomic studies pertaining to bridge design undertaken by IMO and ISO will be introduced. In particular, this study has looked into the applicability of ergonomic design concept on coastal ships and proposes new bridge design to make good contribution to the prevention of marine accidents in the coastal sea.
