고주파 유압시스템의 주파수 특성과 축압기 효과의 실험적 연구 (Research for the Effect of Accumulator and the High Frequency-Hydraulic System of Frequency Characteristics by Experimental Method)

  • Characteristics of the high frequency pulsatile flow have been investigated experimentally to understand the flow phenomena in the hydraulic system. One axis fatigue test bed, which is widely used for automobile field test, is used. Four pressure transducers, an amplifier and a A/D convertor are used to obtain the high frequency pulsatile pressure waveform in hydraulic system. The characteristics of frequency are analyzed by power spectrum method. According to the variations of pump input pressure and actuator acceleration frequency, the pressure is measured with or without an accumulator. The amplitude of pressure with accumulator is very lower than those without accumulator due to absorbing function of accumulator. As the frequency of actuator acceleration is increased, the effect of accumulator become very important to decrease the amplitude of pulsatile pressure waveform with high frequencies.

CRDI 디젤엔진의 피에조 인젝터 불량에 따른 파형 분석에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Waveform Analysis According to Troubles of Piezo Injector of CRDI Diesel Engine)

  • This paper investigates the relationship of voltage and current waveform between normal piezo injector and deterioration abnormal piezo injector. The experimental methods using Pico oscilloscope and GDS scan tool are employed to measure current and voltage waveform and fuel pressure of piezo injector. The experiment is carried out during no-load condition. A summary of the important results are as follows. 1) In case of normal injector, the fluctuation of duration time of piezo injector was linearly and regularly decreased with increasing engine speed, but the that of deterioration piezo injector was irregularly decreased with increasing engine speed. 2) In main injection, the peak value of the current waveform of abnormal injector was larger than that of normal injector, the duration time of deteriorated abnormal injector was less than that of normal injector at 800rpm and 1500rpm, but the duration time of deteriorated abnormal injector was larger than that of normal injector at 2000rpm and 3000rpm. This irregularity appears to be caused by the deterioration of the injector.

  • Hydraulic fitting impulse tester is equipment which produce impulse pressure waveform that specified foreign standard of SAE, JIS etc. Test conditions of SAE J1453 about waveform standard indicates frequency of 35-70 cycle/min, pressure of 560 bar, oil temperature of 93 .+-.3.deg. C etc. and required cycle is a million over. In additions, Test condition operated continuously equipment. This development item adopted new pattern method such as intensifier and rotary distributor is different from already established fitting impulse tester applied servo valve and high pressure direct directional control valve. Therefore, this development item which compares already established item is good reliability, low cost of manufacture and save of electric energy. especially, Domestic small and medium enterprise uses this tester because of economical cause. We develope appropriateness tester which conforms to demand of user.

  • A new stroke output control algorithm with a fuzzy logic for an electrohydraulic left ventricular assist device(EH-LVAD) was developed. The EH-LVAD pumps out blood from left atrium actively. Excessive suction of blood may cause fatal damage in left atrium. The LVAD has to provide a maximal stroke output without collapse of left atrium. In this study a new fuzzy algorithm for predicting and detecting suction and doing proper action on LVAD without using an extra pressure sensor but with bellows pressure signal and motor current signal is developed. The performance of the fuzzy control algorithm is demonstrated by the results from mock circulatory experiments.

  • In this study, the pressure vessel piping with corrosion used during long term were investigated from the time-frequency analysis method. The damage of piping could be evaluated the attenuation factor by ultrasonic parameters such as center frequency and echo waveform. Based on NDE analysis by time-frequency analysis method, it should also be possible to evaluate from various damages and defects in piping members.

  • In this paper, we have obtained the Electron Energy Distribution Function(EEDF) in plasma by using two differentiators and investigated the EEDFs by sawtooth and triangle waveform voltages with the working pressures and the positions of single probe. It is found that as the working pressure is decreased, the EEDFs approach to theMaxwellian distribution independent of the waveforms of probe voltage. On the otherhand, as the position of probe is moved from the center of the plasma to its edge, the EEDF of sawtooth waveform probe voltage approaches to the Maxwellian distribution, but the EEDF of triangle waveform probe voltage deviates from the Maxwellian distribution.

현장시험을 통한 파형 마이크로파일의 시공성 및 거동 평가 (A Field Study on the Constructability and Performance Evaluation of Waveform Micropile)

  • 파형 마이크로파일은 기존 마이크로파일과 제트 그라우팅 공법을 접목하여 그라우트체를 파형의 형상으로 시공하는 공법으로, 파형 구근에 의한 마찰저항 성능을 높여 마이크로파일의 지지력 및 경제성을 개선하기 위해 개발되었다. 본 연구에서는 파형 마이크로파일의 시공 타당성 및 지지성능 개선 효과를 검증하기 위해 총 2회의 현장시험을 수행하였다. 파형 마이크로파일의 시공성 분석을 위해 제트 그라우팅 공법을 활용하여 시간 및 압력 조절을 통한 파형 그라우트 형성 실험을 수행하고 지중 말뚝 굴착을 통해 파형 형성 여부를 확인하였다. 확인 결과, 제트 그라우팅의 압력 및 시간 조절을 통해 파형 마이크로파일의 요구 형상을 적절히 시공할 수 있는 것을 확인하였으며, 하중재하시험 결과에서는 전단키가 없는 마이크로파일과 비교해 파형 마이크로파일의 지지력이 형상에 따라 1.4 배에서 2.3배까지 증가해 파형 마이크로파일의 지지력 개선효과가 우수한 것으로 나타났다.

관류형 바이오리액터를 위한 박동 펌프 시스템 개발 (Development of the Pulsatile Pump System for a Perfusion Bioreactor)

  • This research is about the pulsatile pump system utilized in the perfusion bioreactor for the in vitro human tissue culture. A pulsatile pump system which can be applied to the culture of the vascular tissues including blood vessel is developed by using the idea of human heart's blood pumping into organs as followings: culture chamber, a pressurizing device which generates laminar pulsatile flow by controlling the x-sectional area of the culture media delivering tubing, a compliance chamber which supplies the pressuring device with a constant pressure, and a peristaltic pump which circulates the culture media in a circuit ranging from the culture chamber to the compliance chamber. The developed pulsatile pump system shows that a physiology of the human heart's blood pumping including pulsatile pressure waveform of systolic-diastolic pressure is well represented. Not only time domain but also frequency domain characteristics of pulsatile pump system which are necessary for the vascular tissue culture such as pulsatile pressure waveform's shape, the frequency, and the magnitude can be easily generated and manipulated by using the proposed system.

촌, 관, 척 위치의 맥파 특징 차이 검정에 대한 1례 (An Example of Test on Differences of Pulse Waveform Characteristics at Cun, Guan and Chi)

  • Although the pulse diagnosis position, Guan is apart from Cun or Chi by only $10{\sim}20$ mm at most, traditional medical doctors applies different indent pressures and even they states different pulse images are felt at Cun, Guan and Chi, To support their clinical behaviors, in this study, we tested statistically whether there are differences in pulse waveform measured at these three positions with SphygmoCor system used world widely, A 30 years old female subject without any evidence of cardiovascular diseases was involved in this experiment. Radial pulse waves were recorded at three different positions on left lower arm 10 times at three positions-Cun, Guan and Chi. With ANOVA, we tested whether, among three different positions. there are any differences in 12 parameters of radial pulse waveform and in estimated AIx(Augmentation Index) as an arterial stiffness index extracted from radial pulse waveform. As results, differences in optimal indent pressure h0 were observed at different measuring positions(P<0.001) but not significantly different. And pulse pressure his were found to be different(Chi$22.60{\pm}3.06%,\;18.60{\pm}3.37%\;and\;26.4{\pm}5.02%$ respectively. Consequently. AIx at Gwan seems to be lowest and that at Chi seems to be highest. So. we assert the AIx at Chi is likely to be overestimated. In further studies. we want to examine what make differences in these parameters between measuring positions. And it also seems to be worthy to investigate the relationship between the depth of radial artery and AIx. And, ultimately, we need to determine the best measuring process including measuring position, hold-down pressure, signal quality validation and so on. so to achieve the optimal waveform which represents subject's health condition for both western medicine and traditional medicine.

토노메트리 방식 맥파 측정의 가압 각도와 가압력에 따른 AIx 변화 (AIx Change According to Pressing Angle and Pressing Force of the Radial Artery Pulse by Tonometry)

  • A radial artery pulse wave is measured while pressing an artery with constant force. However, pulse waveform measurements vary depending on pressing force and direction. Accurate pulse waveform measurements are important for analysis. Thus, it is necessary to define the measurement range of the permissible force and direction from which a correct pulse waveform is derived. In this study, pulse waves were generated by a pulse wave generator for accurate control. The pulse waves generated for different angles and pressing forces were analyzed. The augmentation index (AIx), which is the most commonly used index for evaluating vascular stiffness, was analyzed. The AIx was measured within ${\pm}6^{\circ}$ of the vessel direction and within ${\pm}8^{\circ}$ perpendicular to the vessel direction with a force that was 25% or more of the pressing force at which the maximum pressure wave was generated. We identified the applicable pressing force and angle range by analyzing the effect of pressing angle on the pulse wave. The AIx analysis performed using the pulse wave measurement device is reliable and reproducible.
