  • In a state where ancient buildings was left a lot in the case of Korea, many parts do not remain the documentation, and there is a Kiwarisho lot in Japan, however, the present methods and tree split does not exist in the Korea. However, it is impossible to make a perfect building without splitting exact member when making a building. Thus will not be revealed simply by presumption that there is a similar way to wood comparatively far in Korea. Without a comparison of building dimensions and Korea calculation dimensions Kiwarisho In the first study about the proportionality of Korea, I do not know until now, other studies of the following documents which house a high approximation ratio and member size of Korea consider reason to have is impossible. View compared with respect to the axis of the building in the early stages of research first. In the case of Japan and Korea to form a tree frames in basic form that form the building, the shaft portion is easy to understand and easy compared in common is at most the shaft portion.

  • Ligilactobacillus is a genus of Gram-positive lactobacilli commonly found in the intestinal tracts of vertebrates. It has been granted a Qualified Presumption of Safety (QPS) status from the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA). One specific strain, Ligilactobacillus salivarius B4311, was isolated from fecal samples of broiler chickens from a farm associated with Chung-Ang University (Anseong, Korea). This strain was observed to have inhibitory effects against Listeria monocytogenes. In this paper, we present the complete genome sequence of Lig. salivarius B4311. The whole genome of strain B4311 comprises 2,071,255 bp assembled into 3 contigs representing a chromosome, repA-type megaplasmid, and small plasmid. The genome contains 1,963 protein-coding sequences, 22 rRNA genes, and 78 tRNA genes, with a guanine + cytosine (GC) content of 33.1%. The megaplasmid of strain B4311 was found to contain the bacteriocin gene cluster for salivaricin P, a two-peptide bacteriocin belonging to class IIb.

  • Up to recently the harmonic generation has deteriorated the quality of electricity and affected the performance on the electrical installation including OA, FA, IT devices and so on. Some studies of harmonic affects in diagnosis and the cause of accident has not done by the experimental data of harmonic source but merely by presumption according to qualitative analysis. So, in order to research the harmonic affect on the electrical installation according to quantitative analysis and gather reliable data over and over again, it is necessary to develop an AC power source which is capable of generating some harmonics. In this paper, we described about realization of AC power source which can produce and compose harmonics for the analysis of accident due to harmonics.

  • We proposed the new method of postprocessing which not only reduces the frequency of dictionary access using morphological analysis but improve the recognition rate of character recognizer. In this paper, after estimating morphological construction of mis-recognized word using the part of speech that is analyzed, correct presumed mis-recognized morphology. The postprocessing using a morphology unit reduce candidate because of short than word and frequency of dictionary access because there is no need to morphological analysis for candidate. To select right candidate is only necessary to dictionary access. The proposed results show that reduced the frequency of dictionary access to 60% than postprocessing method using a word unit and recognition rate improved from 94% to 97%.

  • The important factors of a food festival are divided into hardware and software programs. In this respect, this research aims to study the relationships among the composites of the food festival and its relationship with the visitors' revisit intention. Since the visitors' evaluation is a presumption of their satisfaction, it lies in a constant relationship with satisfaction and the reason why they revisited the festival. Thus, this research examined the influence of the composite factors on visitors' evaluation (operation, experience) and the relationship between operation evaluation and experience evaluation. In addition, it examined the relationship between evaluation factors and the intent of revisits. In conclusion, visitors' evaluation showed a positive effect on the survey about whether they would consider revisiting the food festival. In this context of continuative relationship, the research suggests that it would be necessary to examine the relationship between composite factors, visitors' evaluation, satisfaction and intent of revisits in future research.

  • Generally, the estimation of design flood uses basin rainfall data, water level data, and runoff data, and so forms rainfall-runoff model. Because owing to the lack of hydrological data, the decision of representative unit hydrograph about the basin is difficult, the estimation of design flood uses topography feature data, and so presumes variables, and then applies the presumed variables to the model. In estimating design flood by using the model, it is considerably difficult to analyze how the model input variables estimated by topography factors, or the design flood data estimated previously are related to basin feature factors as the basic data, and presume design flood in the unmeasured basins or the basins where river arrangement basic plan is not established. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the design flood estimated previously by river arrangement basic plan is correlated with topography factors in presuming design flood, and so examine the presumption measures of design flood by using topography feature data and probability rainfall data.

  • The decision of design flood in river basins is very important in the aspect of flood control. The design flood of rivers was estimated according to the size and importance of basins. As the damage of floods increases more and more and the importance of defense against floods increases further, the presumption of design flood can be very important. Especially, what influences most greatly flood is rainfall. However, in spite of equal rainfall, the estimated flood differ according to the features of basins. The fact that the features of basins influence greatly the estimation of flood was confirmed by the preceding research results and experiences. However, although many rivers have their own basin features, the research on how these basin features are related to the estimation of design flood, is not yet sufficient. The purpose of this study is to identify how the design flood estimated previously by river arrangement basic plan is correlated with topography factors, and so investigate the correlation between basin topography factors and design flood in order to provide the additional information for the unmeasured basins or the middle/small river basins where their river plan is not established.

  • The investigation of the amount of the ecosystem damage on the shoreline due to the NAHODKA oil-spill accident, which occurred in the Sea of Japan, was attempted by using geoinformatics. At first, it was assumed that symbolical vegetation's distribution could be specified in the coast in Ishikawa Pref. where the heavy oil was washed, and surveyed the regional distribution. Then, the presumption result of those environmental capacities was arranged by GIS. In addition, the amount of the ecosystem damage was presumed as cost necessary though a symbolical living thing for the retreat because of the base line by the heavy oil drifting ashore was recovered. By comparing the vegetation line and the surveying data which shows environmental capacity, the retreat areas of the vegetation were 1100-1200 $m^2$. When the amount of damage on the ecosystem of the NAHODKA oil-spill accident was presumed based on the retreat area of this vegetation and the restoration cost, the amount of damage within Shioya beach which 150m in the surveying range became 2 to 2.5 million Yen. Because the extension distance from the Shioya beach to the Katano beach was about 3,500m, the amount of damage became about 46 to 65 million Yen. As a result of calculation for the amount of damage on the ecosystem of the NAHODKA oil-spill accident, it was estimated approximately 1,400 to 2,000 million Yen in the shoreline of Ishikawa Pref., because the total extension of beaches in Ishikawa Pref. is about 110km.

  • In modern society which changes from quantity-seeking society to value-seeking one, people's various lifestyles have great effect on consumption patterns and work as an important factor in choosing hotels. The fact that design hotels, which provide unique experiences with differentiated and sensitive designs by reflecting various lifestyles, recently attract attention can be understood in the same context. As a matter of fact, design hotels recently serve as destinations as they become cultural and artistic icons which reflect customer lifestyles. Especially, the designs of lobby spaces in hotels play deciding role in customers' choices while representing the nature of hotels. In this respect, under the premise that the kinds of accumulated experiences are different depending on lifestyles and preferences for specific interior spaces are influenced by association mechanism formed by experiences, this study analyzed lobby spaces of design hotels which focus on specific lifestyles from the perspective of association mechanism based on experiences. As the method of analysis, this study classified the types of lifestyles and conducted case analysis to investigate what association mechanism works to enhance the preference of design hotels by types. Study classified lifestyles into experiential activity type, social meeting type, fashion-pursuing type and hideout-preferring type and analyzed cases of lobby designs in design hotels. The results of this case analysis are as follows; First, experiential activity type mainly utilized quasi-association and approach association through senses and social meeting type utilized quasi-association and memory association through emotions while fashion-pursuing type utilized quasi-association and presumption association through intuition and hideout-preferring type utilized quasi-association and approach association through thoughts. Second, it was found that most lobby designs are characterized by association mechanism in visual formative nature and that in temporal spatial nature working in complex way, and, through such process of association expansion, space stories are created. Stories of spaces created this way become unique identities of design hotels that provide new experiences for customers.

  • In order to convert the one ryang of Guizhi-tang into the modern weights and measures, herbs whose dose was expressed by number in Treatise on Feverile Disease of Zhongjing were measured actually. The results obtained are as follows. 1. Size of Jujubae fructus in Guizhi-tang is an average and if remove the seed, 12 Jujubae fructuses corresponds to 20g. These weights are the same as Belamcandae Rhizoma, Persicae Semen, Gleditsiae Fructus, Gardeniae Fructus and Armeniacae amarum Semen whose dose was expressed by number in Treatise on Feverile Disease of Zhongjing. If one ryang corresponds to 6.5g, 20g corresponds to three ryang. If one ryang corresponds to 15.6g, 20g corresponds to 1.3 ryang. When herbs were added in Guizhi-tang, the used weights were two more ryang. Almost unit of weights in Formulae of Zhongjing is the constantly multiplied. 2. Half sheng(升) of Pinelliae Rhizomae is 15 Pinelliae Rhizomas and corresponds to two and a half ryang. 14 Pinelliae Rhizomas are contained in 50 mL egg. 3.1 geun(斤), maximal amount of Gypsum Fibrosum and amount of one egg are the same weight supposing one ryang corresponds to 6.5g. 4. 2 ryang of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma is the 6.8 balls(碁子) of baduk and similar as 5-6 balls of baduk of Jisilchijasi-Tang. 5. General dose of Glycyrrhizae Radix is two ryang and 20mL, the size of thumb is 13g. 6. Half geun approaches the 3 flattened spoons. Consequently the presumption that one ryang in Guizhi-tang is 15.6g is wrong. One ryang is assumed as 6.5g.
